⁴ - to lift this proverb against the sovereign of Babel, and say, How the exactor shabbathizes! The extortioners of gold shabbathize!

THE IDOLS OF BABEL
Bel kneels; Nebo stoops; their idols are for the live beings and for the animals: your loads are heavily loaded - a burden to the languid. ² They stoop; they kneel together; they cannot rescue the burden; and their souls go into captivity.

² Tell you among the goyim and have them hear; and lift an ensign: have them hear; and conceal not: say, Babel is captured, Bel is shamed, Merodach is broken: her idols are shamed; her idols are broken. ³ For from the north a goyim ascends against her who places her land desolate; and no one settles therein: they wander; they depart; - both humanity and animal.

⁹ For, behold, I waken and against Babel I ascend a congregation of great goyim from the north land: and they line up against her; from thence they capture her: their arrows as of a mighty discerner; no one returns in vain.

²⁹ Hearken the archers against Babel all you who bend the bow: encamp against it all around; that there be no escapees: shalam her according to her deeds; work to her according to all she worked: for she is proud against Yah Veh - against the Holy One of Yisra El.

³⁸ a parch is on her waters and they dry up; for it is the land of sculptiles and they halal bugaboos:

⁴² they hold the bow and the dart; they are cruel, and mercy not: their voice roars as the sea and they ride on horses - lined up against you, O daughter of Babel, as a man to the war.

⁸ Suddenly Babel falls and breaks: howl for her; take balm for her sorrow, if so be, she heals.

²⁷ Lift an ensign in the land! Blast the shophar among the goyim! Hallow the goyim against her, hearken against her the sovereigndoms of Ararat, Minni, and Ashkenaz; muster an officer against her; ascend the horses as the shaggy cankerworms:

⁴⁴ And I visit on Bel in Babel, and from his mouth I bring forth what he swallowed: and the goyim flow together to him no more: yes, the wall of Babel falls.

⁴⁷ So behold, days come, that I visit shame on the sculptiles of Babel and her whole land; and all her pierced fall in her midst.

⁵² So behold, days come, - an oracle of Yah Veh that I visit on her sculptiles: and through all her land the pierced shriek:

⁶⁴ and say, Thus Babel drowns, and rises not from the face of the evil that I bring on her: and they weary. Thus far are the words of Yirme Yah.

THE THIRD VISION
And another angel follows, wording, Babel is fallen, is fallen - that megalopolis; because she gave all goyim drink of the wine of the fury of her whoredom.

² And he cries in might with a mega voice, wording, Babel the mega is fallen! Is fallen! and becomes the settlement of demons and the guardhouse of every impure spirit and a guardhouse of every impure and hateful fowl.

²¹ And one mighty angel takes a stone as a mega millstone and casts it into the sea, wording, Thus with violence is that megalopolis Babel cast; and are never ever no way still found in you:
