¹² gave their land for a heritage, a heritage unto Israel his people.

⁵⁴ And ye shall inherit the land by lots by your families, and to those with the most ye shall give more inheritance, and to the fewer ye shall give less inheritance, each one’s inheritance shall be in the place where his lot falls; according to the tribes of your fathers ye shall inherit.

⁸ and we took their land and gave it for an inheritance unto the Reubenites and unto the Gadites and to the half tribe of Manasseh.

⁵⁵ He cast out the Gentiles also before them and divided them an inheritance by line and made the tribes of Israel to dwell in their habitations.

²¹ And gave their land for an inheritance: for his mercy endures for ever: ²² Even an inheritance unto Israel his slave: for his mercy endures for ever.
