⁴ Whereby when ye reade, ye may knowe mine vnderstanding in the mysterie of Christ)

¹¹ And he answered, and said vnto them, Because it is giuen vnto you, to know the secretes of the kingdome of heauen, but to the it is not giue.

¹⁰ Then the Angel saide vnto them, Be not afraid: for behold, I bring you glad tidings of great ioy, that shalbe to all the people, ¹¹ That is, that vnto you is borne this day in the citie of Dauid, a Sauiour, which is Christ the Lord.

¹⁰ And he sayd, Vnto you it is giuen to know the secrets of ye kingdome of God, but to other in parables, that when they see, they shoulde not see, and when they heare, they should not vnderstand.

⁶ And we speake wisedome among them that are perfect: not the wisedome of this world, neither of the princes of this world, which come to nought. ⁷ But we speake the wisedome of God in a mysterie, euen the hid wisedom, which God had determined before the world, vnto our glory.

¹ Let a man so thinke of vs, as of the ministers of Christ, and disposers of the secrets of God:

² And though I had the gift of prophecie, and knewe all secrets and all knowledge, yea, if I had all faith, so that I could remooue mountaines and had not loue, I were nothing.

⁶ And though I be rude in speaking, yet I am not so in knowledge, but among you wee haue beene made manifest to the vttermost, in all things.

⁹ And hath opened vnto vs the mysterie of his will according to his good pleasure, which he had purposed in him,

³² This is a great secrete, but I speake concerning Christ, and concerning the Church.

¹⁹ And for me, that vtterance may be giuen vnto me, that I may open my mouth boldly to publish the secret of the Gospel,

² That their heartes might be comforted, and they knit together in loue, and in all riches of the full assurance of vnderstanding, to know the mysterie of God, euen the Father, and of Christ:

³ Praying also for vs, that God may open vnto vs the doore of vtterance, to speake ye mysterie of Christ: wherefore I am also in bonds,

⁹ Hauing the mysterie of the faith in pure conscience.

¹⁶ And without controuersie, great is the mysterie of godlinesse, which is, God is manifested in the flesh, iustified in the Spirit, seene of Angels, preached vnto the Gentiles, beleeued on in the world, and receiued vp in glorie.
