Come to me. - and all the sons of Levi gather to him. ²⁷ And he says to them, Thus says Yah Veh Elohim of Yisra El: Every man put his sword by his flank and pass in and turn from portal to portal throughout the camp and slaughter every man his brother and every man his companion and every man his near friend. ²⁸ And the sons of Levi work according to the word of Mosheh: and there fall of the people that day about three thousand men. ²⁹ And Mosheh says, Fill your hands today to Yah Veh, because man is against his son and against his brother; that he give you a blessing this day.

⁴⁹ Neither muster the rod of Levi, nor lift their heads among the sons of Yisra El: ⁵⁰ and the Leviym oversee over the tabernacle of witness and over all the instruments thereof and over all who belong to it: they bear the tabernacle and all the instruments thereof; and they minister unto it and encamp all around the tabernacle: ⁵¹ and when the tabernacle pulls stakes, the Leviym lower it: and when the tabernacle encamps, the Leviym raise it: and deathify the stranger who approaches. ⁵² And the sons of Yisra El encamp - every man by his own camp and every man by his own banner throughout their hosts: ⁵³ and the Leviym encamp all around the tabernacle of witness, that no rage become upon the witness of the sons of Yisra El: and the Leviym guard the guard of the tabernacle of witness:

⁹ seems it but petty to you, that Elohim of Yisra El separated you from the witness of Yisra El to oblate you to himself - to serve the service of the tabernacle of Yah Veh and to stand at the face of the witness to minister to them? ¹⁰ Yes, he has you approach him - you and all your brothers the sons of Levi with you - and seek you the priesthood also? ¹¹ Thus you and all your witness congregate against Yah Veh: and what is Aharon, that you murmur against him?

THE FOURFOLD MINISTRY
And indeed, he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, shepherds and doctors;

⁹ and gird Aharon and his sons with girdles and bind the turbans on them: and the priesthood becomes theirs for an eternal statute: and fill the hand of Aharon and the hand of his sons.

⁵¹ and when the tabernacle pulls stakes, the Leviym lower it: and when the tabernacle encamps, the Leviym raise it: and deathify the stranger who approaches.

³⁸ And encamping at the face of the tabernacle toward the rising, at the face of the tent of the congregation dawnward, are Mosheh and Aharon and his sons, who guard the guard of the holies for the guard of the sons of Yisra El; and deathify the stranger who comes near.

³⁵ And a fire comes out from Yah Veh and consumes the two hundred and fifty men who oblate incense.

So now you are no more strangers and settlers - but co-citizens with the holy and of the household of Elohim;

¹⁵ Meditate on these: give yourself wholly to be in them to manifest your advancement among all. ¹⁶ Heed to yourself and to the doctrine; abide in them: for in so doing you save both yourself and whoever hears you.

⁴ For indeed if he were on earth, he had not ever been a priest, there being priests who offer offerings according to the torah:

And he lifts his proverb and says, - an oracle of Bilam the son of Beor - an oracle of the master whose eyes were shut but now unveiled: ¹⁶ - an oracle of him who hears the sayings of El and knows the knowledge of Elyon: who sees the vision of Shadday, falling, with eyes uncovered: ¹⁷ I see him, but not now: I observe him, but not near: a Star treads from Yaaqov and a Scion rises from Yisra El and strikes the edges of Moab and undermines all the sons of Sheth. ¹⁸

³⁶ and he works thereto four pillars of shittim and overlays them with gold: their hooks are of gold; and he pours four sockets of silver for them.

¹⁷ and the sockets for the pillars of copper; the hooks of the pillars and their attachments of silver; and the overlaying of their tops of silver; and all the pillars of the court are attached with silver. ¹⁸ And the covering for the portal of the court is embroidery work of blue and purple and scarlet and white twined linen: and twenty cubits long and five cubits high and wide along side the hangings of the court: ¹⁹ and their pillars four and their sockets of copper four; their hooks of silver and the overlaying of their tops and their attachments of silver. ²⁰ And all the stakes of the tabernacle and of the court all around, of copper.

³³ And they bring the tabernacle to Mosheh, the tent and all its instruments, its hooks, its boards, its bars and its pillars and its sockets,

SERVICE OF THE SONS OF MERARI
As for the sons of Merari: muster them by their families, by the house of their fathers, ³⁰ sons of thirty years and upward to sons of fifty years - muster them, every one who enters to the hosting, to serve the service of the tent of the congregation. ³¹ And this is the guard of their burden, according to all their service in the tent of the congregation: the boards of the tabernacle and the bars thereof, and the pillars thereof and sockets thereof, ³² and the pillars of the court all around, and their sockets and their stakes and their cords, with all their instruments and with all their service: and by name, muster the instruments of the guard of their burden. ³³ This is the service of the families of the sons of Merari, according to all their service in the tent of the congregation, under the hand of Iy Thamar the son of Aharon the priest.

⁸ and four wagons and eight oxen he gives to the sons of Merari, according to the mouth of their service under the hand of Iy Thamar the son of Aharon the priest:

And Yah Veh says to Aharon, You, with your sons and the house of your father bear the perversity of the holies: and you, with your sons bear the perversity of your priesthood: ² and also your brothers of the rod of Levi, the scion of your father, oblate with you: they join to you and minister to you: and you, with your sons at the face of the tent of witness: ³ and they guard your guard and the guard of all the tent: only they approach not the instruments of the holies and the sacrifice altar so that they not die - neither they, nor you: ⁴ and they join you and guard the guard of the tent of the congregation, for all the service of the tent so that no stranger approaches you: ⁵ and guard the guard of the holies and the guard of the sacrifice altar so that there be no more rage on the sons of Yisra El.

⁵ Whoever triumphs arrays in white garments: and I never no way erase his name from the scroll of life, and I confess his name in sight of my Father and in sight of his angels.
