²⁵ He said: Cursed be Chanaan, a servant of servants shall he be unto his brethren.

¹⁴ And the Lord God said to the serpent: Because thou hast done this thing, thou art cursed among all cattle, and beasts of the earth: upon thy breast shalt thou go, and earth shalt thou eat all the days of thy life.

¹¹ Now therefore cursed shalt thou be upon the earth, which hath opened her mouth and recieved the blood of thy brother at thy hand.

²² Which when Cham the father of Chanaan had seen, to wit, that his father's nakedness was uncovered, he told it to his two brethren without.

⁷ Cursed be their fury, because it was stubborn: and their wrath, because it was cruel: I will divide them in Jacob, and will scatter them in Israel.

¹⁶ Cursed be he that honoureth not his father and mother: and all the people shall say: Amen.

¹⁸ Cursed shall be the fruit of thy womb, and the fruit of thy ground, the herds of thy oxen, and the flocks of thy sheep.

²³ Therefore you shall be under a curse, and your race shall always be hewers of wood, and carriers of water, into the house of my God.

²⁷ And he gave orders in that day, that they should be in the service of all the people, and of the altar of the Lord, hewing wood, and carrying water, until this present time, in the place which the Lord hath chosen.

²⁸ But after Israel was grown strong, he made them tributaries, and would not destroy them. ²⁹ Ephraim also did not slay the Chanaanite that dwelt in Gazer, bnt dwelt with him. ³⁰ Zabulon destroyed not the inhabitants of Cetron, and Naalol: but the Chanaanite dwelt among them, and became their tributary.

²⁰ All the people that were left of the Amorrhites, and Hethites, and Pherezites, and Hevites, and Jebusites, that are not of the children of Israel: ²¹ Their children, that were left in the land; to wit, such as the children of Israel had not been able to destroy, Solomon made tributary unto this day.

⁷ All the people that were left of the Hethites, and the Amorrhites, and the Pherezites, and the Hevites, and the Jebusites, that were not of the stock of Israel: ⁸ Of their children, and of the posterity, whom the children of Israel had not slain, Solomon made to be the tributaries, unto this day.

⁴¹ Then he shall say to them also that shall be on his left hand: Depart from me, you cursed, into everlasting fire, which was prepared for the devil and his angels.

³⁴ Jesus answered them: Amen, amen, I say unto you that whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin.
