And Yah Veh words to Mosheh, saying, ² Send men to explore the land of Kenaan, which I give to the sons of Yisra El: of every rod of their fathers send one man - one man, a ruler among them. ³ And by the mouth of Yah Veh Mosheh sends them from the wilderness of Paran: all those men - heads of the sons of Yisra El. ⁴ And these are their names: of the rod of Reu Ben: Shammua the son of Zakkur; ⁵ of the rod of Shimon: Shaphat the son of Hori; ⁶ of the rod of Yah Hudah: Kaleb the son of Yephunneh; ⁷ of the rod of Yissachar: Yigal the son of Yoseph; ⁸ of the rod of Ephrayim: Hoshea the son of Nun; ⁹ of the rod of Ben Yamin: Palti the son of Raphu; ¹⁰ of the rod of Zebulun: Gadi El the son of Sodi; ¹¹ of the rod of Yoseph: of the rod of Menash Sheh: Gaddi the son of Susi; ¹² of the rod of Dan: Ammi El the son of Gemalli; ¹³ of the rod of Asher: Sethur the son of Michah El; ¹⁴ of the rod of Naphtali: Nachbi the son of Vophsi; ¹⁵ of the rod of Gad: Geu El the son of Machi. ¹⁶ These are the names of the men Mosheh sends to explore the land. And Mosheh calls Hoshea the son of Nun Yah Shua; ¹⁷ and Mosheh sends them to explore the land of Kenaan and says to them, Ascend this way southward and ascend into the mountain: ¹⁸ and see what the land is; and the people who settle therein, whether strong or weak, few or many; ¹⁹ and what is the land they settle in, whether good or evil; and what are the cities they settle in, whether in camps, or in fortresses; ²⁰ and what is the land, whether fat or emaciated, whether or not there is timber therein: and prevail and take of the fruit of the land: the time is the days of the firstlings grapes. ²¹ And they ascend and explore the land from the wilderness of Sin to Rechob as men come to Hamath: ²² and they ascend from the south and come to Hebron; where Achi Man, Sheshay and Talmay are - the birthed of Anak. - and Hebron was built seven years at the face of Soan in Misrayim. ²³ And they come to the wadi of Eshcol and they cut down a twig with one cluster of grapes; and they bear it between two on a pole; also of the pomegranates and of the figs. ²⁴ The place is called the wadi Eshcol, because of the clusters the sons of Yisra El cut down from there. ²⁵ And they return from exploring the land at the end of forty days. ²⁶
EXPLORERS RETURN WORD
And they come and go to Mosheh and to Aharon and to all the witness of the sons of Yisra El, to the wilderness of Paran, to Qadesh; and return word to them and to all the witness and has them see the fruit of the land. ²⁷ And they describe to him and say, We went to the land you sent us and surely it flows with milk and honey and this is the fruit thereof: ²⁸ only, the people settling in the land are strong and the cities fortified and mighty great: and we saw the birthed of Anak there: ²⁹ the Amaleqiy settle in the land of the south: and the Hethiy and the Yebusiy and the Emoriy settle in the mountains: and the Kenaaniy settle by the sea and by the hand of Yarden. ³⁰ And Kaleb stills the people in front of Mosheh, and says, In ascending, we ascend and possess it; for we can prevail. ³¹ And the men who ascended with him say, We cannot ascend against the people; for they are stronger than we. ³² And they bring up a slander of the land they explored to the sons of Yisra El, saying, The land we passed through to explore is a land that eats them who settle there; and all the people we saw in their midst are men of measure: ³³ and there we saw the Nephilim, the sons of Anak of the Nephilim: and we were in our own eyes as grasshoppers and so we were in their eyes.

²⁵ and Mosheh chooses valiant men from all Yisra El and gives them heads over the people - governors of thousands, governors of hundreds, governors of fifties and governors of tens:

YAH VEH PROMISES FLESH TO EAT
And Yah Veh says to Mosheh, Gather to me seventy men of the elders of Yisra El, whom you know are elders of the people and officers over them; and take them to the tent of the congregation, to stand there with you:

⁸ Thus your fathers worked, when I sent them from Qadesh Barnea to see the land;

¹⁸ And take one hierarch - one hierarch of every rod to inherit the land.

¹⁵ And I took the head of your scions wise men and known and gave them heads over you - governors over thousands and governors over hundreds and governors over fifties and governors over tens and officers among your scions.

²² And you approached me, every one of you, and said, We send men from our face to explore the land and return word of which way to ascend and into what cities to come. ²³ And the word well-pleased my eyes: and I took twelve men of you - one man per scion: ²⁴ and they turned their face and ascended the mountain and came to the wadi of Eshcol to spy: ²⁵ and they took of the fruit of the land in their hands and descended it to us, and returned word to us, and said, It is a good land Yah Veh our Elohim gives us.

RACHAB PROTECTS THE SPIES And Yah Shua the son of Nun sends two men from Shittim to spy quietly, saying, Go see the land of Yericho. - and they go, and come to the house of a woman - a whore named Rachab, and lie down there. ² And it is said to the sovereign of Yericho, saying, Behold, men of the sons of Yisra El came in tonight to explore the land. ³ And the sovereign of Yericho sends to Rachab, saying, Bring the men who came to you who entered your house: for they came to explore all the land. ⁴ And the woman takes the two men, and hides them, and says thus, Men came to me, but I know not whence: ⁵ and so be it, at the shutting of the portal, at dark, the men went: where the men went, I know not: pursue after them hastily and overtake them. ⁶ And she ascends them to the roof; and hides them with the timbers of flax she aligned on the roof: ⁷ and the men pursue after them the way to Yarden to the passages: and as soon as they pursue them, they shut the portal. ⁸ And ere they lie down, she ascends to them on the roof; ⁹ and says to the men, I know Yah Veh gives you the land and that your terror befalls us; and that all the settlers of the land melt at your face: ¹⁰ for we hear how Yah Veh withered the water of the Reed sea at your face, in your going from Misrayim; and what you worked to the two sovereigns of the Emoriy on the other side Yarden - Sichon and Og, whom you devoted: ¹¹ we hear and our hearts melt, and no more spirit/wind rises in any man at your face: for Yah Veh your Elohim is Elohim in the heavens above and on the earth below. ¹² And now I beseech you, oath to me by Yah Veh, surely I worked you mercy, that you also work mercy to the house of my father, and give me a true sign: ¹³ that you save alive my father and my mother and my brothers and my sisters and all they have, and rescue our souls from death. ¹⁴ And the men say to her, Our soul dies for yours, if you tell not this word; and in giving, when Yah Veh gives us the land, we work mercy and truth with you. ¹⁵ Then she descends them by a cord through the window: for her house is on the wall and she settles on the wall. ¹⁶ And she says to them, Go to the mountain, lest the pursuers meet you; and hide yourselves three days, until the pursuers return: and afterward go your way. ¹⁷ And the men say to her, We are innocent of this your oath which you had us oath. ¹⁸ Behold, when we come into the land, bind this cord of scarlet thread in the window whereby you descended us: and gather your father, and your mother, and your brothers, and all the household of your father to your house: ¹⁹ and so be it, whoever goes outside the doors of your house, his blood is on his head, and we are innocent: and whoever is in the house with you, if any hand is on him, his blood is on our head: ²⁰ and if you tell this our word, then we are innocent of this oath you had us oath. ²¹ And she says, According to your words, so be it. and she sends them away and they go; and she binds the scarlet cord in the window. ²² And they go and come to the mountain and settle there three days until the pursuers return: and the pursuers seek them all the way but find them not. ²³ So the two men return and descend from the mountain and pass over and come to Yah Shua the son of Nun; and scribe him all they found: ²⁴ and they say to Yah Shua, Surely Yah Veh gives all the land into our hands; for even all the settlers of the land melt at our face.

And when we pulled stakes from Horeb, we went through all that great and awesome wilderness, you saw by the way the mountain of the Emoriy, as Yah Veh our Elohim misvahed us; and we came to Qadesh Barnea.

²³ And the word well-pleased my eyes: and I took twelve men of you - one man per scion:

²³ Likewise when Yah Veh sent you from Qadesh Barnea, saying, Ascend! Possess the land I give you; you rebelled against the mouth of Yah Veh your Elohim and you neither trusted him nor hearkened to his voice.

³⁰ And Kaleb stills the people in front of Mosheh, and says, In ascending, we ascend and possess it; for we can prevail.

⁶ and Yah Shua the son of Nun and Kaleb the son of Yephunneh, being of them who explored the land, rip their clothes:

²⁴ - except my servant Kaleb: because there becomes another spirit with him and follows me fully - him I bring to the land he goes; and his seed possesses it.

³⁰ you - you come not into the land, which I lifted my hand that you tabernacle therein - except Kaleb the son of Yephunneh and Yah Shua the son of Nun:

³⁸ But Yah Shua the son of Nun and Kaleb the son of Yephunneh, of the men who went to explore the land, lived.

⁶⁵ For Yah Veh said of them, In dying, they die in the wilderness. And there remains not a man of them except Kaleb the son of Yephunneh and Yah Shua the son of Nun.

And Mosheh words to Yah Veh, saying,

¹⁵ and work one buck of the goats for the sin to Yah Veh, beside the continual holocaust and his libation. ¹⁶ Yah Veh, Elohim of the spirits of all flesh, muster a man over the witness ¹⁷ to go out at their face and go in at their face and to lead them out and to bring them in; so that the witness of Yah Veh become not as flocks having no tender. ¹⁸ And Yah Veh says to Mosheh, Take Yah Shua the son of Nun, a man in whom the Spirit is and prop your hand on him; ¹⁹ and stand him at the face of El Azar the priest and at the face of all the witness; and misvah him in their eyes: ²⁰ and give of your majesty on him, that all the witness of the sons of Yisra El hearken: ²¹ and stand him at the face of El Azar the priest to ask for him after the judgment of Urim at the face of Yah Veh: at his mouth they go out and at his mouth they come in - both he and all the sons of Yisra El with him - even all the witness. ²² And Mosheh works as Yah Veh misvahs him: and he takes Yah Shua and stands him at the face of El Azar the priest and at the face of all the witness: ²³ and he props his hands on him and misvahs him as Yah Veh worded by the hand of Mosheh.

¹⁹ And these are the names of the men: of the rod of Yah Hudah: Kaleb the son of Yephunneh;

⁷ And Mosheh calls to Yah Shua and says to him in the eyes of all Yisra El, In strenthening, strengthen: for you go with this people to the land Yah Veh oathed to give their fathers to inherit: ⁸ and Yah Veh - he goes at your face; he is with you; he neither lets you loose nor forsakes you: neither awe nor terrify. ⁹
MOSHEH INSCRIBES THE TORAH And Mosheh inscribes this torah; and gives it to the priests the sons of Levi who bear the ark of the covenant of Yah Veh and to all the elders of Yisra El. ¹⁰ And Mosheh misvahs them, saying, At the end of seven years in the season of the year of release in the celebration of Sukkoth/Brush Arbors ¹¹ - when all Yisra El comes to be seen at the face of Yah Veh your Elohim in the place he chooses, recall this torah in front of all Yisra El in their ears. ¹² Congregate the people - men and women and toddlers and the sojourner inside your portals, to hear and to learn and to awe Yah Veh your Elohim and guard to work all the words of this torah: ¹³ and that their sons who know not, hear and learn to awe Yah Veh your Elohim, all days you live in the soil you pass over Yarden to possess. ¹⁴
YAH VEH SPEAKS TO MOSHEH AND YAH SHUA And Yah Veh says to Mosheh, Behold, your days approach to die: call Yah Shua and station yourselves in the tent of the congregation and I misvah him. - and Mosheh and Yah Shua go and station themselves in the tent of the congregation. ¹⁵ And Yah Veh is seen in the tent in a pillar of a cloud: and the pillar of the cloud stands over the opening of the tent: ¹⁶ and Yah Veh says to Mosheh, Behold, you lie with your fathers; and this people rises and whores after the elohim of the strangers of the land among whom they go; and forsake me: and break the covenant I cut with them: ¹⁷ and I kindle my wrath against them in that day and I forsake them and I hide my face from them: and they become devoured and many evils and tribulations find them; so that they say in that day, Come not these evils upon us, because our Elohim is not among us?

THE CLAIM OF KALEB Then the sons of Yah Hudah come near to Yah Shua in Gilgal: and Kaleb the son of Yephunneh the Qenaziy says to him, You know the word Yah Veh worded to Mosheh the man of Elohim concerning me and you in Qadesh Barnea. ⁷ I - a son of forty years when Mosheh the servant of Yah Veh sent me from Qadesh Barnea to spy the land; and I returned him word as it was in my heart: ⁸ and my brothers who ascended with me melted the heart of the people; but I fully followed after Yah Veh my Elohim. ⁹ And on that day, Mosheh oathed, saying, Surely the land whereon your feet trod the inheritance is yours and your sons, eternally because you followed after Yah Veh my Elohim. ¹⁰ And now behold, Yah Veh, as he worded, keeps me alive these forty-five years - since Yah Veh worded this word to Mosheh while Yisra El walked in the wilderness and now, behold, I am this day a son of eighty-five years. ¹¹ As yet I am as strong this day as the day Mosheh sent me: as my force then, thus my force now; for war, to go and to come: ¹² and now, give me this mountain, whereof Yah Veh worded in that day; for you heard in that day how the Anaqiy were there and that the cities were great and cut off: if so be, Yah Veh be with me and I dispossessed them as Yah Veh worded. ¹³ And Yah Shua blesses him and gives Kaleb the son of Yephunneh Hebron for an inheritance. ¹⁴ So Hebron becomes the inheritance of Kaleb the son of Yephunneh the Qenaziy to this day, because he fully followed after Yah Veh Elohim of Yisra El. ¹⁵ And the former name of Hebron was Qiryath Arba; - a great human among the Anaqiy. And the land rests from war.

¹³ And he gives Kaleb the son of Yephunneh an allotment among the sons of Yah Hudah according to the mouth of Yah Veh to Yah Shua: Qiryath Arba the father of Anaq, which is Hebron. ¹⁴ And Kaleb dispossesses thence the three sons of Anaq, Sheshay and Achiy Man and Talmay - birthed of Anaq: ¹⁵ and he ascends thence to the settlers of Debir: and the former name of Debir was Qiryath Sepher. ¹⁶ And Kaleb says, He who smites Qiryath Sepher and captures it, I give him Achsah my daughter to woman. ¹⁷ - and Othni El the son of Qenaz, the brother of Kaleb, captures it: and he gives him Achsah his daughter to woman. ¹⁸ And so be it, as she comes, she goads him to ask her father for a field: and she alights from her he burro; and Kaleb says to her, What - to you? ¹⁹ And she says, Give me a blessing; give me a south land; and give me fountains of water. - and he gives her the upper fountains and the nethermost fountains.

THE SEDUCTION OF ACHSAH
And so be it, when she comes, she goads him to ask of her father a field: and she alights off her he burro; and Kaleb says to her, What - to you? ¹⁵ And she says to him, Give me a blessing: give me a south land and give me fountains of water. - and Kaleb gives her the upper fountains and the nether fountains.

⁹ And Mosheh says to Yah Shua, Choose us men; and go fight Amaleq: tomorrow I station myself on the top of the hill with the rod of Elohim in my hand. ¹⁰ So Yah Shua works as Mosheh says to him and fights Amaleq: and Mosheh, Aharon and Hur ascend to the top of the hill: ¹¹ And so be it, when Mosheh lifts his hand, Yisra El prevails mightily: and when he rests his hand, Amaleq prevails mightily: ¹² and the hands of Mosheh get heavy; and they take a stone and put it under him and he sits thereon; and Aharon and Hur uphold his hands - the one on this side and the one on that side; and his hands are trustworthy until the going down of the sun. ¹³ - and Yah Shua vanquishes Amaleq and his people with the mouth of the sword.

¹³ And Mosheh and his minister Yah Shua rise: and Mosheh ascends into the mount of Elohim:

¹⁷ And when Yah Shua hears the voice of the people as they shout, he says to Mosheh, A voice of war in the camp.

²⁸ And Yah Shua the son of Nun, the youth minister of Mosheh, answers and says, My adoni Mosheh, restrain them.

YAH VEH MISVAHS YAH SHUA And so be it, after the death of Mosheh the servant of Yah Veh, Yah Veh says to Yah Shua the son of Nun, the minister of Mosheh, saying, ² Mosheh my servant died; and now rise, pass over this Yarden - you and all this people to the land I give them - to the sons of Yisra El. ³ Every place the sole of your foot treads, I give you, as I worded to Mosheh ⁴ - from this wilderness and Lebanon even to the great river - the river Euphrates, all the land of the Hethiy, and to the great sea toward the entry of the sun becomes your border. ⁵ No man is able to stand at your face all the days of your life: as I became with Mosheh, I become with you: I neither let you down nor forsake you. ⁶ Strengthen! Encourage! Divide the land for an inheritance to this people, which I oathed to their fathers to give them. ⁷ Only, strengthen and encourage mightily to guard to work according to all the torah Mosheh my servant misvahed you: turn not aside from it - right or left, so that wherever you go, you comprehend. ⁸ Remove not the scroll of this torah from your mouth; but meditate therein by day and by night; guarding to work according to all inscribed therein: and then you prosper and then you comprehend. ⁹ Misvahed I you not? Strengthen! Encourage! Neither awe nor terrify! - for Yah Veh your Elohim is with you wherever you go.

¹⁶ And they answer Yah Shua, saying, All you misvah us, we work; and wherever you send us, we go:

YAH SHUA CHALLENGES YISRA EL Now awe Yah Veh and serve him in integrity and in truth: and turn aside the elohim your fathers served beyond the river and in Misrayim; and serve Yah Veh: ¹⁵ and if it vilify your eyes to serve Yah Veh, choose you this day whomever you serve - whether the elohim your fathers served beyond the river; or the elohim of the Emoriy in whose land you settle: but as for me and my house, we serve Yah Veh. ¹⁶ And the people answer and say, Far be it that we forsake Yah Veh to serve other elohim; ¹⁷ for Yah Veh our Elohim ascended us and our fathers from the land of Misrayim from the house of servants and worked those great signs in our eyes; and guarded us in all the way we went and among all the people among whom we passed: ¹⁸ and Yah Veh drove all the people from our face - even the Emoriy who settled in the land: we also serve Yah Veh; for he is our Elohim. ¹⁹ And Yah Shua says to the people, You cannot serve Yah Veh: for he is a holy Elohim; he is a jealous El; he lifts neither your rebellions nor your sins. ²⁰ When you forsake Yah Veh and serve strange elohim he turns and vilifies you and finishes you off after he has well-pleased you. ²¹ And the people say to Yah Shua, No! But we serve Yah Veh. ²² And Yah Shua says to the people, You are witnesses against yourselves that you have chosen Yah Veh - to serve him. And they say, We are witnesses. ²³ And now, turn aside the strange elohim among you and spread your heart to Yah Veh Elohim of Yisra El. ²⁴ And the people say to Yah Shua, Yah Veh our Elohim we serve: and his voice we hear! ²⁵ And Yah Shua cuts a covenant with the people that day and sets them a statute and a judgment in Shechem: ²⁶ and Yah Shua inscribes these words in the scroll of the torah of Elohim and takes a great stone and raises it there under an oak by the holies of Yah Veh. ²⁷ And Yah Shua says to all the people, Behold, this stone becomes a witness to us; for it hears all the sayings Yah Veh words to us: it becomes a witness to you lest you deny your Elohim. ²⁸ So Yah Shua sends the people away - every man to his inheritance. ²⁹
THE ENTOMBMENT OF YAH SHUA And so be it, after these words, Yah Shua the son of Nun the servant of Yah Veh dies - a son of a hundred and ten years: ³⁰ and they entomb him in the border of his inheritance in Timnah Heres in mount Ephrayim north of the mountain of Gaash. ³¹
THE FIDELITY OF YISRA EL And Yisra El serves Yah Veh all the days of Yah Shua and all the days the elders prolonged after Yah Shua - who knew all the works Yah Veh worked for Yisra El. ³² And the bones of Yoseph, which the sons of Yisra El ascend from Misrayim, they entomb in Shechem - in a field of allotment Yaaqov chatteled from the sons of Hamor the father of Shechem for a hundred ingots: and thus it became the inheritance of the sons of Yoseph. ³³ And El Azar the son of Aharon dies; and they entomb him in a hill of Pinechas his son, given him in mount Ephrayim.

⁹ And Mosheh says to Yah Shua, Choose us men; and go fight Amaleq: tomorrow I station myself on the top of the hill with the rod of Elohim in my hand.

THE WORD OF YAH VEH TO HOSHEA
The word of Yah Veh being to Hoshea the son of Beeri in the days of Uzzi Yah, Yah Tham, Ach Az and Yechizqi Yah, sovereigns of Yah Hudah, and in the days of Yarob Am the son of Yah Ash sovereign of Yisra El.

²¹ And she is to birth a son; and you, call his name Yah Shua: for he saves his people from their sins. ²²
YAH SHUA MESSIAH VIRGIN BIRTHED
Now all this became, to fulfill/shalam that rhetorized by Yah Veh through the prophet, wording, ²³ Behold, a virgin has in womb and births a son; and they call his name Immanu El, which translates, Elohim with us. ^{Isaiah 7:14}

⁴⁵ which also our fathers, having received in succession, brought in with Yah Shua ^* into the possession of the goyim - whom Elohim expelled from the face of our fathers to the days of David;

²⁵ As he also words in Hoshea, I call the Not my people, My people; and the Not beloved, Beloved.

⁸ For if Yah Shua ^* had shabbathized them, than he had not ever after have spoken about another day. ^{*Yah Shua, successor to Mosheh}

⁹ And in pulling stakes, Abram pulls stakes toward the south:

ABRAM AND LOT SEPARATE
And Abram ascends from Misrayim, he and his woman and all he has and Lot with him, toward the south:

¹⁰ And the valley of Siddim is wells - wells of bitumin; and the sovereigns of Sedom and Amorah flee and fall there; and they who survive flee to the mountain:

²¹ And they ascend and explore the land from the wilderness of Sin to Rechob as men come to Hamath: ²² and they ascend from the south and come to Hebron; where Achi Man, Sheshay and Talmay are - the birthed of Anak. - and Hebron was built seven years at the face of Soan in Misrayim.

²⁹ the Amaleqiy settle in the land of the south: and the Hethiy and the Yebusiy and the Emoriy settle in the mountains: and the Kenaaniy settle by the sea and by the hand of Yarden.

⁴⁰ And they start early in the morning and ascend into the top of the mountain, saying, Behold, we are here - ascended to the place of which Yah Veh said: - for we sinned.

⁴⁴ and the Emoriy, settling that mountain, came out confronting you and pursued you, as bees work; and crushed you in Seir, even to Hormah:

³ and goes to the south side to Maaleh Acrabbim and passes along to Sin and ascends on the south side to Qadesh Barnea and passes along to Hesron and ascends to Addar and turns around to Qarqa

⁹ and afterward the sons of Yah Hudah descend to fight against the Kenaaniy who settle in the mountain and in the south and in the lowland:

¹⁵ And she says to him, Give me a blessing: give me a south land and give me fountains of water. - and Kaleb gives her the upper fountains and the nether fountains.

¹⁹ and Yah Veh is with Yah Hudah; and he dispossesses the mountain but dispossesses not the settlers of the valley because they have chariots of iron.

⁸ and I descend to deliver them from the hand of the Misrayim - ascend them from that land to a good and broad land to a land flowing with milk and honey; to the place of the Kenaaniy and the Hethiy and the Emoriy and the Perizziy and the Hivviy and the Yebusiy;

¹⁴ I tend them in a good pasture, and on the high mountains of Yisra El is their habitation of rest: there they crouch in a good habitation of rest and in a fat pasture they graze on the mountains of Yisra El.

²³ And they come to the wadi of Eshcol and they cut down a twig with one cluster of grapes; and they bear it between two on a pole; also of the pomegranates and of the figs. ²⁴ The place is called the wadi Eshcol, because of the clusters the sons of Yisra El cut down from there.

³⁰ And Kaleb stills the people in front of Mosheh, and says, In ascending, we ascend and possess it; for we can prevail. ³¹ And the men who ascended with him say, We cannot ascend against the people; for they are stronger than we.

²⁵ and they took of the fruit of the land in their hands and descended it to us, and returned word to us, and said, It is a good land Yah Veh our Elohim gives us.

⁶ In strenthening, strengthen; neither awe them nor awe their face; for Yah Veh your Elohim - he goes with you; he neither lets you loose nor forsakes you.

⁶ Strengthen! Encourage! Divide the land for an inheritance to this people, which I oathed to their fathers to give them.

⁹ Misvahed I you not? Strengthen! Encourage! Neither awe nor terrify! - for Yah Veh your Elohim is with you wherever you go.

³ And the sovereign of Yericho sends to Rachab, saying, Bring the men who came to you who entered your house: for they came to explore all the land.

²² And they go and come to the mountain and settle there three days until the pursuers return: and the pursuers seek them all the way but find them not. ²³ So the two men return and descend from the mountain and pass over and come to Yah Shua the son of Nun; and scribe him all they found:

¹¹ Now, my son, Yah Veh be with you and prosper you; and build the house of Yah Veh your Elohim as he words you:

²⁵ and they captured cut off cities and a fat soil and possessed houses full of all goods, wells hewed, vineyards and oliveyards and food trees in abundance: so they ate and satisfied and fattened and pleased themselves in your great goodness:

³⁵ for they neither serve you in their sovereigndom and in your great goodness that you give them; and in the large and fat land you give at their face, nor turn they from their evil exploits.

Woe is me! As the ingathering of the summer fruits; as the gleanings of the crop; there is no cluster to eat: my soul desires the firstling fruit:

⁶ So courageously we word, Yah Veh my helper: and I awe not what humanity does to me. ^{Psalm 118:6}

DEATH OF MIRYAM
Then the sons of Yisra El come - the whole witness, into the desert of Sin in the first month: and the people settle in Qadesh; and Miryam dies there and is entombed there.

¹⁴ for you rebelled against my mouth in the wilderness of Sin, in the strife of the witness, to hallow me at the water in front of their eyes: - the water of Meribah/Strife in Qadesh in the wilderness of Sin.

¹⁴ and their libations, half of a hin of wine to a bullock and a third of a hin to a ram and a fourth of a hin to a lamb: this is the month by month holocaust throughout the months of the year:

³⁶ and they pull stakes from Esyon Geber and encamp in the wilderness of Sin - Qadesh:

THE BOUNDARIES OF YAH HUDAH And so be it, the pebble for the rod of the sons of Yah Hudah for their families: the border of Edom to the wilderness of Sin southward is the extremity of the southward border:

⁹ And Toi sovereign of Hamath hears that David smites all the valiant of Hadad Ezer,

² Pass to Kalneh, and see; and from there go to Hamath the rabbi: descend to Gath of the Peleshethiym: Are they better than these sovereigndoms? Or their border greater than your border?

¹⁸ And Abram removes his tent and comes and settles in the mighty oak of Mamre in Hebron and builds there a sacrifice altar to Yah Veh.

² and Sarah dies in Qiryath Arba; - Hebron in the land of Kenaan: and Abraham comes to chop and to weep for Sarah:

¹⁷ and Mosheh sends them to explore the land of Kenaan and says to them, Ascend this way southward and ascend into the mountain:

³³ and there we saw the Nephilim, the sons of Anak of the Nephilim: and we were in our own eyes as grasshoppers and so we were in their eyes.

²¹ And at that time, Yah Shua comes and cuts off the Anaqiy from the mountains - from Hebron, from Debir, from Anab, and from all the mountains of Yah Hudah, and from all the mountains of Yisra El: Yah Shua devotes them with their cities. ²² None of the Anaqiy survive in the land of the sons of Yisra El: only, in Azzah, in Gath, and in Ashdod they survive.

¹³ And he gives Kaleb the son of Yephunneh an allotment among the sons of Yah Hudah according to the mouth of Yah Veh to Yah Shua: Qiryath Arba the father of Anaq, which is Hebron. ¹⁴ And Kaleb dispossesses thence the three sons of Anaq, Sheshay and Achiy Man and Talmay - birthed of Anaq:

¹³ And they give the sons of Aharon the priest Hebron with her suburbs being a city of refuge for the murderer; and Libnah with her suburbs

¹⁰ and Yah Hudah goes against the Kenaaniy who settle in Hebron - the former name of Hebron is Qiryath Arba and they smite Sheshay and Achiy Man and Talmay.

DAVID ANOINTED SOVEREIGN
And so be it, after this, David asks of Yah Veh, saying, Ascend I into one of the cities of Yah Hudah? And Yah Veh says to him, Ascend. And David says, Whither ascend I? And he says, To Hebron.

¹¹ And the number of days David is sovereign in Hebron over the house of Yah Hudah is seven years and six months.

¹² - marvels he worked in front of their fathers, in the land of Misrayim, in the field of Soan.

⁴³ - how he set his signs in Misrayim and his omens in the field of Soan;

¹¹ Surely the governors of Soan are fools, the counsel of the wise counsellors of Paroh become brutish: how say you to Paroh, I am the son of the wise - the son of ancient sovereigns?

¹³ The governors of Soan become folly; the governors of Noph become deceived; they also stray the Misrayim - the chiefs of her scions.

⁴ For his governors were at Soan and his angels touched Hanes:

SHIMSHON AND DELILAH
And so be it, afterward, he loves a woman in the wadi of Soreq her name is Delilah.

¹⁸ And Mosheh goes midst the cloud and ascends the mount: and Mosheh is on the mount forty days and forty nights.

²⁸ And there he is with Yah Veh - forty days and forty nights; he neither eats bread, nor drinks water. and he inscribes on the slabs the words of the covenant - the ten words.

³³ and your sons tend in the wilderness forty years and bear your whoredoms, until your carcases are consumed in the wilderness. ³⁴ As the number of the days you explored the land - forty days, a day for a year, a day for a year, you bear your perversities - forty years that you know my alienation.

¹⁶ and when we cry to Yah Veh, he hears our voice and sends an angel and brings us from Misrayim: and behold, we are in Qadesh, a city in the end of your border:

THE CLAIM OF KALEB Then the sons of Yah Hudah come near to Yah Shua in Gilgal: and Kaleb the son of Yephunneh the Qenaziy says to him, You know the word Yah Veh worded to Mosheh the man of Elohim concerning me and you in Qadesh Barnea.

¹⁷ and I say, I ascend you from the humiliation of Misrayim to the land of the Kenaaniy and the Hethiy and the Emoriy and the Perizziy and the Hivviy and the Yebusiy - to a land flowing with milk and honey.

⁵ And so be it, when Yah Veh brings you to the land of the Kenaaniy and the Hethiy and the Emoriy and the Hivviy and the Yebusiy - which he oathed to your fathers to give you - a land flowing with milk and honey that you serve this service in this month:

³ to a land flowing with milk and honey: for I ascend not in your midst; for you are a hard necked people: lest I finish you off in the way.

²⁴ But I say to you, Possess their soil and I give it to you to possess, a land flowing with milk and honey: I - Yah Veh your Elohim who separates you from people.

⁸ if Yah Veh delights in us, he brings us into this land and gives it us - a land flowing with milk and honey:

²⁵ and they took of the fruit of the land in their hands and descended it to us, and returned word to us, and said, It is a good land Yah Veh our Elohim gives us. ²⁶
RESUME' OF THE REBELLION OF THE SONS OF YISRA EL
But you willed to not ascend and rebelled against the mouth of Yah Veh your Elohim: ²⁷ and you murmured in your tents and said, Because of the hatred of Yah Veh, he brings us from the land of Misrayim, to give us into the hand of the Emoriy, to desolate us. ²⁸ Where ascend we? Our brothers melted our heart, saying, The people is greater and more exalted than we; the cities are great and fortified to the heavens; and we also saw the sons of the Anakiy there. ²⁹ Then I said to you, Neither dread nor awe them. ³⁰ Yah Veh your Elohim, who goes at your face, fights for you, according to all he worked for you in Misrayim in front of your eyes: ³¹ and in the wilderness, where you saw how Yah Veh your Elohim bore you as a man bears his son, in all the way you go, until you came to this place. ³² Yet, in this word you trusted not Yah Veh your Elohim, ³³ who went in the way at your face, to explore a place for you to encamp, in fire by night, to see which way to go; and in a cloud by day:

³ Hear, O Yisra El and guard to work; that it well-please you; and as Yah Veh Elohim of your fathers worded to you, that you abound mightily in the land flowing with milk and honey.

⁹ and that you prolong your days in the soil Yah Veh oathed to your fathers to give to them and to their seed - a land flowing with milk and honey.

⁹ and he brought us to this place and gave us this land - a land flowing with milk and honey:

¹¹ and cheer in all the good Yah Veh your Elohim gives you and your house - you and the Leviy and the sojourner among you. ¹² When you finish off tithing all the tithes of your produce of the third year - the year of tithing and give to the Leviy, the sojourner, the orphan and the widow, that they eat inside your portals and satiate: ¹³ and you say, at the face of Yah Veh your Elohim, I burn the holies from my house and also give them to the Leviy and to the sojourner, to the orphan and to the widow, according to all the misvoth you misvahed me: I neither trespassed your misvoth nor forgot them: ¹⁴ I neither ate thereof in my mischief nor burnt thereof for any foul use nor given thereof for them who died: but I hearkened to the voice of Yah Veh my Elohim and worked according to all you misvahed me. ¹⁵ Look down from your holy habitation - from the heavens and bless your people Yisra El and the soil you give us as you oathed to our fathers - a land flowing with milk and honey.

³ and in passing over, inscribe on them all the words of this torah, as you go to the land Yah Veh your Elohim gives you - a land flowing with milk and honey; as Yah Veh Elohim of your fathers worded to you.

²⁰ and I bring them to the soil I oathed to their fathers flowing with milk and honey: and they eat and satiate and fatten and turn to the face of other elohim and serve them and scorn me and break my covenant.

⁶ forty years the sons of Yisra El walked in the wilderness - until all the goyim men of war, coming from Misrayim, were consumed, because they hearkened not to the voice of Yah Veh: to whom Yah Veh oathed that they not see the land Yah Veh oathed to their fathers to give us - a land flowing with milk and honey:

⁵ to raise the oath I oathed to your fathers - to give them a land flowing with milk and honey as this day. And I answer, and say, Amen, O Yah Veh.

²² and give them this land which you oathed to their fathers to give them - a land flowing with milk and honey;

⁶ the day I lifted my hand to them, to bring them from the land of Misrayim to a land I explored for them - flowing with milk and honey - the splendor of all lands:

¹⁵ And also, I lifted my hand to them in the wilderness, to not bring them into the land I gave them - flowing with milk and honey - the glory of all lands;

²² and they ascend from the south and come to Hebron; where Achi Man, Sheshay and Talmay are - the birthed of Anak. - and Hebron was built seven years at the face of Soan in Misrayim. ²³ And they come to the wadi of Eshcol and they cut down a twig with one cluster of grapes; and they bear it between two on a pole; also of the pomegranates and of the figs.

¹⁰ The Emim settled therein at their face, a great people and many and exalted, as the Anakiy; ¹¹ who also were fabricated to be Rephaim, as the Anakiy; and the Moabiy call them Emim.

²¹ a people great and many, and exalted as the Anakiy; but Yah Veh desolated them at their face; and they succeeded them and settled in their stead:

⁵ - all these cities fortified with high walls, gates and bars; beside suburban cities mightily abounding:

¹⁹ the Qeyniy and the Qenaziy and the Qadmoniy ²⁰ and the Hethiy and the Perizziy and the Rephaim ²¹ and the Emoriy and the Kenaaniy and the Girgashiy and the Yebusiy.

⁸ Then Amaleq comes and fights with Yisra El in Rephidim. ⁹ And Mosheh says to Yah Shua, Choose us men; and go fight Amaleq: tomorrow I station myself on the top of the hill with the rod of Elohim in my hand. ¹⁰ So Yah Shua works as Mosheh says to him and fights Amaleq: and Mosheh, Aharon and Hur ascend to the top of the hill: ¹¹ And so be it, when Mosheh lifts his hand, Yisra El prevails mightily: and when he rests his hand, Amaleq prevails mightily: ¹² and the hands of Mosheh get heavy; and they take a stone and put it under him and he sits thereon; and Aharon and Hur uphold his hands - the one on this side and the one on that side; and his hands are trustworthy until the going down of the sun. ¹³ - and Yah Shua vanquishes Amaleq and his people with the mouth of the sword. ¹⁴ And Yah Veh says to Mosheh, Inscribe this in a scroll for a memorial and set it in the ears of Yah Shua: for in wiping out, I wipe out the memorial of Amaleq from under the heavens. ¹⁵ And Mosheh builds a sacrifice altar and calls the name thereof Yah Veh Nissi: ¹⁶ for he says, The hand of Yah is my ensign: Yah Veh wars against Amaleq from generation to generation.

²⁵ And the Amaleqiy and the Kenaaniy settle in the valley. Tomorrow, pull stakes, to the face of the wilderness by the way of the Reed sea.

⁴³ for the Amaleqiy and the Kenaaniy are there at your face; and you fall by the sword: because you turned from following Yah Veh, so Yah Veh is not with you.

⁴⁵ and the Amaleqiy and the Kenaaniy who settle in that mountain descend and smite them and crush them to Hormah.

ORACLE OF BILAM TO AMALEQ
And he sees Amaleq, and lifts his proverb and says, Amaleq, the first of the goyim; and his finality, eternal destruction.

³ And so be it, Yisra El seeds; and the Midyan and the Amalekiy and the sons of the east ascend - ascend against them

⁴⁸ and he works valour and smites the Amaleq; and rescues Yisra El from the hands of their plunderers.

³ Now go and smite Amaleq and devote all they have and spare them not; deathify both man and woman, from suckling and infant, ox and lamb, camel and he burro. ⁴ And Shaul hears the people and musters them in Telaim - two hundred thousand on foot and ten thousand men of Yah Hudah: ⁵ and Shaul comes to a city of Amaleq and lurks in the wadi. ⁶ And Shaul says to the Qayiniy, Go! Turn aside! Descend from midst the Amaleq lest I gather you with them: for you worked mercy to all the sons of Yisra El when they ascended from Misrayim. - and the Qayiniy turn aside from midst Amaleq. ⁷ And Shaul smites the Amaleq from Havilah until you come to Shur at the face of Misrayim: ⁸ and he apprehends alive Agag the sovereign of the Amaleq and devotes all the people with the mouth of the sword. ⁹ And Shaul and the people spare Agag and the best of the flock and of the oxen and of the second sort and the rams and all the good; and wills to not devote them: but they devote all the vile and molten.

DAVID DESTROYS THE AMALEQIY
And so be it, on the third day, David and his men come to Siqlag: and the Amaleqiy strip the south and Siqlag and smite Siqlag and burn it with fire

⁷ Gebal and Ammon and Amaleq, the Peleshethiym with the settlers of Sor

⁶ and Yah Shua the son of Nun and Kaleb the son of Yephunneh, being of them who explored the land, rip their clothes: ⁷ and they say to all the witness of the sons of Yisra El, saying, The land, we passed through to explore, is a mighty mighty good land: ⁸ if Yah Veh delights in us, he brings us into this land and gives it us - a land flowing with milk and honey: ⁹ only neither rebel against Yah Veh, nor awe the people of the land; for they are bread for us: their defence turns aside from them and Yah Veh is with us: - awe them not.

THE CLAIM OF KALEB Then the sons of Yah Hudah come near to Yah Shua in Gilgal: and Kaleb the son of Yephunneh the Qenaziy says to him, You know the word Yah Veh worded to Mosheh the man of Elohim concerning me and you in Qadesh Barnea. ⁷ I - a son of forty years when Mosheh the servant of Yah Veh sent me from Qadesh Barnea to spy the land; and I returned him word as it was in my heart: ⁸ and my brothers who ascended with me melted the heart of the people; but I fully followed after Yah Veh my Elohim.

¹ By David. Yah Veh is my light and my salvation; whom dread I? Yah Veh is the stronghold of my life; whom dread I? ² When the vilifiers - my tribulators and my enemies come on me to eat my flesh, they stumble and fall.

¹² through Elohim we work valiantly; for he tramples our tribulators.

¹⁰ all goyim surround me; in the name of Yah Veh, I cut them off: ¹¹ they surround me; yes, they surround me; in the name of Yah Veh, I cut them off:

¹⁰ awe not; for I am with you: look not around; for I am your Elohim: I strengthen you; yes, I help you; yes, I uphold you with the right of my justness. ¹¹ Behold, all who inflame against you shame and confound: they become as naught; and the men who strive with you destruct. ¹² You seek them, and find them not - these men who contend with you: these men who war against you are as deceased and as of naught. ¹³ For I, Yah Veh your Elohim, hold your right, saying to you, Awe not; I help you. ¹⁴ Awe not, you maggot Yaaqov, and you men of Yisra El; I help you - an oracle of Yah Veh your redeemer, the Holy One of Yisra El. ¹⁵ Behold, I set you for a new sickle threshing sledge having a master of teeth: you thresh the mountains and pulverize them and set the hills as chaff: ¹⁶ you winnow them and the wind bears them away and the storm scatters them: and you twirl in Yah Veh, and halal in the Holy One of Yisra El.

NINE QUESTIONS, DIRECT AND RHETORICAL
So what say we to these? If Elohim is for us, who is against us?

³⁷ Rather, in all these we are exceedingly triumphant through him who loved us. ^{Psalm 44:22}
