²² For I am delighted with the law of God, according to the inward man: ²³ But I see another law in my members, fighting against the law of my mind and captivating me in the law of sin that is in my members. ²⁴ Unhappy man that I am, who shall deliver me from the body of this death?

¹ And I, brethren, could not speak to you as unto spiritual, but as unto carnal. As unto little ones in Christ. ² I gave you milk to drink, not meat: for you were not able as yet. But neither indeed are you now able: for you are yet carnal. ³ For, whereas there is among you envying and contention, are you not carnal and walk you not according to man?

⁸ To me, the least of all the saints, is given this grace, to preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ:

¹² For the word of God is living and effectual and more piercing than any two edged sword; and reaching unto the division of the soul and the spirit, of the joints also and the marrow: and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
