³ and I fill him with the spirit of Elohim - in wisdom and in discernment and in knowledge and in all his work:

And Besal El and Oholi Ab and every wise hearted man, in whom Yah Veh gives wisdom and discernment to know how to work all work for the service of the holies, work according to all Yah Veh misvahed. ² And Mosheh calls Besal El and Oholi Ab and every wise hearted man, in whose heart Yah Veh gives wisdom - everyone whose heart lifts who approaches to work the work:

⁴ He is wise in heart and strong in force. Who hardens against him and shalams?

⁸ Surely there is a spirit in man; and the breath of Shadday gives discernment.

⁶ Behold, you desire truth in the reins; and in the hidden you have me know wisdom.

⁶ For Yah Veh gives wisdom - from his mouth knowledge and discernment:

²⁶ - giving humanity what is good at his face - wisdom and knowledge and cheerfulness; and to the sinner he gives drudgery, to gather and to heap, to give him the good at the face of Elohim. This also is vanity and gnawing of spirit.

²⁶ For his Elohim disciplines him to judgment, and teaches him:

⁵ If any of you lack wisdom, ask of Elohim who gives liberally to all and reproaches not - and he is given.

¹⁷ Every gratuity of good and every gratuity of completion/shalom is from above; and descends from the Father of lights - with whom is neither changeableness nor shadow of turning.
