⁹ Even as the Father hath loved me, I also have loved you; abide ye in my love.

¹¹ These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy shall abide in you, and that your joy may be made full.

¹³ Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.

²³ I in them, and thou in me, that they may be perfected into one, that the world may know that thou didst send me, and lovedst them, even as thou lovedst me. ²⁴ Father, I desire that they also whom thou hast given me be with me where I am, that they may behold my glory, which thou hast given me; for thou lovedst me before the foundation of the world.
