²⁸ Has the rain a father? Who births the drops of dew?

²⁸ and Elohim gives you of the dew of the heavens and the fatness of the earth and an abundance of crop and juice:

³⁹ And Yischaq his father answers and says to him, Behold, the fatness of the earth is your settlement and of the dew of the heavens from Elyon;

¹³ And of Yoseph he says, Blessed of Yah Veh be his land, for the preciousnesses of the heavens; for the dew and for the abyss that crouches beneath;

²⁸ And Yisra El tabernacles confidently alone: the fountain/eye of Yaaqov is on a land of crop and juice; also his heavens drip dew.

¹⁷ Is today not the wheat harvest? I call to Yah Veh and he gives voice and rain; so that you perceive and see what great evil you work in the eyes of Yah Veh - in your asking for a sovereign. ¹⁸ So Shemu El calls to Yah Veh; and Yah Veh gives voice and rain that day: and all the people awe Yah Veh and Shemu El mightily.

²¹ You mountains of Gilboa, - neither dew nor rain be on you nor fields of exaltments: for there the buckler of the mighty loaths - the buckler of Shaul as not anointed with oil.

And Eli Yah the Tisbehiy of the settlers of Gilad, says to Ach Ab, Yah Veh Elohim of Yisra El lives, at whose face I stand, neither dew nor rain becomes these years, except as according to my mouth.

⁹ who works great - not to be probed; marvels without number; ¹⁰ who gives rain on the face of the earth and sends waters on the face of the outways;

¹⁹ My root spreads to the waters and the dew stays overnight on my clippings.

⁸ Who hedged in the sea with doors when it gushed? When it issued from the womb?

⁹ You visit the earth and overflow it; you greatly enrich it with the rivulet of Elohim - full of water: you prepare them crop when you thus prepare for it: ¹⁰ you saturate the furrows; you descend in the furrows; you dissolve it with showers; you bless the sprouting:

⁸ - who covers the heavens with thick clouds; who prepares rain for the earth; who sprouts grass on the mountains;

²⁰ by knowledge, he split the abysses and the vapours drip the dew.

²⁴ they say not in their heart, We now awe Yah Veh our Elohim - who gives downpour - both the early and the after in his time: he guards to us the statute weeks of the harvest.

¹³ He gives his voice; there is a multitude of waters in the heavens: and he ascends the vapours from the ends of the earth: he works lightnings with rain and brings forth the wind from his treasures.

²² Are there any among the vanities of the goyim who can cause downpour? Or can the heavens give showers? Are you not he, O Yah Veh our Elohim? So we await you: for you worked all these.

⁵ I become as the dew to Yisra El: he blossoms as the lily and smites his roots as Lebanon:

²³ And twirl, you sons of Siyon; and cheer in Yah Veh your Elohim: for he gives you the early pour in justness, and he brings down the downpour for you - the early rain and the after rain in the first.

⁷ And I also - I withheld the downpour from you, when yet three months to the harvest: and I, on one city, rained; and on one city, rained not: - one allotment, rained on; and the allotment not rained on withers:

⁴⁵ so that you become the sons of your Father in the the heavens: for his sun rises on the evil and on the good; and rains on the just and on the unjust.
