²⁹ He neither enriches, neither his valuables arise, nor his acquisitions spread on the earth;

²² In the fulness of his gluttony, he constricts; every hand of the wicked comes on him. ²³ In the fulness of his belly, he sends his fuming wrath on him - rains on him while he eats. ²⁴ He flees from the iron armour and the bow of copper passes through him; ²⁵ - drawn and comes from his body; yes, the lightning sword comes from his gall; with terrors on him. ²⁶ All darkness hides in his hideouts; a fire not puffed consumes him; it goes evilly with him who survives in his tent. ²⁷ The heavens expose his perversity; and the earth rises against him: ²⁸ the produce of his house exposes and flows away in the day of his wrath.

¹⁵ Regard you the eternal way which mischievous men have trodden? ¹⁶ - who were plucked from time? - whose foundation was poured with a flood? ¹⁷ Who says to El, Turn from us? What does Shadday for them? ¹⁸ Yet he fills their houses with good; but the counsel of the wicked is far from me: ¹⁹ the just see and cheer; and the innocent deride. ²⁰ Surely our opponent is not cut off, and fire consumes them who remain.

¹⁶ though he heaps silver as the dust and prepares robes as the clay: ¹⁷ he prepares, and the just enrobe; and the innocent allot the silver:

¹⁶ Awe not when man enriches - when the honor of his house abounds: ¹⁷ for when he dies he takes naught; his honor descends not after him.

¹⁹ and say to my soul, Soul, you have vast goods laid for many years; Rest! Eat! Drink! Rejoice! ²⁰ And Elohim says to him, Thoughtless! This night your soul is required of you: so whose are those that you prepared? ²¹ Thus is he who treasures for himself, and is not rich toward Elohim.

² and he voices out to him, and says to him, What hear I concerning you? Give word of your administration; for you are not still my administrator.

YAH SHUA ON THE RICH HUMAN AND EL AZAR
A rich human clothed in purple and white linen rejoices radiantly daily: ²⁰ and a beggar named El Azar is cast at his gate - ulcerous; ²¹ and panting to be filled with the crumbs which fall from the table of the rich man: but even the dogs come and lick his ulcers. ²² And so be it, the beggar dies, and is borne by the angels to the bosom of Abraham: the rich man also dies and is entombed;

¹¹ For the sun rises with a scorch and withers the grass; and the blossom falls and destructs the befittingness of its face: thus also the rich fades in his ways.

TREASURING TREASURES
Come now, you rich, weep and howl for the miseries coming upon you. ² Your riches putrefy and your garments become motheaten: ³ your gold and silver rust; and their rust becomes a witness against you to consume your flesh as fire. You treasured in the final days.
