⁶ and I set my eyes on them for good, and I return them to this land: and I build them, and not break; and I plant them, and not uproot:

¹² a land Yah Veh your Elohim searched out: the eyes of Yah Veh your Elohim are continually thereon - from the beginning of the year even to the end of the year.

⁹ As for Yah Veh, - his eyes flit throughout the whole earth, strengthened in behalf of them whose heart is at shalom toward him. Herein you folly: from this time on you have wars.

¹⁹ Remember on me, my Elohim, for good, according to all I work for this people.

²⁷ He observes men, and if any say, I sinned and perverted the straight and it profits me not; ²⁸ he redeems my soul from passing into the pit of ruin and my life sees the light.

¹⁵ The eyes of Yah Veh are on the just and his ears to their cry.

¹⁰ See, this day I set you overseer over the goyim and over the sovereigndoms; to uproot and to pull down and to destroy and to demolish; to build and to plant.

¹⁵ And so be it, after I uproot them, I return and compassion them, return them - every man to his inheritance and every man to his land.

⁷ At that blink, when I word concerning a goyim, and concerning a sovereigndom, to uproot - and to pull down - and to destroy ⁸ - if that goyim, against whom I word, turns from their evil, then I sigh of the evil I fabricate to work to them. ⁹ And at that blink, when I word concerning a goyim and concerning a kingdom - to build and to plant;

¹⁰ For I set my face against this city for evil and not for good; - an oracle of Yah Veh: - given into the hand of the sovereign of Babel and he burns it with fire.

³ and I gather the survivors of my flock from all lands I drove them; and return them to their habitations of rest; and they bear fruit and abound:

¹⁰ For thus says Yah Veh: According to my mouth, when seventy years are fulfilled at Babel, I visit you and raise my good word toward you and return you to to this place.

³⁷ Behold, I gather them from all lands, where I drove them in my wrath and in my fury and in great rage; and I return them to this place: and have them settle confidently:

⁴¹ Yes, I rejoice over them to do them good, and I plant them in this land in truth with my whole heart and with my whole soul.

⁷ and I restore the captivity of Yah Hudah and the captivity of Yisra El; and build them as at the first:

¹⁰ If you return and settle in this land, then I build you, and break you not; and I plant you, and uproot you not: for I sigh of the evil I worked to you.

¹⁵ Son of humanity, your brothers, your brothers, the men of your redemption, and all the house of Yisra El wholly are those to whom the settlers of Yeru Shalem say, Remove afar from Yah Veh: this land is given to us in possession. ¹⁶
WORD CONCERNING THE RESTORATION OF YISRA EL
So say, Thus says Adonay Yah Veh: Although I remove them afar from among the goyim, and although I scatter them among the lands, yet I am to them as a little holies in the lands where they go. ¹⁷ So say, Thus says Adonay Yah Veh: And I gather you from the people, and assemble you from the countries where you scattered; and I give you the soil of Yisra El

²⁴ For I take you from among the goyim and gather you from all lands and bring you into your own soil:

¹² Because the eyes of Yah Veh are over the just and his ears to their petitions: but the face of Yah Veh is against them who do evil.
