¹⁴ Yah Veh upholds all who fall and raises all who are bowed down:

¹⁸ The babbler is like the stabs of a sword; and the tongue of the wise is healing.

²³ The heart of the wise comprehends his mouth and adds doctrine to his lips. ²⁴ Pleasant sayings are as a honeycomb - sweet to the soul and healing to the bones.

³ strengthen the weak hands and strengthen the faltering knees. ⁴ Say to the hasty heart, Be strong! Awe not! Behold, your Elohim! Avengement comes - the dealing of Elohim; he comes and saves you.

⁶ then the cheerfulness of the sovereign changes and his intentions terrify him - so that the vertebrae of his loins release, and his knees knock one against another.

⁷ So that contrariwise rather grant him charism and console him; lest somehow such a one is swallowed with superabundant sorrow.

¹⁴ And we beseech you brothers; remind the disorderly, console the timidsouled, support the frail, be patient toward all.
