¹³ And Balaq says to him, Come, I beseech you, with me to another place, from whence you see them: you see but the final end of them - but not see them all: and curse them for me from there.

⁴¹ and so be it, on the morrow, Balaq takes Bilam and ascends him to Bamah Baal - there to see the ends of the people.

⁹ And Balaq the son of Sippor sovereign of Moab rose and fought against Yisra El and sent and called Bilam the son of Beor to abase you;

²³ And the servants of the sovereign of Aram say to him, Their elohim are elohim of the mountains; therefore they prevail over us; and we fight them in the plain and prevail over them:

²⁸ And a man of Elohim comes near and says to the sovereign of Yisra El and says, Thus says Yah Veh, Because the Aramiy say, Yah Veh is Elohim of the mountains, but he is not Elohim of the valleys, I give all this great multitude into your hand, that you know I - Yah Veh.

¹⁷ As he loves to abase, thus it approaches him; as he delights not in blessing, so be it far from him:

⁵ O my people, remember, I beseech, what Balaq sovereign of Moab counselled and what Balaam the son of Beor answered him from Shittim to Gilgal; so that you know the justness of Yah Veh.

⁹ therein we eulogize our Elohim and Father; and therein we curse humanity who became after the likeness of Elohim. ¹⁰ From the same mouth comes eulogy and cursing. My brothers, these need not be thus.
