6 These have authority to shut the heavens, so that the rain rains not in the days of their prophecy: and they have authority over waters to turn them to blood and to smite the earth with all plagues as often as ever they will.

Exodus 7:17-25

17 Thus says Yah Veh, In this you know I - Yah Veh: behold, with the rod in my hand I smite on the waters in the river and they turn to blood: 18 and the fish in the river die and the river stink: and the Misrayim loathe to drink of the water of the river. 19 And Yah Veh says to Mosheh, Say to Aharon, Take your rod and spread your hand on the waters of Misrayim - on their streams, on their rivers and on their marshes and on all their congregations of water - and they become blood; and blood becomes in all the land of Misrayim - both in timber and in stone. 20 And thus Mosheh and Aharon work as Yah Veh misvahed; and he lifts the rod and smites the waters in the river in the eyes of Paroh and in the eyes of his servants; and all the waters in the river turn to blood: 21 and the fish in the river die and the river stinks and the Misrayim cannot drink of the water of the river: and there is blood in all the land of Misrayim. 22 And the magicians of Misrayim work thus with their enchantments: and the heart of Paroh callouses - he hearkens not to them, as Yah Veh worded. 23 - and Paroh turns his face and goes into his house and sets not his heart even to this. 24 And all the Misrayim dig around the river for water to drink; for they cannot drink the water of the river. 25 And seven days fulfill, after Yah Veh smote the river:

THE APPROACH OF THE END
And so be the word of Yah Veh to me, saying, 2 And you son of humanity, thus says Adonay Yah Veh to the soil of Yisra El; An end - the end arrives on the four wings of the land: 3 now the end is on you; and I send my wrath on you and judge you according to your ways, and give all your abhorrences on you. 4 And neither my eye spares you nor I compassion: and I give your ways on you, for your abhorrences are midst you: and you know I - Yah Veh. 5 Thus says Adonay Yah Veh: An evil, one evil, behold, has arrived; 6 an end has arrived, the end arrives; it wakens for you; behold, it arrives: 7 the corona arrives to you, O you who settle in the land: the time arrives; the day of confusion is near, and not the shouting of the mountains. 8 Now, soon I pour my fury on you, and finish off my wrath on you: and I judge you according to your ways, and give you for all your abhorrences. 9 And neither my eye spares, nor I compassion: I give you according to your ways and your abhorrences midst you; and you know I - Yah Veh who smites. 10 Behold the day; behold, arrives: the corona goes forth; the rod blossoms; arrogance buds: 11 violence rises into a rod of wickedness: neither one of them nor of their multitude nor of any of abundance; nor any lamentation for them. 12 The time arrives; the day touches; neither the chatteler cheers nor the seller mourn: for fuming is on all the multitude.
