⁸ Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this grace given that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of the Christ

¹⁶ ¶ And David, the king, came and sat before the LORD and said, Who am I, O LORD God, and what is my house, that thou hast brought me here?

¹⁴ But who am I, and what is my people, that we should be able to offer so willingly after this sort? For all things come of thee and of thine own have we given thee. ¹⁵ For we are strangers before thee, and sojourners, as were all our fathers; our days on the earth are as a shadow, and there is no other hope.

¹⁹ ¶ Oh how great is thy goodness, which thou hast laid up for those that fear thee; which thou hast wrought for those that wait in thee before the sons of men!

² Surely I am more carnal than any man and have not the understanding of a man. ³ I neither learned wisdom nor have the knowledge of the holy.

¹⁶ And of his fullness we have all received, and grace for grace.

⁴¹ And they departed from the presence of the council, rejoicing that they were counted worthy to suffer shame for his name.

¹⁵ But the Lord said unto him, Go; for he is a chosen vessel unto me, to bear my name before the Gentiles and kings and the sons of Israel;

⁴ Or dost thou despise the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering, ignoring that the goodness of God leads thee to repentance?

³³ ¶ O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and of the knowledge of God! How incomprehensible are his judgments and his ways past finding out!

¹⁰ loving one another with brotherly love, with honour preferring one another;

¹⁵ Nevertheless I have written, brethren, in part boldly, as admonishing you by the grace that is given to me of God, ¹⁶ being the minister of Jesus Christ, to the Gentiles, ministering the gospel of God, that the offering of the Gentiles might be well pleasing, sanctified by the Holy Spirit. ¹⁷ ¶ Therefore I have something to boast of in Christ Jesus, with regard to God.

³⁰ But of him ye are reborn in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom and righteousness and sanctification and redemption,

⁹ But as it is written, That which eye has not seen nor ear heard neither has entered into the heart of man is that which God has prepared for those that love him.

⁹ For I am the least of the apostles, for I am not worthy to be called an apostle because I persecuted the congregation {Gr. ekklesia – called out ones} of God.

¹⁶ to reveal his Son in me that I might preach him among the Gentiles, immediately I did not confer with flesh and blood,

⁸ (for he that showed himself forth in Peter for apostleship of the circumcision, the same also showed himself forth in me toward the Gentiles);

⁷ in whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins according to the riches of his grace, ⁸ which has over abounded in us in all wisdom and prudence;

⁷ That in the ages to come he might show the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us in Christ Jesus.

² if ye have heard of the dispensation of the grace of God which has been given to me in you,

¹⁶ that he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man,

¹⁹ and to know the charity of the Christ, which passes all knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fullness of God.

³ Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory, but in humility let each esteem others better than themselves,

¹⁹ But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

²⁷ to whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery in the Gentiles, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory,

¹ ¶ For I would that ye knew what great conflict I have for you and for those at Laodicea and for as many as have not seen my face in the flesh, ² that their hearts might be comforted, being knit together in charity and in all the riches of the fulfilled understanding to know the mystery of the God and Father and of the Christ; ³ in whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.

¹³ who was before a blasphemer and a persecutor and injurious, but I was received unto mercy because I did it ignorantly in unbelief.

¹⁵ This is a faithful saying and worthy of acceptation by all, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am first.

⁷ of which I am ordained a preacher and an apostle (I speak the truth in Christ and do not lie), a teacher of the Gentiles in faith and verity.

¹¹ unto which I am appointed a preacher and an apostle and a teacher of the Gentiles.

⁵ ¶ Likewise, young people, be subject to the elders in such a manner that you are all subject to one another. Be clothed with humility of will, for God resists the proud and gives grace to the humble. ⁶ Humble yourselves, therefore, under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time,

¹⁸ I counsel thee to buy of me gold refined in the fire, that thou may be made rich; and clothed in white raiment, so that the shame of thy nakedness not be uncovered; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou may see.
