¹⁶ From the wings of the land, psalms we hear:"Stateliness for the righteous.Yet I will say, "Leanness is mine! Leanness is mine! Alack is mine! The treacherous deal treacherously, and with treachery the treacherous deal treacherously."

¹¹ Who is like You among the elim, Yahweh? Who is like You, ennobled in holiness, fear-inspiring in praiseworthy deeds, working marvels?

⁸ Ask of Me, And I will give the nations as Your allotment, And as Your holding, the limits of the earth.

²⁷ All the limits of the earth shall remember and return to Yahweh, And all the families of the nations shall bow down before Him." ²⁸ For Yahweh's is the kingdom, And He is the One ruling among the nations." ²⁹ Yea, to Him shall bow down All those about to be sleeping in the earth; Before Him shall crouch All those descending to the soil. And he who did not keep his soul alive--" ³⁰ His seed shall serve Him; It shall be recounted about Yahweh To the generation that is coming. ³¹ And they shall tell of His righteousness To a people about to be born. Declaring that He has done this.

¹⁰ The righteous one shall rejoice when he perceives the vengeance; He shall bathe his footsteps in the blood of the wicked one.

⁷ Elohim is blessing us, And all the limits of the earth shall fear Him. {Permanent{ "

⁸ He shall hold sway from sea unto sea, And from the stream unto the limits of the earth." ⁹ Before Him His foes shall bow, And His enemies shall lick up the soil." ¹⁰ The kings of Tarshish and the coastlands shall render a tributary present; The kings of Sheba and Seba shall offer levy. ¹¹ And all the kings shall bow down to Him; All nations shall serve Him.

³ He has remembered His benignity and His faithfulness to the house of Israel; All the limits of the earth have seen the salvation of our Elohim.

¹⁵ So He gave them their request, And He sent sustenance for their soul."

¹ {SCROLL FIVE{ Acclaim Yahweh, for He is good, For His benignity is eonian." ² Let the redeemed of Yahweh testify so, Whom He has redeemed from the hand of the foe." ³ He has convened them from far countries, From east and from west, From north and from the sea." ⁴ They strayed in a wilderness, in a desolation; They could not find the way to a city of dwelling." ⁵ Famished and thirsty, Their soul within them was drooping, ⁶ And they cried out to Yahweh in their distress. From their constraints, He rescued them, ⁷ And He caused them to tread in a straight way, To go to a city of dwelling." ⁸ Let them acclaim Yahweh for His benignity And His marvelous works to the sons of humanity. ⁹ For He satisfied the thirst of the unappeased soul, And the famished soul He filled with good." ¹⁰ Those dwelling in darkness and the shadow of death, The bound ones in humiliation and iron, ¹¹ Because they had rebelled against the sayings of El, And had spurned the counsel of the Supreme, ¹² He brought their heart into submission with toil; They stumbled, and there was no one to help." ¹³ Then they cried out to Yahweh in their distress:He saved them from their constraints; ¹⁴ He brought them forth from darkness and the shadow of death, And He pulled away their bonds." ¹⁵ Let them acclaim Yahweh for His benignity And His marvelous works to the sons of humanity. ¹⁶ For He broke the doors of bronze And hacked down the bars of iron. ¹⁷ The foolish, because of the way of their transgression, And because of their depravities, they were humbled." ¹⁸ Their soul abhorred all food, And they touched close unto the gates of death." ¹⁹ Then they cried out to Yahweh in their distress:He saved them from their constraints; ²⁰ He sent forth His word and healed them, And He provided escape from their graves." ²¹ Let them acclaim Yahweh for His benignity And His marvelous works to the sons of humanity. ²² And let them sacrifice sacrifices of acclamation And recount His deeds with jubilant song. ²³ Those going down to the sea in ships, Who do their work on vast waters, ²⁴ They have seen the deeds of Yahweh, And His marvelous works in the shadowy deep." ²⁵ He spoke and recruited a tempestuous wind, And it raised its billows high." ²⁶ They ascended to the heavens; they descended to the abyss; Their soul dissolved because of the peril. ²⁷ They circled and staggered like a drunkard, And all their wisdom was swallowed up." ²⁸ Then they cried out to Yahweh in their distress, And He brought them forth from their constraints." ²⁹ He recast the tempest into stillness, And the billows against them were hushed;" ³⁰ So they rejoiced that they were calmed, And He guided them to the destination of their desire." ³¹ Let them acclaim Yahweh for His benignity And His marvelous works to the sons of humanity. ³² And let them exalt Him in the assembly of the people, And in the dwelling of the elders, let them praise Him." ³³ He can convert streams into wilderness, And flowing wells of water into thirsty ground, ³⁴ A fruitful area into a salty waste, Because of the evil of those dwelling in it." ³⁵ He can convert a wilderness into a pond of water And an arid area into flowing wells of water. ³⁶ And He shall cause the famished to dwell there; They shall establish a city of dwelling. ³⁷ They shall sow fields and plant vineyards, And they shall get a fruitful yield." ³⁸ Then He shall bless them, and they shall increase exceedingly, And He shall not let their domestic beasts decrease." ³⁹ When they are decreased and bowed down Because of restraint, evil and affliction, ⁴⁰ He is pouring out contempt upon the tyrants, So that He causes them to stray in a wayless wasteland." ⁴¹ Yet for the needy He makes an impregnable retreat from humiliation, And He establishes his families like a flock." ⁴² The upright see it, and they rejoice, Yet all iniquity, it will shut its mouth." ⁴³ Whoever is wise, let him observe these things; Let them consider the benignities of Yahweh."

¹⁶ Wherefore, the Lord Yahweh of hosts will send upon his stout ones leanness. And under his glory will glow a glowing as the glowing of fire."

⁴ And it comes in that day, that the glory of Jacob shall be impoverished, and the stoutness of his flesh shall be lean."

² a hard vision is told to me; the treacherous one is treacherous, and the devastator is devastating. Against me is Elam! And against me the agents of Media are coming! Now all sighing through it I cause to cease."

¹⁵ You wilt add to the nation, Yahweh; You wilt add to the nation. Glorified are You. Far do You extend all the ends of the land."

⁵ In that day Yahweh of hosts shall become a stately crown, and a beauteous chaplet to the remnant of His people,

¹ Woe, you devastator, and you were not devastated! And you treacherous one, and they were not treacherous against you! As you come to an end with devastation, you shall be devastated. As you finish with treachery, they will be treacherous against you."

²² Face to Me and be saved, all the limits of the earth, for I am El, and there is none else." ²³ By Myself I swear. From My mouth fares forth righteousness, and My word shall not be recalled. For to Me shall bow every knee, and every tongue shall acclaim to Elohim." ²⁴ Yea, in Yahweh,He says to me, "is righteousness and strength. Unto Him shall come all ashamed, who are hot against Him." ²⁵ In Yahweh shall they be just, and in Elohim all the seed of Israel shall boast."

⁸ And moreover, you did not hear! Moreover, you did not know! Moreover, hitherto, I did not open your ear. For I know that you are treacherous, and a transgressor, from the belly, are you called."

¹⁰ Yahweh bares His holy arm to the eyes of all the nations, and all the limits of the earth see the salvation of our Elohim."

²¹ And your people, all of them are righteous; for the eon shall they tenant the land, the scion of Yahweh's planting, the making of His hand, to beautify itself."

¹⁹ And I place among them a sign, and I send, from those delivered, to the nations, to Tharshish and Pul and Lud and Meshech and Quesheth, Tubal and Javan, and the coastlands afar, who have not heard of My fame, nor have seen My glory. And they tell of My glory, among the nations." ²⁰ And they bring all your brethren from all the nations as an approach present to Yahweh, on horses, and in chariots, and in coaches, and on mules, and in saddle baskets, to My holy mountain, Jerusalem,says Yahweh, "As the sons of Israel are bringing their approach present in a clean vessel to the house of Yahweh."

²⁰ But--a woman has deceived her friend, So you have dealt treacherously with Me, O house of Israel, an affirmation of Yahweh."

¹¹ For dealt treacherously against Me have the house of Israel, And the house of Judah, an affirmation of Yahweh."

¹ Righteous [are] You, O Yahweh, When I plead towards you, Only, judgments do I speak with You, Wherefore did the way of the wicked prosper? At rest have been all treacherous dealers."

⁶ For even your brethren and the house of your father, Even they dealt treacherously against you, Even they--they called after you fully, Trust not in them, when they speak to you good things."

² She is lamenting, yea lamenting in the night, her tears on her cheeks; There is no one to comfort her of all her lovers; All her associates have dealt treacherously with her; they have become her enemies."

⁷ They are treacherous against Yahweh, for they generate alien sons. Now the beetle shall devour them with their portions."

⁷ Yet they, as a human, trespass against the covenant; there they are treacherous against Me."

⁴ And He stands and shepherds His flock in the strength of Yahweh, in the pomp of the name of Yahweh, His Elohim. And they shall dwell, for now shall He be great unto the limits of the land."

³ Why are You showing me lawlessness? And at toil are You looking, and devastation and violence are in front of me, and contention is coming to be, and quarreling am I bearing?

²⁷ And then shall He be dispatching His messengers and assembling His chosen from the four winds, from the extremity of the earth to the extremity of heaven."

⁴⁷ For thus the Lord has directed us: I have appointed Thee for a light of the nations; for Thee to be for salvation as far as the limits of the earth.'"

³ And they are singing the song of Moses, the slave of God, and the song of the Lambkin, saying, "Great and marvelous are Thy acts, Lord God Almighty! Just and true are Thy ways, King of the eons!"

⁵ And I hear the messenger of the waters saying, "Just art Thou, Who art, and Who wast, Benign One, seeing that Thou judgest these, ⁶ for they shed the blood of saints and prophets, and Thou dost give them blood to drink, even what they are deserving!" ⁷ And I hear the altar saying, "Yea, Lord God Almighty, true and just are Thy judgings!"

¹ After these things I hear as it were the loud voice of a vast throng in heaven, saying, "Hallelujah! Salvation and glory and power is of our God, ² for true and just is His judging, for He judges the great prostitute who corrupts the earth with her prostitution, and avenges the blood of His slaves at her hand." ³ And a second time have they declared, "Hallelujah!And her smoke is ascending for the eons of the eons." ⁴ And the twenty-four elders and the four animals fall and worship God, Who is sitting on the throne, saying, "Amen! Hallelujah!" ⁵ And a voice came out from the throne, saying, "Praise our God, all His slaves, and those who are fearing Him, the small and the great." ⁶ And I hear as it were the voice of a vast throng, and as it were the sound of many waters, and as it were the sound of strong thunders, saying, "Hallelujah! for the Lord our God, the Almighty reigns!"
