¹⁰ For I set my face against this city for evil and not for good; - an oracle of Yah Veh: - given into the hand of the sovereign of Babel and he burns it with fire.

²⁹ and the Kesediym who fight against this city come and kindle fire on this city - and burn it with the houses on whose roofs they incensed to Baal and libated libations to other elohim, to vex me:

¹⁰ For though you smite all the valiant of the Kesediym who fight against you, and there survives but wounded men among them, every man rises from his tent to burn this city with fire.

²⁶ and they strip your clothes and take your instruments of adornment: ²⁷ thus I shabbathize your whoredom from you and your intrigue from the land of Misrayim: so that you neither lift your eyes to them nor remember Misrayim any more.

⁴⁷ And the congregation stones them with stones and cuts them with their swords; they slaughter their sons and their daughters, and burn their houses with fire. ⁴⁸ Thus I shabbathize intrigue from the land, to teach all women to not work after your intrigue.

²⁵ and I sprinkle pure water on you and purify you: from all your foulness and from all your idols I purify you:

¹¹ and I cut off the cities of your land and demolish all your fortresses: ¹² and I cut off sorceries from your hand so that you have no cloudgazers: ¹³ and I cut off your sculptiles and your monoliths from your midst; and you prostrate no more to the work of your hands: ¹⁴ and I uproot your asherah from your midst thus I desolate your cities:

THE FOUNTAIN FOR SIN AND FOR EXCLUSION And so be it, in that day, a fountain opens to the house of David and to the settlers of Yeru Shalem for sin and for exclusion. ² And so be it, in that day, - an oracle of Yah Veh Sabaoth I cut off the names of the idols from the land, - no more remembered: and also I pass the prophets and the spirit of foulness from the land.

⁸ And so be it, in all the land - an oracle of Yah Veh two mouths therein are cut off - they expire; and the third remains therein: ⁹ and I bring the third through the fire and refine them as the refining of silver, and proof them as the proofing of gold: they call on my name, and I answer them: I say, My people: and they say, Yah Veh, My Elohim.

THE DAY OF YAH VEH
For behold, the day approaches that inflames as an oven; and all the arrogant, yes, and all who work wickedly, become stubble: and the day that approaches burns them, says Yah Veh Sabaoth, that it leaves them neither root nor branch.

¹² whose winnowing fan is in his hand; and he throughly purges his threshing floor, and gathers his grain into the granary; but he burns the chaff with unquenchable fire.

¹² and if anyone build on this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, timber, herbage, stubble; ¹³ the work of each becomes manifest: for the day evidences it because it unveils in fire; and the fire proofs the work of each - of what sort.
