¹¹ And Balaq says to Bilam, What work you to me? I take you to curse my enemies; and behold, in blessing, you bless them.

¹¹ behold, a people comes from Misrayim, who cover the eye of the earth: go now, curse them for me; perhaps I prevail to fight them and expel them.

¹⁷ for in honoring, I honor you mightily and I work whatever you say to me: go, I beseech you, curse this people for me.
