⁴⁴ For all cast out of their superfluity, yet she, out of her want, cast in all, as much as she had - her whole livelihood."

⁶ No one shall take both millstones or just the rider in pledge, for he would be taking the soul in pledge.

² and with all my power I have prepared for the house of my Elohim, the gold for [things of] gold, and the silver for [those of] silver, and the brass for [those of] brass, the iron for [those of] iron, and the wood for [those of] wood, shoham stones, and settings, and stones of painting and of diverse colors, and all [kinds of] precious stone, and stones of white marble, in abundance. ³ `And again, because of my delighting in the house of my Elohim, the substance I have--a peculiar treasure of gold and silver--I have given for the house of my Elohim, even over and above all I have prepared for the house of the sanctuary. <sup>4</sup> three thousand talents of gold, of the gold of Ophir, and seven thousand talents of refined silver, to overlay the walls of the houses, <sup>5</sup> even gold for [things of] gold, and silver for [those of] silver, and for all the work by the hand of artificers; and who [is] he that is offering willingly to consecrate his hand to-day to Yahweh?. <sup>6</sup> And the heads of the fathers, and the heads of the tribes of Israel, and the heads of the thousands, and of the hundreds, even to the heads of the work of the king, offer willingly. <sup>7</sup> And they give for the service of the house of Elohim, of gold--talents five thousand, and drams a myriad; and of silver--talents ten thousand, and of brass--a myriad and eight thousand talents; and of iron--a hundred thousand talents;" <sup>8</sup> and he with whom stones are found has given to the treasury of the house of Yahweh, by the hand of Jehiel the Gershonite. <sup>9</sup> And the people rejoice because of their offering willingly, for with a perfect heart they have offered willingly to Yahweh; and also David the king has rejoiced--great joy. <sup>10</sup> And David blesses Yahweh before the eyes of all the assembly, and David said, `Blessed [are] You, Yahweh, Elohim of Israel our father, from eon even unto eon. ¹¹ To You, O Yahweh, [is] the greatness, and the might, and the beauty, and the victory, and the honor, because of all in the heavens and in the earth; to You, O Yahweh, [is] the kingdom, and he who is lifting up himself over all for head;" ¹² and the riches, and the honor [are] from before You, and You are ruling over all, and in Your hand [is] power and might, and in Your hand, to make great, and to give strength to all. ¹³ `And now, our Elohim, we are giving thanks to You, and giving praise to Your beauteous name;" <sup>14</sup> yea, because, who [am] I, and who [are] my people, that we retain power to offer thus willingly? but of You [is] the whole, and out of Your hand we have given to You;" <sup>15</sup> for sojourners we [are] before You, and settlers, like all our fathers; as a shadow [are] our days on the land, and there is none abiding. <sup>16</sup> `O Yahweh our Elohim, all this store that we have prepared to build to You a house, for Your holy name, [is] out of Your hand, and of You [is] the whole. ¹⁷ `And I have known, my Elohim, that You are trying the heart, and uprightness do desire; I, in the uprightness of my heart, have willingly offered all these:and now, Your people who are found here I have seen with joy to offer willingly to You.

¹⁰ And all the heads, and all the people rejoice, and they bring in, and cast into the chest, unto completion. ¹¹ And it comes to pass, at the time one brings in the chest for the inspection of the king by the hand of the Levites, and at their seeing that the money [is] abundant, that a scribe of the king has come in, and an officer of the head-priest, and they empty the chest, and take it up and turn it back unto its place; thus they have done day by day, and gather money in abundance. ¹² And the king and Jehoiada give it unto the doers of the work of the service of the house of Yahweh, and they are hiring hewers and artificers to renew the house of Yahweh, and also--to artificers in iron and brass to strengthen the house of Yahweh. ¹³ And those doing the business work, and there goes up lengthening to the work by their hand, and they establish the house of Elohim, by its proper measure, and strengthen it. ¹⁴ And at their completing [it], they have brought in before the king and Jehoiada the rest of the money, and they make it vessels for the house of Yahweh, vessels of serving, and of offering up, and spoons, even vessels of gold and silver; and they are causing burnt-offerings to ascend in the house of Yahweh continually, all the days of Jehoiada.

⁵ and at the spreading forth of the thing have the sons of Israel multiplied the first-fruit of corn, new wine, and oil, and honey, and of all the increase of the field, and the tithe of the whole in abundance they have brought in. ⁶ And the sons of Israel and Judah, those dwelling in cities of Judah, they also a tithe of herd and flock, and a tithe of the holy things that are sanctified to Yahweh their Elohim, have brought in, and they give--heaps, heaps;" ⁷ in the third month they have begun to lay the foundation of the heaps, and in the seventh month they have finished. ⁸ And Hezekiah and the heads come in and see the heaps, and bless Yahweh and His people Israel, ⁹ and Hezekiah inquires at the priests and the Levites concerning the heaps, ¹⁰ and Azariah the head priest, of the house of Zadok, speaks unto him, and said, `From the beginning of the bringing of the heave-offering to the house of Yahweh, [there is] to eat, and to be satisfied, and to leave abundantly, for Yahweh has blessed His people, and that left [is] this store..

⁷ And Josiah lifts up to the sons of the people a flock of lambs and young goats, the whole for passover-offerings, for every one who is found, to the number of thirty thousand, and oxen three thousand:these [are] from the substance of the king. ⁸ And his heads, for a willing-offering to the people, to the priests, and to the Levites, have lifted up; Hilkiah, and Zechariah, and Jehiel, leaders in the house of Elohim, to the priests have given for passover-offerings two thousand and six hundred, and oxen three hundred;"

⁶⁸ As for some of the patriarchal heads, when they came to the site of the House of Yahweh Who is in Jerusalem, they gave voluntarily for the House of the One, Elohim, to make it stand on its site. ⁶⁹ According to their fortune they gave to the treasury of the work:gold--61,000 darics, silver--5,000 minas, and tunics for priests--100.

⁷⁰ And from the extremity of the heads of the fathers they have given to the work; the Tirshatha has given to the treasure, of gold, drams a thousand, bowls fifty, priests' coats thirty and five hundred. ⁷¹ And of the heads of the fathers they have given to the treasure of the work, of gold, drams two myriads, and of silver, pounds two thousand and two hundred. ⁷² And that which the rest of the people have given [is] of gold, drams two myriads, and of silver, pounds two thousand, and of priests coats, sixty and seven.

⁸ What she had she makes use of. She gets beforehand to anoint My body with attar for burial.

⁴³ And a woman, having a hemorrhage for twelve years, whose whole livelihood is being consumed by physicians, is not strong enough to be cured by anyone."

¹² And the younger of them said to the father, 'Father, give me the part of the estate accruing to me.' Now he apportioned to them the livelihood."

³⁰ Yet when this son of yours came, who is devouring your livelihood with prostitutes, you sacrifice for him the grain-fed calf!'"

² Yet He perceived a certain widow also, a drudge, casting there two mites." ³ And He said, "Truly, I am saying to you that this poor widow casts in more than all." ⁴ For all these cast out of their superfluity into the approach presents of God, yet this woman, out of her want, casts in all the livelihood which she had."

² for, in a test of much affliction, the superabundance of their joy and the corresponding depth of their poverty superabounds to the riches of their generosity, ³ for, according to their ability, I am testifying, and beyond their ability, of their own accord,

¹⁰ Now I rejoiced in the Lord greatly that at length, for once your disposition toward me blossomed, to which you were disposed also, yet you lacked occasion." ¹¹ Not that I am hinting at a want, for I learned to be content in that in which I am." ¹² I am aware what it is to be humbled as well as aware what it is to be superabounding. In everything and among all am I initiated, to be satisified as well as to be hungering, to be superabounding as well as to be in want." ¹³ For all am I strong in Him Who is invigorating me - Christ! ¹⁴ Moreover, you do ideally in your joint contribution in my affliction." ¹⁵ Now you Philippians also are aware that, in the beginning of the evangel, when I came out from Macedonia, not one ecclesia participates with me in the matter of giving and getting, except you only, ¹⁶ for in Thessalonica also, you send, once and twice, to my need." ¹⁷ Not that I am seeking for a gift, but I am seeking for fruit that is increasing for your account."

¹⁷ Now whoever may be having a livelihood in this world, and may be beholding his brother having need, and should be locking his compassions from him - how is the love of God remaining in him?
