¹⁴ That thou keep the commandment without spot, blameless, unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ,

⁹ And thou my son Solomon, know the God of thy father, and serve him with a perfect heart, and a willing mind: for the Lord searcheth all hearts, and understandeth all the thoughts of minds. If thou seek him, thou shalt find him: but if thou forsake him, he will cast thee off for ever. ¹⁰ Now therefore seeing the Lord hath chosen thee to build the house of the sanctuary, take courage, and do it.

²⁰ And David said to Solomon his son: Act like a man, and take courage, and do: fear not, and be not dismayed: for the Lord my God will be with thee, and will not leave thee, nor forsake thee, till thou hast finished all the work for the service of the house of the Lord.

⁷ Thou art all fair, O my love, and there is not a spot in thee.

⁸ Who also will confirm you unto the end without crime, in the days of the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

²⁷ That he might present it to himself, a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.

⁶ Being confident of this very thing: that he who hath begun a good work in you will perfect it unto the day of Christ Jesus.

¹⁰ That you may approve the better things: that you may be sincere and without offence unto the day of Christ:

¹⁵ That you may be blameless and sincere children of God, without reproof, in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation: among whom you shine as lights in the world.

²² Yet now he hath reconciled in the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unspotted and blameless before him:

¹⁷ And say to Archippus: Take heed to the ministry which thou hast received in the Lord, that thou fulfil it.

¹³ To confirm your hearts without blame, in holiness, before God and our Father, at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, with all his saints. Amen.

²³ And may the God of peace himself sanctify you in all things: that your whole spirit and soul and body may be preserved blameless in the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

¹ And we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and of our gathering together unto him:

⁸ And then that wicked one shall be revealed: whom the Lord Jesus shall kill with the spirit of his mouth and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming: him

¹¹ These things command and teach: ¹² Let no man despise thy youth: but be thou an example of the faithful, in word, in conversation, in charity, in faith, in chastity. ¹³ Till I come, attend unto reading, to exhortation and to doctrine. ¹⁴ Neglect not the grace that is in thee, which was given thee by prophecy, with imposition of the hands of the priesthood. ¹⁵ Meditate upon these things, be wholly in these things: that thy profiting may be manifest to all. ¹⁶ Take heed to thyself and to doctrine: be earnest in them. For in doing this thou shalt both save thyself and them that hear thee.

²⁰ O Timothy, keep that which is committed to thy trust, avoiding the profane novelties of words and oppositions of knowledge falsely so called.

¹ I charge thee, before God and Jesus Christ, who shall judge the living and the dead, by his coming and his kingdom:

¹³ Looking for the blessed hope and coming of the glory of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ.

¹⁴ How much more shall the blood of Christ, who by the Holy Ghost offered himself unspotted unto God, cleanse our conscience from dead works, to serve the living God?

²⁸ So also Christ was offered once to exhaust the sins of many. The second time he shall appear without sin to them that expect him unto salvation.

⁷ That the trial of your faith (much more precious than gold which is tried by the fire) may be found unto praise and glory and honour at the appearing of Jesus Christ.

¹⁹ But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb unspotted and undefiled

¹⁴ Wherefore, dearly beloved, waiting for these things, be diligent that you may be found before him unspotted and blameless in peace.

² Dearly beloved, we are now the sons of God: and it hath not yet appeared what we shall be. We know that when he shall appear we shall be like to him: because we shall see him as he is.

²⁴ Now to him who is able to preserve you without sin and to present you spotless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy, in the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ:

⁷ Behold, he cometh with the clouds, and every eye shall see him: and they also that pierced him. And all the tribes of the earth shall bewail themselves because of him. Even so. Amen.
