¹⁶ Hence there comes to be expectation for the poor, And iniquity, it shuts its mouth.

⁷ Yet against any of the sons of Israel, not a cur shall point his tongue against a man or even a beast, so that you may know that Yahweh is distinguishing between Egypt and Israel.

⁸ He raises from the dust the poor, From a dunghill He lifts up the needy, To cause [them] to sit with nobles, Yea, a throne of honor He does cause them to inherit, For to Yahweh [are] the fixtures of earth, And He sets on them the habitable world. ⁹ The feet of His saints He keeps, And the wicked in darkness are silent, For not by power does man become mighty.

¹⁸ For the needy one shall not be forgotten permanently; The expectation of the humbled shall not perish for the future.

¹¹ Yet the king is rejoicing in Elohim. Everyone who is swearing by Him shall boast, But the mouth of those speaking falsehood shall be held in check. {Permanent{ "

⁴² The upright see it, and they rejoice, Yet all iniquity, it will shut its mouth."

³² And what will they answer, the messengers of a nation? That Yahweh founds Zion, and in it the humble of His people will find refuge."

¹² Return to the fortress, prisoners of expectation. Moreover, this day is telling, I will restore a second portion to you."

¹⁹ Now we are aware that, whatever the law is saying, it is speaking to those under the law, that every mouth may be barred, and the entire world may become subject to the just verdict of God,
