¹⁸ And Yah Veh raises them judges, and Yah Veh is with the judge and saves them from the hand of their enemies all the days of the judge: for Yah Veh sighs because of their groanings at the face of their oppressors; and oppresses them.

⁶ And Yah Veh sighs that he worked humanity on the earth and it contorts at his heart:

²⁴ and Elohim hears their groaning and Elohim remembers his covenant with Abraham with Yischaq and with Yaaqov:

And he says, For this cause I AM with you; and this is your sign, that I sent you: In bringing the people from Misrayim, you serve Elohim on this mountain.

³⁶ For Yah Veh judges his people and sighs for his servants, when he sees their hand disappear and no one restrains.

⁵ No man is able to stand at your face all the days of your life: as I became with Mosheh, I become with you: I neither let you down nor forsake you.

¹⁶ - and they turn aside the elohim of strangers from among them and serve Yah Veh: and his soul shortens for the toil of Yisra El.

⁴ and Yah Achaz strokes the face of Yah Veh and Yah Veh hears him: for he sees the oppression of Yisra El because the sovereign of Aram oppresses them.

²² And Haza El sovereign of Aram oppresses Yisra El all the days of Yah Achaz: ²³ and Yah Veh grants them charism and mercies them and turns his face to them because of his covenant with Abraham, Yischaq and Yaaqov and wills neither to ruin them, nor cast them from his face as yet.

⁵ For the devastation of the humble, for the shrieking of the needy, I now rise, says Yah Veh; I set him in safety from him who puffs at him.

¹³ Return, O Yah Veh! Until when? Sigh concerning your servants!

⁴⁴ He saw their tribulation when he heard their shouting; ⁴⁵ and he remembers his covenant and sighs according to the abundance of his mercies:

⁷ At that blink, when I word concerning a goyim, and concerning a sovereigndom, to uproot - and to pull down - and to destroy ⁸ - if that goyim, against whom I word, turns from their evil, then I sigh of the evil I fabricate to work to them. ⁹ And at that blink, when I word concerning a goyim and concerning a kingdom - to build and to plant; ¹⁰ If it works evil in my eyes, that it hearkens not to my voice, then I sigh of the good wherewith I said I am well-pleased.

⁸ How give I you up, Ephrayim? How buckler I you, Yisra El? How give I you as Admah? How set I you as Seboim? My heart turns within me; my solaces yearn together.

¹⁰ And Elohim sees their works - that they turn from their evil way; and Elohim sighs of the evil he worded to work to them; and he works it not.

⁹ And through a vision in the night Adonay says to Paulos, Awe not, but speak, and hush not: ¹⁰ because I AM with you: and no one puts on you to vilify you because I have much people in this city.
