²⁵ Whom God hath set forth to be a reconciliation through faith in his blood to declare his righteousnes, by the forgiuenesse of the sinnes that are passed,

¹⁷ Also thou shalt make a Mercie seate of pure golde, two cubites and an halfe long, and a cubite and an halfe broade. ¹⁸ And thou shalt make two Cherubims of golde: of worke beaten out with the hammer shalt thou make the at ye two endes of the Merciseate. ¹⁹ And the one Cherub shalt thou make at the one ende, and the other Cherub at the other ende: of the matter of the Mercieseate shall ye make the Cherubims, on the two endes thereof. ²⁰ And the Cherubims shall stretche their winges on hie, couering the Mercie seate with their winges, and their faces one to another: to the Mercie seate warde shall the faces of the Cherubims be. ²¹ And thou shalt put the Mercieseate aboue vpon the Arke, and in the Arke thou shalt put the Testimonie, which I will giue thee, ²² And there I will declare my selfe vnto thee, and from aboue ye Mercieseate betweene ye two Cherubims, which are vpon ye Arke of ye Testimonie, I wil tel thee al things which I wil giue thee in comandement vnto ye children of Israel.

¹⁵ Then shall he kill the goate that is the peoples sinne offring, and bring his blood within the vaile, and doe with that blood, as he did with the blood of the bullocke, and sprinckle it vpon the Merciseate, and before the Merciseate.

³¹ They shall come, and shall declare his righteousnesse vnto a people that shall be borne, because he hath done it.

¹⁰ I haue not hidde thy righteousnesse within mine heart, but I haue declared thy trueth and thy saluation: I haue not conceiled thy mercy and thy trueth from the great Congregation.

⁶ And the heauens shall declare his righteousnes: for God is iudge himselfe. Selah.

⁶ The heauens declare his righteousnes, and all the people see his glory.

¹⁴² Thy righteousnesse is an euerlasting righteousnes, and thy Lawe is trueth.

¹¹ Hee shall see of the trauaile of his soule, and shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous seruant iustifie many: for hee shall beare their iniquities.

⁴⁷ Verely, verely I say vnto you, hee that beleeueth in me, hath euerlasting life.

⁵³ Then Iesus saide vnto them, Verely, verely I say vnto you, Except yee eate the flesh of the Sonne of man, and drinke his blood, yee haue no life in you. ⁵⁴ Whosoeuer eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternall life, and I will raise him vp at the last day. ⁵⁵ For my flesh is meat in deede, and my blood is drinke in deede. ⁵⁶ Hee that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, dwelleth in me, and I in him. ⁵⁷ As that liuing Father hath sent me, so liue I by the Father, and he that eateth me, euen he shall liue by me. ⁵⁸ This is that bread which came downe from heauen: not as your fathers haue eaten Manna, and are deade. Hee that eateth of this bread, shall liue for euer.

²³ Him, I say, being deliuered by the determinate counsell, and foreknowledge of God, after you had taken, with wicked handes you haue crucified and slaine.

¹⁸ But those thinges which God before had shewed by the mouth of all his Prophets, that Christ should suffer, he hath thus fulfilled.

²⁸ To doe whatsoeuer thine hand, and thy counsell had determined before to be done.

³⁸ Be it knowen vnto you therefore, men and brethren, that through this man is preached vnto you the forgiuenesse of sinnes. ³⁹ And from al things, from which ye could not be iustified by the Law of Moses, by him euery one that beleeueth, is iustified.

¹⁸ From the beginning of the worlde, God knoweth all his workes.

³⁰ And the time of this ignorance God regarded not: but nowe hee admonisheth all men euery where to repent,

⁴ Or despisest thou the riches of his bountifulnesse, and patience, and long sufferance, not knowing that the bountifulnesse of God leadeth thee to repentance?

²³ For there is no difference: for all haue sinned, and are depriued of the glorie of God, ²⁴ And are iustified freely by his grace, through the redemption that is in Christ Iesus,

²⁶ Through the patience of God, to shewe at this time his righteousnesse, that hee might be iust, and a iustifier of him which is of the faith of Iesus.

¹ What shall we say then, that Abraham our father hath found concerning the flesh? ² For if Abraham were iustified by workes, he hath wherein to reioyce, but not with God. ³ For what saith the Scripture? Abraham beleeued God, and it was counted to him for righteousnesse. ⁴ Nowe to him that worketh, the wages is not counted by fauour, but by dette: ⁵ But to him that worketh not, but beleeueth in him that iustifieth the vngodly, his faith is counted for righteousnesse. ⁶ Euen as Dauid declareth the blessednesse of the man, vnto whom God imputeth righteousnes without workes, saying, ⁷ Blessed are they, whose iniquities are forgiuen, and whose sinnes are couered. ⁸ Blessed is the man, to whom the Lord imputeth not sinne.

¹ Then being iustified by faith, we haue peace toward God through our Lord Iesus Christ.

⁹ Much more then, being now iustified by his blood, we shalbe saued from wrath through him.

¹¹ And not onely so, but we also reioyce in God through our Lord Iesus Christ, by whom we haue nowe receiued the atonement.

²⁰ And through peace made by that blood of that his crosse, to reconcile to himselfe through him, through him, I say, all thinges, both which are in earth, and which are in heauen. ²¹ And you which were in times past strangers and enemies, because your mindes were set in euill workes, hath he nowe also reconciled, ²² In that body of his flesh through death, to make you holy, and vnblameable and without fault in his sight, ²³ If ye continue, grounded and stablished in the faith, and be not moued away from the hope of the Gospel, whereof ye haue heard, and which hath bene preached to euery creature which is vnder heauen, whereof I Paul am a minister.

¹⁵ This is a true saying, and by all meanes worthy to be receiued, that Christ Iesus came into the worlde to saue sinners, of whom I am chiefe.

⁵ And ouer the Arke were the glorious Cherubims, shadowing the mercie seat: of which things we will not nowe speake particularly.

¹⁴ How much more shall the blood of Christ which through the eternall Spirit offered himselfe without fault to God, purge your conscience from dead workes, to serue the liuing God? ¹⁵ And for this cause is he the Mediatour of the newe Testament, that through death which was for the redemption of the transgressions that were in the former Testament, they which were called, might receiue the promise of eternall inheritance. ¹⁶ For where a Testament is, there must be the death of him that made the Testament. ¹⁷ For the Testament is confirmed when men are dead: for it is yet of no force as long as he that made it, is aliue. ¹⁸ Wherefore neither was the first ordeined without blood. ¹⁹ For when Moses had spoken euery precept to the people, according to the Law, he tooke the blood of calues and of goates, with water and purple wooll and hyssope, and sprinckled both the booke, and all the people, ²⁰ Saying, This is the blood of the Testament, which God hath appointed vnto you. ²¹ Moreouer, he sprinkled likewise the Tabernacle with blood also, and all the ministring vessels. ²² And almost all things are by the Law purged with blood, and without sheading of blood is no remission.

²⁵ Not that he should offer himselfe often, as the hie Priest entred into the Holy place euery yeere with other blood, ²⁶ (For then must he haue often suffred since the foundation of the world) but now in the end of the world hath he bene made manifest, once to put away sinne by the sacrifice of him selfe.

⁴ For it is vnpossible that the blood of bulles and goates should take away sinnes.

¹⁹ Seeing therefore, brethren, that by the blood of Iesus we may be bolde to enter into the Holy place, ²⁰ By the newe and liuing way, which hee hath prepared for vs, through the vaile, that is, his flesh:

⁷ By faith Noe being warned of God of the things which were as yet not seene, mooued with reuerence, prepared the Arke to the sauing of his housholde, through the which Arke hee condemned the world, and was made heire of the righteousnes, which is by faith.

¹⁴ For they that say such things, declare plainely, that they seeke a countrey.

¹⁷ By faith Abraham offered vp Isaac, when he was tryed, and he that had receiued the promises, offered his onely begotten sonne.

³⁹ And these all through faith obteined good report, and receiued not the promise, ⁴⁰ God prouiding a better thing for vs, that they without vs should not be made perfite.

¹⁸ Knowing that yee were not redeemed with corruptible things, as siluer and golde, from your vaine conuersation, receiued by the traditions of the fathers, ¹⁹ But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a Lambe vndefiled, and without spot. ²⁰ Which was ordeined before the foundation of the world, but was declared in the last times for your sakes,

¹⁰ If wee say we haue not sinned, wee make him a liar, and his word is not in vs.

² And he is the reconciliation for our sinnes: and not for ours onely, but also for the sinnes of the whole world.

¹⁰ Herein is that loue, not that we loued God, but that he loued vs, and sent his Sonne to be a reconciliation for our sinnes.

⁹ And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthie to take the Booke, and to open the seales thereof, because thou wast killed, and hast redeemed vs to God by thy blood out of euery kinred, and tongue, and people, and nation,

⁸ Therefore all that dwell vpon the earth, shall worship him, whose names are not written in the booke of life of that Lambe, which was slaine from the beginning of the world.

¹⁵ And whosoeuer was not found written in the booke of life, was cast into the lake of fire.
