Saying, If a man sends away his woman, and she goes from him, and becomes to another man, returns he to her again? In profaning, is not that land profaned? And you whore with many friends and return to me - an oracle of Yah Veh. ² Lift your eyes to the barrens and see! Where have you not raped? You sit for them in the ways as the Arabiy in the wilderness; and you profane the land with your whoredoms and with your evil.

³⁵ So thus says Adonay Yah Veh: Because you forget me and cast me behind your back, even thus you also bear your intrigue and your whoredoms.

⁴⁵ and the just men judge them after the judgment of adulteresses and after the judgment of women who pour blood - because they are adulteresses and blood is in their hands. ⁴⁶ For thus says Adonay Yah Veh: I ascend a congregation on them, and give them to be removed and for plunder. ⁴⁷ And the congregation stones them with stones and cuts them with their swords; they slaughter their sons and their daughters, and burn their houses with fire. ⁴⁸ Thus I shabbathize intrigue from the land, to teach all women to not work after your intrigue. ⁴⁹ And they give your intrigue on you, and you bear the sins of your idols: and you know I - Adonay Yah Veh.
