¹⁵ Therefore in the coastlands shall they glorify Yahweh. In the coastlands of the sea the name of Yahweh, the Elohim of Israel, is glorious."

⁴ And the sons of Javan: Elishah and Tharshish, Kittim and Rodanim. ⁵ From these are parted the coastlanders of the nations among their lands, each man to his tongue, to their families, in their nations.

⁹ Under a multitude of extortions they cry out; They implore under the arm of those with great power. ¹⁰ But not one has said, Where is Eloah, my Maker, Who is giving psalms in the night,

¹¹ And it comes, in that day, Yahweh will proceed to lift up His hand, to be zealous for the remnant of His people which will remain, from Assyria, and from Egypt, and from Babylon, and from Pathros, and from Ethiopia, and from Elam, and from Shinar, and from Hamath, and from Arabia, and from the coastlands of the sea." ¹² And He lifts up a banner for the nations, and gathers the expelled of Israel, and the scattered of Judah is He convening from the four wings of the earth."

³ Therefore a humble people shall glorify You. A town of terrifying nations shall fear You.

⁵ The coastlanders see, and are fearing. The ends of the earth are trembling. They draw near and are arriving together."

⁴ And He will not dim nor bruise till He shall place judgment in the earth. And the coastlanders will wait for His law."

¹⁰ Sing to Yahweh a new song, and his praise from the ends of the earth, those going down to the sea, and its fullness, the coastlands, and their dwellers."

¹ Hearken, you coastlanders, to me! And attend, you folkstems, from afar! Yahweh, from the belly, called me; from the bowels of my mother He mentioned my name."

⁵ Momentarily near is My righteousness. Forth fares as light My salvation, and for My arm the peoples look forward. Me the coastlanders are expecting, and for My arm are they waiting."

⁹ For to Me the boats of the coastlands are stretching, and the ships of Tharshish among the first, to bring your sons from afar, their silver and their gold with them, to the name of Yahweh, your Elohim, and to the Holy One of Israel, for He beautifies you."

¹⁹ And I place among them a sign, and I send, from those delivered, to the nations, to Tharshish and Pul and Lud and Meshech and Quesheth, Tubal and Javan, and the coastlands afar, who have not heard of My fame, nor have seen My glory. And they tell of My glory, among the nations."

¹⁷ Though the fig tree is not budding, and there is no crop on the vines; the yield of the olive dissimulates, and the plantations yield no food; the flock severs from the fold, and there is no herd in the paddocks;" ¹⁸ yet I will joy in Yahweh; I will exult in the Elohim of my salvation.

¹¹ Yahweh will be fearful against them, for He will make all the elohim of the earth lean; and all the coastlands of the nations, each man from his place, shall worship Him."

⁹ And I will sow them among the peoples, yet in the far places shall they remember Me. And they shall live with their sons and return." ¹⁰ And I restore them from the land of Egypt, and from Assyria will I convene them. And to the land of Gilead and Lebanon will I bring them, yet no room will be found for them." ¹¹ And He passes in the sea of distress, and He smites the billows in the sea, and all the shadowy depths of the waterway shall be dried. And all the pomp of Assyria shall be brought down, and the sceptre of Egypt shall withdraw." ¹² And I will give them mastery in Yahweh, their Elohim, and in His name shall they walk, (averring is Yahweh)."

⁸ And it shall come to be that in all the land, (averring is Yahweh), two divisions in it shall be cut off and shall expire. Yet the third shall be left in it." ⁹ And I will bring the third into the fire. And I will refine them as silver is refined. And I will test them as gold is tested. It shall call in My name, and I will answer it. I will say, My people is it. And it will say, Yahweh is my Elohim."

¹¹ For from the rising of the sun unto its setting, great is My name among the nations, and in every place incense is being brought close for My name, and a clean approach present. For My name is great among the nations, says Yahweh of hosts."

²⁵ Now at midnight Paul and Silas were praying and sang hymns to God. Now the prisoners listened to them.

⁷ that the testing of your faith, much more precious than gold which is perishing, yet, being tested by fire, may be found for applause and glory and honor at the unveiling of Jesus Christ,

¹⁵ yet hallow the Lord Christ in your hearts, ever ready with a defense for everyone who is demanding from you an account concerning the expectation in you, but with meekness and fear,

¹² Beloved, do not think strange the conflagration among you, which is becoming a trial to you, as of something strange befalling you, ¹³ but, according as you are participating in the sufferings of Christ, rejoice, that you may be rejoicing, exulting in the unveiling of His glory also." ¹⁴ If you are being reproached in the name of Christ, happy are you, for the spirit of glory and power, and that of God, has come to rest on you."

² And I perceived as it were a glassy sea, mixed with fire, and those who come off conquerors from the wild beast, and from its image, and from the number of its name, standing on the glassy sea, having the lyres of the Lord God." ³ And they are singing the song of Moses, the slave of God, and the song of the Lambkin, saying, "Great and marvelous are Thy acts, Lord God Almighty! Just and true are Thy ways, King of the eons!" ⁴ Who may by no means be afraid of Thee, Lord, And glorify Thy name? For Thou only art benign. For all the nations shall arrive And worship before Thee, For Thy just awards were made manifest."
