³ For you separate on the right and on the left; and your seed succeeds the goyim and settle in the desolated cities.

¹⁴ and your seed becomes as the dust of the earth and you break forth to the sea and to the east and to the north and to the south: and in you and in your seed all the families of the soil become blessed.

¹⁰ Neither turns the scion aside from Yah Hudah nor a statute setter from between his feet until Shiloh come; and the obedience of the people is his:

⁸ He subjugates from sea to sea - from the river to the finalities of the earth: ⁹ desertdwellers kneel at his face and his enemies lick the dust. ¹⁰ The sovereigns of Tarshish and of the islands return offerings; the sovereigns of Sheba and Seba oblate their hire; ¹¹ yes, all sovereigns prostrate ere in front of him; all goyim serve him.

² and so be it, in the last days, the mountain of the house of Yah Veh is established in the top of the mountains, and lifted above the hills; and all goyim flow to it. ³ And many people go and say, Come, and we ascend to the mountain of Yah Veh - to the house of Elohim of Yaaqov: and he teaches us of his ways, and we walk in his paths: for from Siyon the torah goes forth, and the word of Yah Veh from Yeru Shalem. ⁴ And he judges among the goyim and reproves many people: and they forge their swords into plowshares and their spears into psalmpicks: goyim neither lift sword against goyim, nor learn war any more.

⁹ They neither vilify nor ruin in all my holy mountain: for the earth fills with the knowledge of Yah Veh, as waters cover the sea. ¹⁰ And in that day, a Root of Yishay stands for an ensign of the people; to him the goyim seek: and his rest becomes honorable. cp Yesha Yah 11:1 ¹¹
THE SURVIVORS RESTORED
And so be it, in that day, Adonay adds to set his hand secondly to chattel the survivors of his people who survive - from Ashshur and from Misrayim and from Pathros and from Kush and from Elam and from Shinar and from Hamath and from the islands of the sea: ¹² and he lifts an ensign for the goyim and gathers the overthrown of Yisra El and gathers the scattered of Yah Hudah from the four wings of the earth:

THE WAY OF HOLINESS
The wilderness and the parch rejoice for them; and the plain twirls and blossoms as the rose. ² In blossoming, it blossoms; in twirling, it twirls and shouts: the honor of Lebanon is given to it - the majesty of Karmel/orchard and Sharon: they see the honor of Yah Veh and the majesty of our Elohim:

THE SERVANT OF YAH VEH
Behold my servant, whom I uphold; my chosen, in whom my soul is pleased: I give my spirit on him; he brings judgment to the goyim: ² he neither cries, nor lifts, nor has his voice heard in the outway: ³ he neither breaks a crushed stalk nor quenches he the smoking flax; he brings forth judgment to truth: ⁴ he neither dims nor crushes until he sets judgment in the earth: and the islands await his torah. ⁵ Thus says El Yah Veh, who created the heavens and spread them; who expanded the earth and its offspring; who gave breath to the people thereon, and spirit to them who walk therein: ⁶ I Yah Veh call you in justness and hold your hand and guard you; and give you for a covenant of the people and a light of the goyim: ⁷ to open the eyes of the blind; to bring the bound from the lock up; those sitting in darkness from the prison house. ⁸ I - Yah Veh: that is my name: and I neither give my honor to another, nor my halal to sculptiles. ⁹ Behold, the former becomes, and the new I tell: ere they sprout, I have you hear of them. ¹⁰
SING AND HALAL TO YAH VEH
Sing to Yah Veh a new song and his halal from the end of the earth; you who descend to the sea, and its fulness; the islands, and the settlers. ¹¹ The wilderness and the cities lift, Qedar settles the courts: the settlers of the rock shout; they shout from the top of the mountains: ¹² they set honor to Yah Veh and tell his halal in the islands:

⁵ Awe not: for I am with you: I bring your seed from the rising, and gather you from the dusk; ⁶ I say to the north, Give up! and to the south, Refrain not! Bring my sons from far and my daughters from the ends of the earth

THE RESTORATION OF YISRA EL
Thus says Yah Veh, In a time of pleasure I answered you; and in a day of salvation I helped you: and I guard you and give you for a covenant of the people to raise the earth; to have them inherit the desolated inheritances;

¹² Behold, these come from afar; and behold, these from the north and from the seaward; and these from the land of Sinim.

¹⁸ Lift up your eyes all round, and see: all these gather and come to you. I live - an oracle of Yah Veh surely you, as an ornament, enrobe them all, and bind them as a bride. ¹⁹ For your parched areas and your desolated and the land of your destruction are even now too restricted by reason of the settlers; and they who swallow you are far removed.

⁹ Break forth in joy! Shout together, you parched areas of Yeru Shalem! For Yah Veh sighs over his people; he redeems Yeru Shalem:

⁵ Behold, you call a goyim whom you know not, and goyim whom know you not run to you because of Yah Veh your Elohim, and for the Holy One of Yisra El; for he adorns you.

³ And the goyim come to your light and sovereigns to the brilliance of your rising. ⁴ Lift your eyes all round, and see: they all gather; they come to you: your sons come from afar and your daughters nurture at your side. ⁵ Then you awe and flow together; and your heart fears and enlarges: because the abundance of the sea turns to you; the valued of the goyim come to you: ⁶ the throngs of camels cover you - the dromedaries of Midyan and Ephah; all they of Sheba come: they bear gold and incense and they evangelize the halals of Yah Veh: ⁷ all the flocks of Qedar gather to you; the rams of Nebayoth minister to you: they ascend with pleasure on my sacrifice altar and I adorn the house of my adornment. ⁸ Who are these, flying as a cloud and as the doves to their windows? ⁹ Surely the islands await me; and the ships of Tarshish first to bring your sons from afar - their silver and their gold with them to the name of Yah Veh your Elohim, and to the Holy One of Yisra El, because he adorns you. ¹⁰ And the sons of strangers build your walls and their sovereigns minister to you: for in my rage I smote you and in my pleasure I mercied you: ¹¹ and your portals open continually - shut neither day nor night; to bring you the forces of the goyim, even their sovereigns are driven. ¹² For the goyim and sovereigndom who serve you not, destruct; yes, those goyim are utterly parched. ¹³ The honor of Lebanon comes to you - the fir tree, the oak tree, and the cedar together to adorn the place of my holies; and I honor the place of my feet.

⁵ And strangers stand and tend your flocks, and the sons of the stranger are your cultivators and your vinedressers: ⁶ and you are called, Priests of Yah Veh: of you is said, The Ministers of Our Elohim: you consume the valuables of the goyim and exchange their honor: ⁷ Instead of your shame, double; and shame they shout in their allotment: so in their land they possess the double - eternal cheerfulness is theirs. ⁸ For I Yah Veh love judgment; I hate stripping for holocaust: and I give their deeds in truth and I cut an eternal covenant with them: ⁹ and their seed is known among the goyim and their offspring among the people: all who see them acknowledge them, that they are the seed Yah Veh blesses.

³⁵ And they say, This desolated land is as the garden of Eden; and the parched and desolated and demolished cities fortified and settled. ³⁶ And the goyim who survive all around you know that I - Yah Veh build the demolished and plant the desolated: I Yah Veh worded, and I work.

²⁵ As he also words in Hoshea, I call the Not my people, My people; and the Not beloved, Beloved. ²⁶ And so be it, that in the place they rhetorized, You, Not my people; there they call them, Sons of the living Elohim. ^{Hosea 1:10}

¹⁸ But I word, Heard they not? Yes indeed, their sound goes to all the earth and their rhema to the extremities of the world. ^{Psalm 19:4}

¹² and if their downfall is the riches of the cosmos, and their diminishing the riches of the goyim, how much more their fulness/shalom?

²³ if indeed you abide in the trust founded and grounded; and not transported from the hope of the evangelism which you heard, which was preached in all creation under the heavens; whereof I Paulos became a minister;
