FASTING
Call out with the throat! Spare not! Lift your voice as a shophar and tell my people their rebellion; and the house of Yaaqov their sins.

⁹ I evangelize justness in the great congregation; behold, I restrain not my lips; O Yah Veh, you know. ¹⁰ I neither cover your justness within my heart - I say - your trustworthiness and your salvation; nor conceal your mercy and your truth from the great congregation.

¹³ And so be it, in that day, the great shophar blasts; and they come to them who destruct in the land of Ashshur, and the expelled in the land of Misrayim; and they prostrate to Yah Veh in the holy mount at Yeru Shalem.

⁶ A voice says, Call. And he says, What call I? All flesh is grass and all the mercy as the blossom of the field:

⁹ O Siyon, who evangelizes, ascend into the high mountain; O Yeru Shalem, who evangelizes, lift your voice with force; lift; awe not: say to the cities of Yah Hudah, Behold your Elohim! ¹⁰ Behold, Adonay Yah Veh comes with strength and his arm reigns for him: behold, his hire is with him, and his deeds are at his face.

¹⁰ His watchers are blind; they know not: they are all mute dogs; they cannot bark: dreaming, lying down, loving to slumber.

⁷ And Yah Veh says to me, Say not, I am a lad: go to all to whom I send you, and word whatever I misvah you: ⁸ awe not their faces: for I am with you to rescue you - an oracle of Yah Veh. ⁹ And Yah Veh spreads his hand, and touches my mouth: and Yah Veh says to me, Behold, I give my words in your mouth. ¹⁰ See, this day I set you overseer over the goyim and over the sovereigndoms; to uproot and to pull down and to destroy and to demolish; to build and to plant.

¹⁷ So you, gird your loins and rise; word to them all that I misvah you: dismay not at their faces, lest I break you at their face. ¹⁸ For, behold, I give you this day, a fortified city and an iron pillar and copper walls against the whole land - against the sovereigns of Yah Hudah, against the governors, against the priests, and against the people of the land: ¹⁹ and they fight against you; but they prevail not against you; for I am with you - an oracle of Yah Veh to rescue you.

⁸ Behold, you confide in false words that benefit not; ⁹ you steal, murder, and adulterize, and oath falsely and incense to Baal; and walk after other elohim whom you know not: ¹⁰ and then you come and stand at my face in this house on which my name is called, and say, We are rescued! in order to work all these abhorrences. ¹¹ Becomes this house, on which my name is called, a cave of tyrants in your eyes? Behold, even I see - an oracle of Yah Veh.

¹⁹ So thus says Yah Veh, If you return, then I return you and stand you at my face: and if you take the esteemed from the glutton, you become as my mouth: have them return to you; and you return not to them: ²⁰ and I give this people to you as a fenced copper wall: and they fight against you, and they prevail not against you: for I am with you to save you and to rescue you - an oracle of Yah Veh

³ and he says to me, Son of humanity, I send you to the sons of Yisra El - to a rebelling goyim who rebel against me: they and their fathers rebel against me to this same day: ⁴ for they, to whom I send you, are hard faced sons, and strong hearted: and say to them, Thus says Adonay Yah Veh: ⁵ And they, whether they hear, or whether they desist, - for they are a rebellious house, yet know a prophet becomes among them. ⁶ And you, son of humanity, neither awe them nor awe their words - though thistles and prickles are with you, and you, settle among scorpions: neither awe their words nor dismay at their faces for they are a rebellious house: ⁷ and you, word my words to them, whether they hear or whether they desist: for they are most rebellious. ⁸ And you, son of humanity, hear what I say to you; Become not rebellious as that rebellious house: gape your mouth and eat what I give you.

⁵ For you are not sent to a people of deep lip and of a heavy tongue - but to the house of Yisra El: ⁶ not to many people of a deep lip and of a heavy tongue whose words you hear not. Had I sent you to them, they had hearkened to you. ⁷ But the house of Yisra El wills to not hearken to you; for they will to not hearken to me: for all the house of Yisra El is strong foreheaded and hardhearted. ⁸ Behold, I give your face strong alongside their faces and your forehead strong alongside their foreheads: ⁹ as a brier stronger than flint I give your forehead: neither awe them nor dismay at their faces, though they be a rebellious house.

¹⁷ Son of humanity, I give you, a watcher to the house of Yisra El: so hear the word at my mouth, and enlighten them from me. ¹⁸ In my saying to the wicked, In dying, you die; and you neither enlighten him, nor word to enlighten the wicked from the wicked way he lives; the same wicked dies in his perversity; and I seek his blood at your hand: ¹⁹ and if you enlighten the wicked and he neither turns from his wickedness nor from his wicked way, he dies in his perversity; and you rescue your soul. ²⁰ And when the just turns from his justness and works wickedness, and I give a stumblingblock at his face, he dies: because you enlighten him not, he dies in his sin; and the justness he worked is not remembered; and I seek his blood at your hand. ²¹ And if you enlighten the just, that the just sin not, and he sins not, in living, he lives - because he enlightened; and you rescue your soul.

⁴ Judge you them, son of humanity? Judge you them? Have them know the abhorrences of their fathers:

² You, son of humanity, Judge you? Judge you the city of blood? Yes, have her know all her abhorrences,

¹ A shophar to your palate - as an eagle against the house of Yah Veh: because they trespass my covenant and rebel against my torah.

⁸ And I am filled of force by the spirit of Yah Veh; and of judgment and of might to declare to Yaaqov his rebellion and to Yisra El his sin. ⁹ Hear this, I beseech you, you heads of the house of Yaaqov and commanders of the house of Yisra El - who abhor judgment and pervert all straightness ¹⁰ - who build Siyon with blood and Yeru Shalem with wickedness. ¹¹ The heads judge for a bribe and the priests teach for a price, and the prophets divine for silver: yet they lean on Yah Veh, saying, Is not Yah Veh among us? Evil approaches us not! ¹² So because of you Siyon is plowed as a field and Yeru Shalem becomes heaps; and the mountain of the house as the bamahs of the forest.

YAHN THE BAPTIZER DERIDES THE PHARISEES AND SADOQIYM
But he sees many of the Pharisees and Sadoqiym come to his baptism: and he says to them, O progeny of vipers, who exemplifies you to flee from the wrath about to be? ⁸ So produce fruits worthy of repentance: ⁹ and think not to word within yourselves, We have Abraham to our father: for I word to you, that Elohim is able to raise children to Abraham from these stones:

⁵¹ You hardnaped and noncircumcised in heart and ears, you ever oppose the Holy Spirit. As your fathers, also you. ⁵² Which of the prophets have your fathers not persecuted? And they slaughtered them who pre-evangelized concerning the coming of the Just - of whom you now become traitors and murderers:

²⁶ So I witness to you in this day, that I am pure from the blood of all: ²⁷ for I withhold naught to evangelize the whole counsel of Elohim to you.

¹⁵ Speak these and beseech and reprove with all order. be disesteemed by no one;

¹⁰ I became in Spirit in the day of Adonay; and heard behind me a mega voice as of a trumpet,

IN SPIRIT, IN THE HEAVENS
After these I perceive, and behold, an opened portal in the heavens: and the first voice I hear is as a trumpet speaking with me; wording, Ascend hither, and I show you what must be after these ^*. ^{*some mss place after these at the beginning of verse 2}

THE FOURTH VISION
And the third angel follows them, speaking in a mega voice, If anyone worships the beast and his icon and takes his tattoo in his forehead or in his hand, ¹⁰ the same drinks of the wine of the fury of Elohim, mingled undiluted in the cup of his wrath; and is tortured in fire and sulphur in the sight of the holy angels and in sight of the Lamb:
