DAVID DEFEATS THE PELESHETHIY
And the Peleshethiy hear David is anointed sovereign over all Yisra El; and all the Peleshethiy ascend to seek David: and David hears and goes at their face: ⁹ and the Peleshethiy come and spread themselves in the valley of Rephaim. ¹⁰ And David asks of Elohim, saying, Ascend I against the Peleshethiy? Give you them into my hand? And Yah Veh says to him, Ascend; and I give them into your hand. ¹¹ And they ascend to Baal Perasim; and David smites them there: and David says, Elohim breaches my enemies by my hand as the breaching of waters: so they call the name of that place Baal Perasim. ¹² - and they leave their elohim there. And David says, Burn them with fire. ¹³ - and the Peleshethiy still add to spread themselves in the valley. ¹⁴ And again David asks of Elohim; and Elohim says to him, Ascend not after them; turn from them and come on them opposite the weepers: ¹⁵ and so be it, when you hear a voice of marching in the tops of the weepers, then go out to war: for Elohim goes at your face to smite the camp of the Peleshethiy. ¹⁶ And David works as Elohim misvahs him: and they smite the camp of the Peleshethiy from Gibon even to Gezer: ¹⁷ and the fame of David goes into all lands; and Yah Veh gives the fear of him on all goyim.

THE ALLIANCE OF SHELOMOH WITH SOVEREIGN HIRAM
And Hiram sovereign of Sor sends his servants to Shelomoh; for he hears they anointed him sovereign in the stead of his father - for Hiram was all days a lover of David.

⁶ And now you misvah them to cut me cedar trees from Lebanon: and my servants be with your servants; and I give you hire for your servants according to all you say: for you know there is not among us a man who knows to cut timber as the Sidoniy.

⁸ And Hiram sends to Shelomoh, saying, I heard what you sent me: I work all your delight concerning timber of cedar and concerning timber of cypress: ⁹ my servants descend them from Lebanon to the sea: and I set them by sea in rafts to the place you send me and scatter them there; and you lift them and work my delight by giving bread for my household. ¹⁰ And Hiram gives Shelomoh cedar trees and cypress trees according to all his delight: ¹¹ and Shelomoh gives Hiram twenty thousand kors of wheat - nourishment to his household and twenty kors of pestled oil: thus Shelomoh gives to Hiram year by year. ¹² And Yah Veh gives Shelomoh wisdom as he worded him: and there is shalom between Hiram and between Shelomoh; and the two cut a covenant.

¹⁸ and the builders of Shelomoh and the builders of Hiram and the sculpters of Gibliy prepare timber and stones to build the house.

THE BUILDING OF THE HOUSE OF SHELOMOH
And for thirteen years, Shelomoh builds his own house; and he finishes all his house: ² and he builds the house of the forest of Lebanon, a hundred cubits long and fifty cubits wide and thirty cubits high; on four rows of cedar pillars with cedar beams on the pillars; ³ and ciels it with cedar above on the ribs - on forty five pillars, fifteen in a row: ⁴ with lookouts in three rows; and window against window in three steps: ⁵ and all the portals and posts square with the lookouts: with window against window in three steps. ⁶ And he works a porch of pillars, fifty cubits long and thirty cubits wide: with the porch at their face; and the pillars and the thick beam at their face. ⁷ And he works a porch for the throne for judging - the porch of judgment; and ciels it with cedar from floor to floor. ⁸ And his house where he settles has another court to house the porch - of like work. And Shelomoh works a house like this porch for the daughter of Paroh he had taken. ⁹ All these of precious stones, according to the measures of hewed stones, sawed with saws inside and outside the house - even from the foundation to the support and so on the outside toward the great court. ¹⁰ And the foundation is of precious stones - even great stones - stones of ten cubits and stones of eight cubits: ¹¹ and above are precious stones after the measures of hewed stones and cedars: ¹² and the great court all around, three rows of hewed stones and a row of cedar beams - both for the inner court of the house of Yah Veh and for the porch of the house.

THE SON OF DAVID IS TO BUILD THE HOUSE OF YAH VEH
And so be it, David settles in his house, and David says to Nathan the prophet, Behold, I settle in a house of cedars, but the ark of the covenant of Yah Veh is under curtains.

² And David says to gather the sojourners in the land of Yisra El: and he stands hewers to hew hewn stones to build the house of Elohim:

³ And Shelomoh sends to Hiram the sovereign of Sor, saying, When you worked with David my father you sent him cedars to build a house to settle in:

⁸ and send me cedar trees, cypress trees and algumim trees from Lebanon: for I know that your servants perceive to cut timber in Lebanon; and behold, my servants are with your servants; ⁹ even to prepare me timber in abundance: for the house I build is marvellous and great. ¹⁰ And behold, I give your servants - the choppers who cut timber twenty thousand kors of struck wheat and twenty thousand kors of barley and twenty thousand baths of wine and twenty thousand baths of oil. ¹¹ And Hiram the sovereign of Sor says in inscribings he sends to Shelomoh, Because Yah Veh loves his people he gives you sovereign over them. ¹² Hiram says, Blessed - Yah Veh Elohim of Yisra El who works the heavens and earth; who gave David the sovereign a wise son knowing comprehension and discernment to build a house for Yah Veh and a house for his sovereigndom.

⁷ and they give silver to the hewers and to the artificers; and food and drink and oil to the Sidoniy and to the Soriy to bring cedar trees from Lebanon to the sea of Yapho according to the permit they have from Koresh sovereign of Persia.

¹³ Ho to him who builds his house without justness and his upper rooms without judgment; who uses the service of his friend gratuitously, and gives him not for his deeds; ¹⁴ who says, I build me a house of measure and breathtaking upper rooms; and rip out windows and ciel with cedar and anoint with vermilion. ¹⁵ Reign you, because you are inflamed in cedar? Your father - ate and drank he not? Yes, he worked judgment and justness - and for his own good:

⁷ He flows the water from his pails and his seed is in many waters: and his sovereign is more exalted than Agag and his sovereigndom becomes exalted.

YAH VEH SABAOTH CUTS A COVENANT WITH DAVID
Now say thus to my servant David, Thus says Yah Veh Sabaoth, I took you from the habitation of rest - from after the flock to be eminent over my people - over Yisra El:

¹⁶ and your house and your sovereigndom are permanent - eternally at your face: your throne is established eternally.

⁹ Blessed - Yah Veh your Elohim who delights in you to give you on the throne of Yisra El: because Yah Veh loves Yisra El eternally he set you sovereign to work judgment and justness.

¹⁷ And this is little in your eyes, O Elohim; for you word of the house of your servant from afar and see me in the manner of a human of high degree, O Yah Veh Elohim.

¹¹ And Hiram the sovereign of Sor says in inscribings he sends to Shelomoh, Because Yah Veh loves his people he gives you sovereign over them.

THE MISSION OF SOVEREIGNESS ESTER
But if in hushing, you hush at this time, then respite and rescue to the Yah Hudiym stands from another place; but you and the house of your father is destroyed; and who knows whether you reach the sovereigndom for a time as this?

²⁰ I found David my servant; with my holy ointment I anoint him; ²¹ with whom I establish my hand; my arm strengthens him: ²² neither the enemy exacts from him; nor the son of wickedness abase him: ²³ I crush his tribulators at his face and smite them who hate him. ²⁴ And my trustworthiness and my mercy are with him; and in my name his horn is lofted. ²⁵ I set his hand on the sea and his right on the rivers. ²⁶ He calls to me, You - my father, my El and the rock of my salvation. ²⁷ I also give him to be my firstbirthed, Elyon of the sovereigns of the earth. ²⁸ I guard my mercy for him eternally and my trustworthy covenant with him; ²⁹ I set his seed eternal and his throne as the days of the heavens. ³⁰ If his sons forsake my torah and walk not in my judgments; ³¹ if they profane my statutes and guard not my misvoth; ³² then I visit their rebellion with the scion and their perversity with plagues: ³³ I neither void my mercy nor falsify my trustworthiness; ³⁴ neither profane my covenant nor alter the proceedings of my lips. ³⁵ Once I oath by my holiness; I lie not to David: ³⁶ his seed is eternal and his throne as the sun in front of me; ³⁷ - established eternally as the moon and as a trustworthy witness in the vapours. ²⁵ and I turn my hand upon you; and in purity, refine away your dross, and turn aside all your tin: ²⁶ and I restore your judges as at the first and your counsellors as at the beginning: and afterward call you, The City of Justness; The City Trustworthy. ²⁷ Siyon is redeemed in judgment and her returnees in justness:

³⁰ As for me, this mystery is not exposed to me for wisdom that I have in me any more than for any one living, but for words to make the interpretation known to the sovereign, so that you know the intentions of your heart.

¹⁷ He neither abounds women to himself nor turns away his heart nor mightily abounds silver and gold to himself.

¹³ And David takes more concubines and women from Yeru Shalem, after coming from Hebron: and sons and daughters are birthed to David.

³ and he has seven hundred women governesses and three hundred concubines: and his women pervert his heart.

GENEALOGY OF THE SONS OF DAVID
And these are the sons of David - birthed to him in Hebron: the firstbirthed, Amnon of Achiy Noam the Yizre Eliyth; the second, Dani El of Abi Gail the Karmeliyth; ² the third, Abi Shalom the son of Maachah the daughter of Talmay sovereign of Geshur; the fourth, Adoni Yah the son of Haggith; ³ the fifth, Shaphat Yah of Abi Tal; the sixth, Yithre Am of his woman Eglah ⁴ - these six birthed to him in Hebron; and he reigns there seven years and six months: and he reigns thirty-three years in Yeru Shalem.

¹⁸ Blessed - your fountain. Cheer with the woman of your youth; ¹⁹ she is as the hind of loves and the roe of charism: her nipples satisfy you at all times; and continually err inadvertently with her love.

²⁶ and I find more bitter than death the woman whose heart is lairs and devoted and her hands as bands; whoever is good at the face of Elohim escapes from her; and the sinner is captured by her. ²⁷ See, I found this, says the Congregationer, one by one, to find out the machinations; ²⁸ my soul still seeks, and I find not; one human among a thousand I found; but a woman among all those I found not. ²⁹ See, this only I found, that Elohim worked humanity straight; and they - they sought out many machinations.

⁹ See life with the woman you love all the days of the life of your vanity which he gives you under the sun - all the days of your vanity; for that is your allotment in life and in the toil you toiled under the sun.

¹⁴ And you say, Why? Because Yah Veh witnesses between you and between the woman of your youth against whom you dealt covertly: yet is she your companion and the woman of your covenant.

⁴ And he answers them, saying, Read you not that he who created at the beginning created them male and female, ⁵ and said, For this cause a human leaves father and mother and adheres to his woman: and they two become one flesh?

⁸ He words to them, Because of your hard heartedness, Mosheh allowed you to release your women: but from the beginning it was not thus.

NATHAN REBUKES DAVID
And Yah Veh sends Nathan to David: and he comes to him and says to him, Two men are in one city - the one rich and the one impoverished:

THE BIRTH OF SHELOMOH
And David sighs over Bath Sheba his woman and goes in to her and lies down with her; and she births a son and he calls his name Shelomoh: and Yah Veh loves him: ²⁵ and he sends by the hand of Nathan the prophet; and he calls his name Yedid Yah, because of Yah Veh.

¹³ go and enter to sovereign David, and say unto him, Oathed you not, my adoni, O sovereign, to your maid, saying, Assuredly Shelomoh your son reigns after me, and settles on my throne? Why reigns Adoni Yah?

¹⁷ And she says to him, My adoni, you oathed to your maid by Yah Veh your Elohim, Assuredly Shelomoh your son reigns after me and settles on my throne.

¹⁵ And he says, You know that the sovereigndom is mine and that all Yisra El set their faces on me to reign: howbeit the sovereigndom turns around and becomes to my brother - for it is his from Yah Veh.

³ and Shelomoh loves Yah Veh walking in the statutes of David his father: only, he sacrifices and incenses in bamahs:

⁵ In Gibon Yah Veh is seen by Shelomoh in a dream by night: and Elohim says, Ask what I give you. ⁶ And Shelomoh says, You worked great mercy to your servant David my father according as he walked at your face in truth and in justness and in straightness of heart with you: and you guarded this great mercy for him in that you gave him a son to settle on his throne as this day: ⁷ and now, O Yah Veh my Elohim, you have your servant reign in the stead of David my father: and I am a little lad: I know not to go out or come in: ⁸ and your servant is midst your people whom you chose - a great people that can neither be numbered nor scribed for abundance: ⁹ give your servant a hearing heart to judge your people - to discern between good and evil: for who is able to judge this - your grievous people? ¹⁰ - and the word well-pleases the eyes of Adonay that Shelomoh asks this word. ¹¹ And Elohim says to him, Because you ask this word and neither ask many days for yourself, nor ask riches for yourself, nor ask the soul of your enemies; but ask for yourself discernment to hear judgment

⁵ And these are birthed to him in Yeru Shalem: Shimah and Shobab and Nathan and Shelomoh - four of Bath Shua the daughter of Ammi El: ⁶ also Yibchar and Eli Shama and Eli Phelet ⁷ and Nogah and Nepheg and Yaphia ⁸ and Eli Shama and Eli Ada and Eli Phelet - nine. ⁹ These are all the sons of David beside the sons of the concubines, and Tamar their sister.

⁹ behold - a son is birthed to you who is a man of rest; and I rest him from all his enemies all around: for his name becomes Shelomoh/Of Shalom; and I give Yisra El shalom and rest in his days: ¹⁰ he builds a house for my name; and he becomes to me, son and I become to him, father; and I establish the throne of his sovereigndom over Yisra El eternally. ¹¹ Now, my son, Yah Veh be with you and prosper you; and build the house of Yah Veh your Elohim as he words you: ¹² only, Yah Veh give you comprehension and discernment and misvah you concerning Yisra El; to guard the torah of Yah Veh your Elohim:

⁵ and of all my sons, - Yah Veh gave me many sons he chooses Shelomoh my son to settle on the throne of the sovereigndom of Yah Veh over Yisra El. ⁶ And he says to me, Shelomoh your son - he builds my house and my courts: for I choose him to become to me - son and I become to him - father.

¹¹ And the servants of Achish say to him, Is not this David the sovereign of the land? Answered they not one another in round dances thus, saying, Shaul smites his thousands and David his myriads?

³ So all the elders of Yisra El come to the sovereign to Hebron; and sovereign David cuts a covenant with them in Hebron at the face of Yah Veh: and they anoint David sovereign over Yisra El.

¹⁷ And the Peleshethiy hear that they anoint David sovereign over Yisra El, all the Peleshethiy ascend to seek David; and David hears thereof and descends to the hold: ¹⁸ and the Peleshethiy come and disperse in the valley of Rephaim. ¹⁹ And David asks Yah Veh, saying, Ascend I to the Peleshethiy? Give you them into my hand? And Yah Veh says to David, Ascend! For in giving, I give the Peleshethiy into your hand. ²⁰ And David comes to Baal Perasim, and David smites them there, and says, Yah Veh breaches my enemies at my face as the breach of waters: so he calls the name of that place Baal Perasim/Baal Breach. ²¹ And there they leave their idols, and David and his men lift them away: ²² and the Peleshethiy add to ascend and to disperse in the valley of Rephaim. ²³ And David asks of Yah Veh, and he says, Ascend not; but go around behind them, and come upon them opposite the weepers: ²⁴ and so be it, when you hear the voice of marching in the tops of the weepers, then you point: for then Yah Veh goes at your face, to smite the camp of the Peleshethiy. ²⁵ And thus David works as Yah Veh misvahs him; and smites the Peleshethiy from Geba until you come to Gezer.

³ And all the elders of Yisra El come to the sovereign to Hebron: and David cuts a covenant with them in Hebron at the face of Yah Veh: and they anoint David sovereign over Yisra El - according to the word of Yah Veh by the hand of Shemu El.

¹ Why do the goyim conspire and the nations meditate vanity? ² The sovereigns of the earth station themselves and the potentates set counsel together against Yah Veh and against his anointed. ³ Tear their bands and cast their ropes from us. ⁴ He who settles in the heavens laughs; Adonay derides them; ⁵ then he words to them in his wrath and terrifies them in his fuming. ⁶ And I - I anointed my sovereign on my holy mount Siyon;

THE SEVENTH TRUMP
And the seventh angel trumps; and mega voices become in the heavens, wording, The sovereigndoms of this cosmos are become to Yah Veh and his the Messiah; and he reigns to the eons of the eons. ¹⁶ And the twenty-four elders, sitting on their thrones in sight of Elohim fall on their faces and worship Elohim, ¹⁷ wording, We eucharistize you, O Yah Veh El Sabaoth, who is and who was and who is coming; for you are taking your mega dynamis and reign: ¹⁸ and the goyim raved and your wrath is come: also the season to judge the dead and to give reward to your servants the prophets and to the holy and to them who awe your name - minute and mega: and to destroy them who destroy the earth.

¹⁸ and the Peleshethiy come and disperse in the valley of Rephaim.

¹³ And three of the thirty heads descended and came to David in the harvest time to the cave of Adullam: and the living of the Peleshethiy encamped in the valley of Rephaim:

¹⁵ And three of the thirty heads descend the rock to David - to the cave of Adullam: and the camp of the Peleshethiy encamp in the valley of Rephaim:

¹³ - and the Peleshethiy still add to spread themselves in the valley.

⁵ and so be it, as the harvester gathering the stalks and harvests the ears with his arm; and so be it, as gathering ears in the valley of Rephaim:

⁶ And she sends and calls Baraq the son of Abi Noam from Kedesh Naphtali and says to him, Misvahs not Yah Veh Elohim of Yisra El, Go and draw toward mount Tabor and take with you ten thousand men of the sons of Naphtali and of the sons of Zebulun? ⁷ and I draw the governor of the host of Yabyn to you - with his chariots and his multitude at the wadi Qishon Sisera; and I give him into your hand.

² And David asks Yah Veh, saying, Go I and smite these Peleshethiy? And Yah Veh says to David, Go and smite the Peleshethiy and save Qeilah. ³ And the men of David say to him, Behold, we awe here in Yah Hudah! How much more, if we come to Qeilah against the ranks of the Peleshethiy? ⁴ And David adds again to ask Yah Veh: and Yah Veh answers him and says, Rise! Descend to Qeilah! For I give the Peleshethiy into your hand.

⁹ And David knows Shaul plots evil against him; and he says to Abi Athar the priest, Bring near the ephod. ¹⁰ And David says, O Yah Veh Elohim of Yisra El, In hearing, your servant hears that Shaul seeks to come to Qeilah to ruin the city for my sake: ¹¹ The masters of Qeilah, shut they me into his hand? Descends Shaul, as your servant hears? O Yah Veh Elohim of Yisra El, I beseech you, tell your servant. And Yah Veh says, He descends. ¹² Then David says, The masters of Qeilah, shut they me and my men into the hand of Shaul? And Yah Veh says, They shut you.

⁸ And David asks at Yah Veh, saying, Pursue I after this troop? Overtake them? And he says to him, Pursue! In overtaking, overtake! And in rescuing, rescue!

DAVID ANOINTED SOVEREIGN
And so be it, after this, David asks of Yah Veh, saying, Ascend I into one of the cities of Yah Hudah? And Yah Veh says to him, Ascend. And David says, Whither ascend I? And he says, To Hebron.

¹⁹ And David asks Yah Veh, saying, Ascend I to the Peleshethiy? Give you them into my hand? And Yah Veh says to David, Ascend! For in giving, I give the Peleshethiy into your hand.

²³ And David asks of Yah Veh, and he says, Ascend not; but go around behind them, and come upon them opposite the weepers:

⁶ And the sovereign of Yisra El gathers the prophets - about four hundred men and says to them, Go I to war against Ramoth Gilad? Or cease I? And they say, Ascend; for Adonay gives it in the hand of the sovereign.

¹⁵ And he comes to the sovereign; and the sovereign says to him, Michah Yah, Go we to war against Ramoth Gilad? Or cease? And he says to him, Ascend and prosper: for Yah Veh gives it into the hand of the sovereign. ¹⁶ And the sovereign says to him, How many times oath I you that you word me naught but truth in the name of Yah Veh? ¹⁷ And he says, I see all Yisra El scattered on the mountains as flocks with no tender: and Yah Veh says, These have no adoni: return them - every man to his house in shalom.

³ and return the ark of our Elohim to us: for we sought not of him in the days of Shaul.

¹⁴ And again David asks of Elohim; and Elohim says to him, Ascend not after them; turn from them and come on them opposite the weepers:

⁶ in all your ways know him and he straightens your paths:

²⁸ and the waters return and cover the chariots and the cavalry and all the valiant of Paroh who come into the sea after them; not even one of them survives.

²⁰ And David comes to Baal Perasim, and David smites them there, and says, Yah Veh breaches my enemies at my face as the breach of waters: so he calls the name of that place Baal Perasim/Baal Breach.

¹⁴ they come as a broad breach; they roll themselves under the devastation.

¹³ Yah Veh thunders in the heavens; Elyon gives his voice - hail and coals of fire: ¹⁴ yes, he sends his arrows and scatters them; he shoots lightnings and agitates them. ¹⁵ And the reservoirs of waters were seen, and exposed are the foundations of the world at your rebuke, O Yah Veh - at the breath of the wind/spirit of your nostrils.

³ For they neither possessed the land by their own sword, nor by their own arm were they saved; but by your right and your arm and the light of your face: because you had pleasure in them.

¹ By David. Blessed - Yah Veh my rock who teaches my hands to war and my fingers to war:

¹⁰ - who gives salvation to sovereigns; who release David his servant from the evil sword.

²¹ For Yah Veh rises as the mount of breaches, he quivers as Gay Gibon, to work his work - his strange work; and serve his service -his strange service.

²⁷ and the rains descend and the streams come and the winds puff and dash on that house; and it falls: and mega is the downfall.

¹² For I pass through the land of Misrayim this night and smite all the firstbirth in the land of Misrayim - both human and animal; and I work judgment against all the elohim of Misrayim: I - Yah Veh.

²⁰ and he takes the calf they worked and burns it in the fire and pulverizes it and winnows it on the face of the water; and makes the sons of Yisra El drink thereof.

⁵ But work thus with them; pull down their sacrifice altars and break down their monoliths and cut down their asherim and burn their sculptiles with fire.

²⁵ Burn the sculptiles of their elohim with fire: neither desire the silver or gold that is on them, nor take it to you, lest you be snared therein: for it is an abhorrence to Yah Veh your Elohim.

² and the Peleshethiy take the ark of Elohim and bring it into the house of Dagon and set it beside Dagon. ³ And the Ashdodiy start early on the morrow, and behold, Dagon fallen on his face to the earth at the face of the ark of Yah Veh; and they take Dagon and return him in his place. ⁴ And when they start early on the morrow morning, behold, Dagon fallen on his face to the earth at the face of the ark of Yah Veh; and the head of Dagon and both palms of his hands are cut off on the threshold; only, Dagon survives. ⁵ So neither the priests of Dagon nor any who come into the house of Dagon tread on the threshold of Dagon in Ashdod to this day. ⁶ But the hand of Yah Veh is heavy on Ashdod; and he desolates them and smites them with hemorrhoids - Ashdod and the borders thereof.

¹⁸ and gave their elohim to the fire: for they are no elohim but the work of human hands - timber and stone: and destroyed them.

WORKING OUT SALVATION
So my beloved, exactly as you always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my being away, work out your own salvation with awe and trembling. ^{Ephesians 2:8-10 13} For it is Elohim who energizes in you both to will and to energize his well-approval.
