³ and return the ark of our Elohim to us: for we sought not of him in the days of Shaul.

¹ And the men of Qiryath Arim come and ascend the ark of Yah Veh and bring it into the house of Abi Nadab in Gibah; and hallow El Azar his son to guard the ark of Yah Veh. ² And so be it, from the day the ark settles in Qiryath Arim, that the days abound; for it is twenty years: and all the house of Yisra El laments after Yah Veh.

¹⁸ And Shaul says to Achiy Yah, Bring near the ark of Elohim. - for that day the ark of Elohim is with the sons of Yisra El.

³⁶ And Shaul says, We descend after the Peleshethiy by night and plunder them until the morning light that not a man of them survives. And they say, Work whatever seems good in your eyes. And the priest says, Approach hither to Elohim.

¹⁰ and he asked of Yah Veh for him; and gave him hunt and gave him the sword of Golyath the Peleshethiy.

¹⁵ Begin I daily to ask of Elohim for him? Far be it from me! O that the sovereign set no word - neither to his servant nor to all the house of my father: for your servant knows no word of all this - less or great.

² And David asks Yah Veh, saying, Go I and smite these Peleshethiy? And Yah Veh says to David, Go and smite the Peleshethiy and save Qeilah.

⁹ And David knows Shaul plots evil against him; and he says to Abi Athar the priest, Bring near the ephod. ¹⁰ And David says, O Yah Veh Elohim of Yisra El, In hearing, your servant hears that Shaul seeks to come to Qeilah to ruin the city for my sake: ¹¹ The masters of Qeilah, shut they me into his hand? Descends Shaul, as your servant hears? O Yah Veh Elohim of Yisra El, I beseech you, tell your servant. And Yah Veh says, He descends. ¹² Then David says, The masters of Qeilah, shut they me and my men into the hand of Shaul? And Yah Veh says, They shut you.
