¹⁵ Thou wast perfite in thy wayes from the day that thou wast created, till iniquitie was found in thee.

²⁶ Furthermore God said, Let vs make man in our image according to our likenes, and let them rule ouer the fish of the sea, and ouer the foule of the heauen, and ouer the beastes, and ouer all the earth, and ouer euery thing that creepeth and moueth on the earth. ²⁷ Thus God created the man in his image: in the image of God created he him: he created them male and female.

³¹ And God sawe all that he had made, and loe, it was very good. So the euening and the morning were the sixt day.

⁵ When the Lord sawe that the wickednesse of man was great in the earth, and all the imaginations of the thoughtes of his heart were onely euill continually, ⁶ Then it repented ye Lord, that he had made man in the earth, and he was sorie in his heart.

³⁴ Iustice exalteth a nation, but sinne is a shame to the people.

²⁹ Beholde, sayth the Preacher, this haue I found, seeking one by one to finde the count: [ (Ecclesiastes 7:30) And yet my soule seeketh, but I finde it not: I haue found one man of a thousand: but a woman among them all haue I not founde. ] [ (Ecclesiastes 7:31) Onely loe, this haue I founde, that God hath made man righteous: but they haue sought many inuentions. ]

¹² How art thou fallen from heauen, O Lucifer, sonne of the morning? and cutte downe to the grounde, which didest cast lottes vpon the nations?

¹⁶ The crowne of our head is fallen: wo nowe vnto vs, that we haue sinned.

³ And say vnto Tyrus, that is situate at the entrie of the sea, which is the marte of the people for many yles, Thus sayeth the Lord God, O Tyrus, thou hast said, I am of perfite beautie. ⁴ Thy borders are in the middes of the sea, and thy builders haue made thee of perfit beauty.

³ Behold, thou art wiser then Daniel: there is no secrete, that they can hide from thee. ⁴ With thy wisedome and thine vnderstanding thou hast gotten thee riches, and hast gotten golde and siluer into thy treasures. ⁵ By thy great wisedome and by thine occupying hast thou increased thy riches, and thine heart is lifted vp because of thy riches. ⁶ Therefore thus sayeth the Lord God, Because thou didest thinke in thine heart, that thou wast equall with God,

¹² Sonne of man, take vp a lamentation vpon the King of Tyrus, and say vnto him, Thus sayeth the Lord God, Thou sealest vp the summe, and art full of wisedome and perfite in beautie.

¹⁷ Thine heart was lifted vp because of thy beautie, and thou hast corrupted thy wisedome by reason of thy brightnes: I wil cast thee to ye grounde: I will lay thee before Kinges that they may beholde thee. ¹⁸ Thou hast defiled thy sanctification by the multitude of thine iniquities, and by the iniquitie of thy marchandise: therefore wil I bring forth a fire from the mids of thee, which shall deuoure thee: and I wil bring thee to ashes vpon the earth, in the sight of all them that beholde thee.

⁹ For I once was aliue, without the Law: but when the commandement came, sinne reuiued,

⁴ For if God spared not the Angels that had sinned, but cast them downe into hell, and deliuered them into chaines of darkenes, to be kept vnto damnation:
