⁸ Now all the people responded together and said: All that Yahweh speaks we shall do. When Moses brought back the words of the people to Yahweh,

³ So Moses came and related to the people all the words of Yahweh and all the judgments. Then all the people responded with one voice and said: All the words which Yahweh has spoken we shall do.

⁷ And he took the scroll of the covenant and read it in the ears of the people; so they said: All that Yahweh has spoken we shall do and hearken to.

²⁷ As for you, go near and hear all that Yahweh our Elohim says; then you shall speak to us all that Yahweh our Elohim shall speak to you, and we will hearken and obey. ²⁸ Yahweh heard the sound of your words when you spoke to me, and Yahweh said to me:I have heard the sound of the words of this people that they have spoken to you. They have done well in all they have spoken. ²⁹ O that their heart might become this way with them:to fear Me and to observe all My instructions all the days, that it might be well with them and with their sons for the eon.
