2 Chronicles 33:12-13

And Yonah prays to Yah Veh his Elohim from the inwards of the fish, 2 and says, Because of my tribulation I call to Yah Veh; and he answers me: from the belly of sheol I cry; and you hear my voice: 3 for you cast me into the deep, midst the seas; and the rivers surround me: all your breakers and your waves pass over me. 4 Then I - I say, I am expelled from your eyes; yet I look again toward your holy manse: 5 the waters surround me to the soul; the abyss surrounds me; the reeds bind around my head: 6 I descend to the bases of the mountains; the earth with her bars around me eternally: yet you ascend my life from the pit of ruin, O Yah Veh my Elohim. 7 When my soul languishes within me I remember Yah Veh: and my prayer comes in to you - into your holy manse.
