⁵ And Haman sees that Mordekay neither bows nor prostrates to him; and Haman fills with fury:

⁵ and to Qayin and to his offering he looks not: and Qayin inflames mightily and his face falls. ⁶ And Yah Veh says to Qayin, Why are you inflamed? and why is your face fallen?

¹² And the sovereigness Vashti refuses to come at the word of the sovereign by the hand of his eunuchs; and the sovereign enrages mightily, and his fury burns within him.

² And all the servants of the sovereign in the portal of the sovereign bow and prostrate to Haman; for thus the sovereign misvahs concerning him. - and Mordekay neither bows nor prostrates.

HAMAN FILLED WITH FURY
And that day Haman goes - cheerful and with a good heart; and Haman sees Mordekay in the portal of the sovereign; that he neither rises nor agitates for him, he is filled with fury against Mordekay.

² For vexation slaughters the foolish and envy deathifies the enticed.

¹⁶ The vexation of a fool is known in a day; and the subtle cover abasement.

¹⁹ One of harsh wrath must bear the penalty; for if you rescue him, you must do it again.

²⁴ Proud, arrogant: scorner is his name, who works the fury of arrogance.

³ A stone is heavy and the sand weighty; and the vexation of a fool is heavier than both. ⁴ Fury is cruel and wrath overflows; and who is able to stand at the face of envy?

¹⁹ Then Nebukadnets Tsar fills with fury, and changes the image of his face against Shadrach, Meshach and Abed Nego: he answers and says for them to kindle the furnace seven above the usual kindling.
