⁸ Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit, and so shall ye be my disciples.

¹² (92:13) The righteous shall flourish like the palm-tree; he shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon. ¹³ (92:14) Planted in the house of the LORD, they shall flourish in the courts of our God. ¹⁴ (92:15) They shall still bring forth fruit in old age; they shall be full of sap and richness; ¹⁵ (92:16) To declare that the LORD is upright, my Rock, in whom there is no unrighteousness.

²¹ Thy people also shall be all righteous, they shall inherit the land for ever; the branch of My planting, the work of My hands, wherein I glory.

³ To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them a garland for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the mantle of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called terebinths of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, wherein He might glory.

⁸ Go up to the hill-country, and bring wood, and build the house; and I will take pleasure in it, and I will be glorified, saith the LORD.

¹⁶ Even so let your light shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven.

⁴⁴ but I say unto you, love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them that despitefully use you, and persecute you,

³⁵ But love your enemies, and do them good, and lend, never despairing, and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be sons of the Most High; for he is kind toward the unthankful and evil.

³¹ Jesus therefore said to those Jews that had believed him, If ye abide in my word, then are ye truly my disciples,

³⁵ By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.

⁵ I am the vine, ye are the branches; He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same beareth much fruit; for apart from me ye can do nothing.

²⁰ for ye were bought with a price; glorify God therefore in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.

³¹ Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God.

¹⁰ And he that supplieth seed to the sower and bread for food, may he supply and multiply your seed for sowing, and increase the fruits of your righteousness: ¹¹ ye being enriched in everything unto all liberality, which worketh through us thanksgiving to God. ¹² For the ministration of this service not only filleth up the measure of the wants of the saints, but aboundeth also through many thanksgivings unto God, ¹³ seeing that through the proving of you by this ministration they glorify God for the obedience of your confession unto the gospel of Christ, and for the liberality of your contribution unto them and unto all, ¹⁴ while they themselves also, with supplication on your behalf, long after you by reason of the exceeding grace of God in you. ¹⁵ Thanks be to God for his unspeakable gift.

¹¹ being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are through Jesus Christ, unto the glory and praise of God.

⁵ to be sober-minded, chaste, workers at home, kind, being in subjection to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed:

¹⁰ not purloining, but showing all good fidelity, that they may adorn the doctrine of God our Saviour in all things.

¹² having your behavior seemly among the Gentiles, that, wherein they speak against you as evil-doers, they may by your good works, which they behold, glorify God in the day of visitation.

¹¹ if any man speaketh, speaking as it were oracles of God, if any man ministereth, ministering as of the strength as God supplieth; that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, whose is the glory and the dominion for ever and ever. Amen.
