And the sons of Yisra El pull stakes and encamp in the plains of Moab on this side Yarden by Yericho. ² And Balaq the son of Sippor sees all Yisra El works to the Emoriy. ³ And Moab is mighty afraid at the face of the people, because they are many: and Moab abhors the face of the sons of Yisra El. ⁴ And Moab says to the elders of Midyan, Now this congregation licks up all who are all around us as the ox licks the green of the field. And Balaq the son of Sippor is sovereign of Moab at that time. ⁵ He sends angels to Bilam the son of Beor to Pethor, by the river of the land of the sons of his people, to call him, saying, Behold, a people comes from Misrayim: and behold, they cover the eye of the earth and they settle in front of me: ⁶ go now therefore, I beseech you, curse me this people; for they are too mighty for me: perhaps I prevail to smite them - to drive them from the land: for I know that whom you bless is blessed and whom you curse is cursed. ⁷ And the elders of Moab and the elders of Midyan go with the divination in their hand; and they come to Bilam and word the words of Balaq to him. ⁸ And he says to them, Stay here overnight and I return word to you as Yah Veh words to me. - and the governors of Moab settle with Bilam. ⁹ And Elohim comes to Bilam and says, Who are these men with you? ¹⁰ And Bilam says to Elohim, Balaq the son of Sippor sovereign of Moab sends for me: ¹¹ behold, a people comes from Misrayim, who cover the eye of the earth: go now, curse them for me; perhaps I prevail to fight them and expel them. ¹² And Elohim says to Bilam, Go not with them. Curse not the people: for they are blessed. ¹³ And Bilam rises in the morning and says to the governors of Balaq, Go to your land: for Yah Veh refuses to allow me to go with you. ¹⁴ And the governors of Moab rise and go to Balaq and say, Bilam refuses to come with us. ¹⁵ And Balaq adds yet to send governors, greater and more honorable than they: ¹⁶ and they come to Bilam, and say to him, Thus says Balaq the son of Sippor, Let naught, I beseech you, hinder you from coming to me: ¹⁷ for in honoring, I honor you mightily and I work whatever you say to me: go, I beseech you, curse this people for me. ¹⁸ And Bilam answers and says to the servants of Balaq, If Balaq give me his house full of silver and gold, I cannot trespass the mouth of Yah Veh my Elohim, to work less or greater: ¹⁹ and now, I beseech you, settle you also here this night, so that I know what Yah Veh adds to word to me. ²⁰
BILAM AND THE ANGEL OF YAH VEH
And Elohim comes to Bilam at night and says to him, If the men come to call you, rise and go with them; and work the word I word to you. ²¹ And Bilam rises in the morning and harnesses his she burro and goes with the governors of Moab: ²² and Elohim kindles his wrath, because he goes: and the angel of Yah Veh stands in the way - a satan against him: and he rides his she burro and with his two lads. ²³ And the she burro sees the angel of Yah Veh stationed in the way with his sword drawn in his hand: and the she burro deviates from the way and goes into the field. - and Bilam smites the she burro to deviate her into the way. ²⁴ And the angel of Yah Veh stands in a path of the vineyards - a wall on this side and a wall on that side: ²⁵ and the she burro sees the angel of Yah Veh and she presses to the wall and presses the foot of Bilam against the wall: - and he smites her again. ²⁶ And the angel of Yah Veh passes again and stands in a constricted place where there is no way to turn - either to the right or to the left: ²⁷ and the she burro sees the angel of Yah Veh and she crouches under Bilam: and Bilam kindles his wrath and smites the she burro with a staff. ²⁸ And Yah Veh opens the mouth of the she burro and she says to Bilam, What work I to you, that you smite me these three paces? ²⁹ And Bilam says to the she burro, Because you exploit me: O that a sword become in my hand, for by now I had slaughtered you. ³⁰ And the she burro says to Bilam, Am not I your she burro whom you rode ever since I was yours - to this day? For I knew not that you stationed yourself in the way to confront me: and now, if it vilifies in your eyes, I turn back. ³⁵ And the angel of Yah Veh says to Bilam, Go with the men: finally, word the word I word to you. - and Bilam goes with the governors of Balaq. ³⁶ And when Balaq hears that Bilam comes, he goes out to meet him to a city of Moab in the border of Arnon - in the end border. ³⁷ And Balaq says to Bilam, In sending, send I not to you to call you? Why come you not to me? Am I not truly able to honor you? ³⁸ And Bilam says to Balaq, behold, I come to you: in being able, am I able to word aught? The word Elohim puts in my mouth, I word. ³⁹ And Bilam goes with Balaq and they come to Qiryath Husoth: ⁴⁰ and Balaq sacrifices oxen and flocks and sends to Bilam and to the governors with him: ⁴¹ and so be it, on the morrow, Balaq takes Bilam and ascends him to Bamah Baal - there to see the ends of the people.

¹⁹ for we inherit not with them on yonder side Yarden, or beyond; because our inheritance falls to us on this side Yarden toward the rising.

⁴⁸ and they pull stakes from the mountains of Abarim and encamp in the plains of Moab by Yarden near Yericho: ⁴⁹ and they encamp by Yarden from Beth Ha Yeshimoth even to Abel Hash Shittim in the plains of Moab. ⁵⁰ And Yah Veh words to Mosheh in the plains of Moab by Yarden near Yericho, saying,

¹⁵ the two rods and the half rod took their inheritance on this side Yarden near Yericho eastward, toward the rising.

¹³ These are the misvoth and the judgments, Yah Veh misvahed by the hand of Mosheh to the sons of Yisra El in the plains of Moab by Yarden near Yericho.

⁵ on this side Yarden in the land of Moab, Mosheh willed to explain this torah, saying,

⁸ And the sons of Yisra El weep for Mosheh in the plains of Moab thirty days: and the days of weeping and mourning for Mosheh consummate.

¹⁶ the waters coming from above stand and rise - one heap - mighty far removed from Adam City beside Sarethan: and they who descend toward the sea of the plain, the salt sea, are consummated and cut off: and the people pass over right against Yericho:

³ - and Yah Veh hearkens to the voice of Yisra El and gives the Kenaaniy; and they devote them and their cities: and he calls the name of the place Hormah.

¹⁵ Then the chiliarchs of Edom terrify; the mighty of Moab, trembling, take hold on them; all who settle Kenaan melt away.

²⁵ I begin, this day, to give the fear of you and the awe of you on the face of the people under the whole of the heavens, who hear the report of you and quiver - who writhe at your face.

²⁴ and they say to Yah Shua, Surely Yah Veh gives all the land into our hands; for even all the settlers of the land melt at our face.

²⁴ And they answer Yah Shua, and say, In telling, your servants were told how Yah Veh your Elohim misvahed his servant Mosheh to give you all the land, and to desolate all the settlers of the land from your face; and we awed mightily of our souls at your face and worked this word:

⁵ In dreading, they dread where no dread is; for Elohim scatters the bones of him who encamps against you; you shame them; for Elohim spurns them.

¹⁶ and I set your seed as the dust of the earth: so that if a man can number the dust of the earth, then be your seed also numbered.

⁷ and the sons of Yisra El bear fruit and teem and abound mighty mightily mightier; and they fill the land. ⁸ And a new sovereign rises over Misrayim, who knows not Yoseph: ⁹ and he says to his people, Behold, the people of the sons of Yisra El are greater and mightier than we: ¹⁰ give, deal wisely with them, lest they abound; and so be it, when war confronts us, they also add to them who hate us and fight against us and thus ascend from the land.

⁷ and he lifts his proverb, and says, Balaq the sovereign of Moab leads me from Aram - from the mountains of the east, Go, curse Yaaqov for me! And go, enrage Yisra El!

⁴ for word that they anticipated you not with bread and with water in the way, when you came from Misrayim; and because they hired Bilam the son of Beor of Pethor of Aram Naharaim against you to abase you:

²² the sons of Yisra El also slaughtered Bilam the son of Beor the diviner with the sword among them whom they pierced.

⁹ And Balaq the son of Sippor sovereign of Moab rose and fought against Yisra El and sent and called Bilam the son of Beor to abase you;

On that day, they call out in the scroll of Mosheh in the ears of the people; and they find inscribed therein that the Ammoniy and the Moabiy are not to come into the congregation of Elohim eternally; ² because they anticipated not the sons of Yisra El with bread and with water; but hired Bilam against them to abase them: and our Elohim turns the abasement into a blessing.

²⁴ and his people became mighty fruitbearing - mightier than their tribulators:

⁵ O my people, remember, I beseech, what Balaq sovereign of Moab counselled and what Balaam the son of Beor answered him from Shittim to Gilgal; so that you know the justness of Yah Veh.

¹⁵ who forsake the straight way and wander; following the way of Bilam of Beor who loved the rewards of injustice; ¹⁶ and was reproofed for his own torah violations: the voiceless burro uttering in a human voice forbad the insanity of the prophet.

¹¹ Woe to them! because they go in the way of Qayin and rush for reward after the seduction of Bilam and destruct in the controversy of Korach.

³ and I bless them who bless you and curse him who abases you: and in you all families of the soil become blessed.

²⁹ peoples serve you and nations prostrate to you: be lord over your brothers and the sons of your mother prostrate to you: cursed are they who curse you and blessed are they who bless you.

¹² And Elohim says to Bilam, Go not with them. Curse not the people: for they are blessed.

¹⁷ for in honoring, I honor you mightily and I work whatever you say to me: go, I beseech you, curse this people for me.

⁷ and he lifts his proverb, and says, Balaq the sovereign of Moab leads me from Aram - from the mountains of the east, Go, curse Yaaqov for me! And go, enrage Yisra El! ⁸ How pierce I whom El curses not? Or how enrage I whom Yah Veh enrages not?

⁹ He kneels, he lies down as a lion - as a roaring lion - who rouses him? Blessed, he who blesses you and cursed, he who curses you.

⁴³ And the Peleshethiy says to David, Am I a dog, that you come to me with staves? - and the Peleshethiy belittles David by his elohim.

⁶ And the sovereign of Yisra El gathers the prophets - about four hundred men and says to them, Go I to war against Ramoth Gilad? Or cease I? And they say, Ascend; for Adonay gives it in the hand of the sovereign.

And the angel who goes to call Michah Yah words to him, saying, Behold now, the words of the prophets are good to the sovereign with one mouth: and so be it, I beseech you, your word as their word - a good word.

² because they anticipated not the sons of Yisra El with bread and with water; but hired Bilam against them to abase them: and our Elohim turns the abasement into a blessing.

¹⁷ As he loves to abase, thus it approaches him; as he delights not in blessing, so be it far from him: ¹⁸ he enrobes abasing as tailoring, thus it enters his inwards as water - as ointment into his bones:

²⁸ They abase and you bless; they rise and shame: and your servant cheers.

² As the bird by wandering; as the swallow by flying; thus abasing comes not gratuitously.

¹² Stand, I beseech, with your charms and with the abundance of your sorceries wherein you labored from your youth; if perhaps you benefit; if perhaps you terrify. ¹³ You weary in the abundance of your counsels. I beseech you, have the horoscopists of the heavens, the seers of stars, the knowers of months stand up and save you from these that come on you.

⁶ They see vanity and lying divination, saying, - An oracle of Yah Veh! and Yah Veh sent them not: and they hope to confirm the word.

⁹ But some man named Shimon, who previously used sorcery in the same city, who astounded the goyim of Shomeron; wording that he himself is some mega one: ¹⁰ whom they all heed, from the least to the mega, wording, This one is the mega dynamis of Elohim.

PAULOS EVANGELIZES OUT A SPIRIT OF PYTHON
And so be it, as we go to prayer, a lass having a spirit of Python meets us, who presents her adonim much work by soothsaying:

²³ Surely there is neither prognostication against Yaaqov, nor any divination against Yisra El: according to this time it is said of Yaaqov and of Yisra El, What El works!

¹⁹ Yes, you profane me among my people for palmfuls of barley and for bits of bread - to execute the souls that ought not die and to enliven them that ought not live - by your lying to my people - hearkening to lies.

¹¹ The heads judge for a bribe and the priests teach for a price, and the prophets divine for silver: yet they lean on Yah Veh, saying, Is not Yah Veh among us? Evil approaches us not!

¹⁸ For they who are such serve not our Adonay Yah Shua Messiah, but their own belly; and through kind words and eulogy seduce the hearts of the simple.

⁹ And whoever wills to be rich falls into testing and a snare; and into many mindless and injurious pantings, which sink humanity in ruin and destruction. ¹⁰ For befriending silver is the root of all evil: which, while some reach for, strayed from the trust and pierced themselves through with many griefs.

¹¹ whose mouths must be stopped; who overturn whole houses doctrinating what they must not for shameful gain.

And Elohim comes to Bilam at night and says to him, If the men come to call you, rise and go with them; and work the word I word to you.

¹² And he answers and says, Guard I not to word what Yah Veh puts in my mouth?

² You planted them; yes, they root: they grow; yes, they work fruit: you are near in their mouth and far from their reins.

³¹ And they come to you as people approaching and they sit at your face as my people; and they hear your words, and work them not: for they work pantings with their mouth but their heart goes after their greedy gain:

⁹ And Yah Veh Elohim calls to Adam and says to him, Where are you? ¹⁰ And he says, I hear your voice in the garden; and I awe because I am naked; and I hide myself. ¹¹ And he says, Who told you you are naked? Ate you of the tree whereof I misvahed you to not eat?

⁹ And Yah Veh says to Qayin, Where is Abel your brother? And he says, I know not! Am I the guardian of my brother?

⁸ and he says, Hagar, maid of Saray, whence come you? And where go you? And she says, I flee from the face of my lady Saray.

³ and Elohim comes to Abi Melech in a dream by night and says to him, Behold, you die; for the woman you take is married to a master.

²⁴ And Elohim comes to Laban the Aramiy in a dream by night and says to him, Guard that you word not to Yaaqov from good to evil.

²⁵ And Yoseph says to Paroh, The dream of Paroh is one: Elohim told Paroh what he is about to work.

BILAM AND THE ANGEL OF YAH VEH
And Elohim comes to Bilam at night and says to him, If the men come to call you, rise and go with them; and work the word I word to you.

¹⁴ And Yesha Yah the prophet comes to sovereign Yechizqi Yah and says to him, What say these men? And whence come they to you? And Yechizqi Yah says, They come from a far land - from Babel. ¹⁵ And he says, What saw they in your house? And Yechizqi Yah says, I had them see all that is in my house: there is no word among my treasures that I had them not see.

⁴⁵ Because, as you saw, the stone cut from the rock, not by hands, and it pulverizes the iron, the copper, the clay, the silver, and the gold; the great Elah makes known to the sovereign what becomes after this: and the dream is certain, and the interpretation trustworthy.

³¹ While the utterance is still in the mouth of the sovereign, a voice falls from the heavens, O sovereign Nebukadnets Tsar, to you they are saying; the sovereigndom passes from you; ³² and they expel you from men; and you whirl with the live beings of the field; and feed on herbage as bulls: and seven times pass over you; until you know that the Elyon is dominator in the sovereigndom of men, and gives it to whomever he wills.

²² Many say to me in that day, Adonay! Adonay! Prophesied we not in your name? And ejected demons in your name? And done many dynamis in your name?
