⁹ And Elohim says, Waters under the heavens, congregate unto one place! And dry, be seen! - and so be it.

¹⁰ and broke it up for my statute and set bars and doors;

⁷ he gathers the waters of the sea as a heap; he gives treasuries in the abyss.

⁸ they ascend by the mountains; they descend by the valleys to the place you founded for them. ⁹ You set a border that they neither pass over nor turn again to cover the earth:

²⁹ when he set his statute to the sea, that the waters not pass his mouth; when he prescribed the foundations of the earth;

²² Awe you not me? - an oracle of Yah Veh: Writhe you not at my face - who set the sand for the border of the sea by an eternal statute, that it not pass? And though the waves agitate, yet they prevail not? And though they roar, yet they pass not over it?
