¹ Now these are the generations of the sonnes of Noah, Shem, Ham and Iapheth: vnto whom sonnes were borne after the flood.

⁴ These are the generations of the heauens and of the earth, when they were created, in the day that the Lord God made the earth and the heauens,

¹ This is the booke of the generations of Adam. In the day that God created Adam, in the likenes of God made he him,

⁹ These are the generations of Noah. Noah was a iust and vpright man in his time: and Noah walked with God.

¹ And God blessed Noah and his sonnes, and said to them, Bring foorth fruite, and multiplie, and replenish the earth.

⁷ But bring ye forth fruite and multiplie: grow plentifully in the earth, and increase therein.

¹⁹ These are the three sonnes of Noah, and of them was the whole earth ouerspred.
