¹⁵ to execute judgment upon all, and to convict all that are ungodly among them of all their works of ungodliness which they have impiously wrought, and of all the hard things which ungodly sinners have spoken against him.

⁸ And Moses said: 'This shall be, when the LORD shall give you in the evening flesh to eat, and in the morning bread to the full; for that the LORD heareth your murmurings which ye murmur against Him; and what are we? your murmurings are not against us, but against the LORD.'

³ Multiply not exceeding proud talk; let not arrogancy come out of your mouth; for the LORD is a God of knowledge, and by Him actions are weighed.

⁷ (9:8) But the LORD is enthroned for ever; He hath established His throne for judgment. ⁸ (9:9) And He will judge the world in righteousness, He will minister judgment to the peoples with equity.

¹⁸ (31:19) Let the lying lips be dumb, which speak arrogantly against the righteous, with pride and contempt.

⁶ And He will make thy righteousness to go forth as the light, and thy right as the noonday.

God, God, the LORD, hath spoken, and called the earth from the rising of the sun unto the going down thereof. ² Out of Zion, the perfection of beauty, God hath shined forth. ³ Our God cometh, and doth not keep silence; a fire devoureth before Him, and round about Him it stormeth mightily. ⁴ He calleth to the heavens above, and to the earth, that He may judge His people: ⁵ 'Gather My saints together unto Me; those that have made a covenant with Me by sacrifice.' ⁶ And the heavens declare His righteousness; for God, He is judge. ⁹ They have set their mouth against the heavens, and their tongue walketh through the earth.

⁴ They gush out, they speak arrogancy; all the workers of iniquity bear themselves loftily.

⁹ Before the LORD, for He is come to judge the earth; He will judge the world with righteousness, and the peoples with equity.

⁹ To execute upon them the judgment written; He is the glory of all His saints. Hallelujah.

⁹ Rejoice, O young man, in thy youth; and let thy heart cheer thee in the days of thy youth, and walk in the ways of thy heart, and in the sight of thine eyes; but know thou, that for all these things God will bring thee into judgment.

¹⁴ For God shall bring every work into the judgment concerning every hidden thing, whether it be good or whether it be evil.

²² this is the word which the LORD hath spoken concerning him: The virgin daughter of Zion hath despised thee and laughed thee to scorn; the daughter of Jerusalem hath shaken her head at thee. ²³ Whom hast thou taunted and blasphemed? And against whom hast thou exalted thy voice? Yea, thou hast lifted up thine eyes on high, even against the Holy One of Israel! ²⁴ By thy servants hast thou taunted the Lord, and hast said: With the multitude of my chariots am I come up to the height of the mountains, to the innermost parts of Lebanon; and I have cut down the tall cedars thereof, and the choice cypress-trees thereof; and I have entered into his farthest height, the forest of his fruitful field. ²⁵ I have digged and drunk water, and with the sole of my feet have I dried up all the rivers of Egypt. ²⁶ Hast thou not heard? Long ago I made it, in ancient times I fashioned it; now have I brought it to pass, yea, it is done; that fortified cities should be laid waste into ruinous heaps. ²⁷ Therefore their inhabitants were of small power, they were dismayed and confounded; they were as the grass of the field, and as the green herb, as the grass on the housetops, and as a field of corn before it is grown up. ²⁸ But I know thy sitting down, and thy going out, and thy coming in, and thy raging against Me. ²⁹ Because of thy raging against Me, and for that thine uproar is come up into Mine ears, therefore will I put My hook in thy nose, and My bridle in thy lips, and I will turn thee back by the way by which thou camest. ³⁰ And this shall be the sign unto thee: ye shall eat this year that which groweth of itself, and in the second year that which springeth of the same; and in the third year sow ye, and reap, and plant vineyards, and eat the fruit thereof. ³¹ And the remnant that is escaped of the house of Judah shall again take root downward, and bear fruit upward. ³² For out of Jerusalem shall go forth a remnant, and out of mount Zion they that shall escape; the zeal of the LORD of hosts shall perform this. ³³ Therefore thus saith the LORD concerning the king of Assyria: He shall not come unto this city, nor shoot an arrow there, neither shall he come before it with shield, nor cast a mound against it. ³⁴ By the way that he came, by the same shall he return, and he shall not come unto this city, saith the LORD. ³⁵ For I will defend this city to save it, for Mine own sake, and for My servant David's sake.' ³⁶ And the angel of the LORD went forth, and smote in the camp of the Assyrians a hundred and fourscore and five thousand; and when men arose early in the morning, behold, they were all dead corpses.

²⁰ and concerning the ten horns that were on its head, and the other horn which came up, and before which three fell; even that horn that had eyes, and a mouth that spoke great things, whose appearance was greater than that of its fellows.

³⁶ And the king shall do according to his will; and he shall exalt himself, and magnify himself above every god, and shall speak strange things against the God of gods; and he shall prosper till the indignation be accomplished; for that which is determined shall be done.

¹³ Your words have been all too strong against Me, saith the LORD. Yet ye say: 'Wherein have we spoken against thee?' ¹⁴ Ye have said: 'It is vain to serve God; and what profit is it that we have kept His charge, and that we have walked mournfully because of the LORD of hosts? ¹⁵ And now we call the proud happy; yea, they that work wickedness are built up; yea, they try God, and are delivered.'

³¹ Therefore I say unto you, Every sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit shall not be forgiven unto men. ³² And whosoever shall speak a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him, but whosoever shall speak against the Holy Spirit, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in the present world, nor in that which is to come. ³³ Either make the tree good, and its fruit good, or make the tree corrupt, and its fruit corrupt; for the tree is known by its fruit. ³⁴ Ye offspring of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh. ³⁵ The good man out of his good treasure bringeth forth good things; and the evil man out of his evil treasure bringeth forth evil things. ³⁶ And I say unto you, that every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment. ³⁷ For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.

²² For neither doth the Father judge any man, but he hath given all judgment unto the Son, ²³ that all may honor the Son, even as they honor the Father. He that honoreth not the Son honoreth not the Father that sent him.

²⁷ and he gave him authority to execute judgment, because he is a son of man.

³¹ inasmuch as he hath appointed a day in which he will judge the world in righteousness by the man whom he hath ordained, whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead.

⁵ but after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up for thyself wrath in the day of wrath and revelation, and of the righteous judgment of God,

¹⁶ in the day when God shall judge the secrets of men, according to my gospel, by Jesus Christ.

¹⁹ Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it speaketh to them that are under the law, that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may be brought under the judgment of God: ²⁰ because by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified in his sight, for through the law cometh the knowledge of sin.

¹⁰ But thou, why dost thou judge thy brother? or thou again, why dost thou set at nought thy brother? for we shall all stand before the judgment-seat of Christ.

⁵ Wherefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who will both bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and make manifest the counsels of the hearts, and then shall each man have his praise from God.

¹³ But them that are without God judgeth. Put away the wicked man from among yourselves.

⁹ as knowing this, that law is not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless and unruly, for the ungodly and sinners, for the unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers,

⁶ and turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah into ashes condemned them with an overthrow, having made them an example unto those that should live impiously, ⁷ and delivered righteous Lot, sore distressed by the lascivious life of the wicked ⁸ (for that righteous man dwelling among them, in seeing and hearing, vexed his righteous soul from day to day with their lawless deeds): ⁹ the Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptation, and to keep the unrighteous under punishment unto the day of judgment,

¹⁶ These are murmurers, complainers, walking after their lusts (and their mouth speaketh great swelling words), showing respect of persons for the sake of advantage.

⁵ and there was given to him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemy, and there was given to him authority to make war forty and two months. ⁶ And he opened his mouth for blasphemies against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, even them that dwell in the heaven.

¹¹ And I saw another beast coming up out of the earth, and he had two horns like unto a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.

¹² Behold, I come quickly, and my reward is with me, to render to each man according as his work shall be. ¹³ I am the Alpha and the Omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the end. ¹⁴ Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have the right to come to the tree of life, and may enter in by the gates into the city. ¹⁵ Without are the dogs, and the sorcerers, and the fornicators, and the murderers, and the idolaters, and every one that loveth and maketh a lie.

²⁰ He who testifieth these things saith, Yea; I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus.
