⁷ But ask now the beasts, and they shall teach thee; and the fowls of the heavens, and they shall show thee;

²⁹ Have ye not asked those that go by the way, and do ye not know their tokens? ³⁰ That the wicked is reserved for the day of destruction, they shall be brought forth to the day of wrath.

⁶ ¶ Go to the ant, thou sluggard; consider her ways, and be wise,

³ The ox knows his owner, and the ass his master’s crib; but Israel does not know, my people do not have understanding.

⁷ Even the stork in the heaven knows her appointed time; and the turtle dove and the crane and the swallow observe the time of their coming; but my people did not know the judgment of the LORD.
