³⁰ for on that day shall atonement be made for you, to cleanse you: from all your sins shall ye be clean before Jehovah.

² Wash me fully from mine iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin.

⁷ Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean; wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow.

¹⁰ Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me.

⁸ And I will cleanse them from all their iniquity, whereby they have sinned against me, and I will pardon all their iniquities, whereby they have sinned against me, and whereby they have transgressed against me.

¹³ For if the blood of goats and bulls, and a heifer`s ashes sprinkling the defiled, sanctifies for the purity of the flesh, ¹⁴ how much rather shall the blood of the Christ, who by the eternal Spirit offered himself spotless to God, purify your conscience from dead works to worship [the] living God?

¹ For the law, having a shadow of the coming good things, not the image itself of the things, can never, by the same sacrifices which they offer continually yearly, perfect those who approach. ² Since, would they not indeed have ceased being offered, on account of the worshippers once purged having no longer any conscience of sins?

⁷ But if we walk in the light as *he* is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanses us from all sin. ⁸ If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. ⁹ If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us [our] sins, and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
