¹⁰ And king Ahaz goes to meet Tiglath-Pileser king of Asshur [at] Damascus, and sees the altar that [is] in Damascus, and king Ahaz sends unto Urijah the priest the likeness of the altar, and its pattern, according to all its work,

⁴ Now Moses wrote all the words of Yahweh. And he rose early in the morning and built an altar below the mountain and twelve stone monuments for the twelve tribes of Israel.

⁴³ When Moses saw all the work, behold, they had done it just as Yahweh had instructed; so had they done. And Moses blessed them.

³⁰ Guard yourself lest you should be trapped to go after them after they are exterminated before your face, and lest you inquire about their elohim, saying:How do these nations serve their elohim that I, I too, may do thus?

²⁹ In the days of Pekah king of Israel has Tiglath-Pileser king of Asshur come, and takes Ijon, and Abel-Beth-Maachah, and Janoah, and Kedesh, and Hazor, and Gilead, and Galilee, all the land of Naphtali, and removes them to Asshur.

¹¹ And David gives to Solomon his son the pattern of the porch, and of its houses, and of its treasures, and of its upper chambers, and of its innermost chambers, and of the house of the atonement;" ¹² and the pattern of all that has been by the Spirit with him, for the courts of the house of Yahweh, and for all the chambers round about, for the treasures of the house of Elohim, and for the treasures of the things sacrificed;"

¹⁹ The whole [is] in writing from the hand of Yahweh, `He caused me to understand all the work of the pattern,' [said David..

²³ and he sacrifices to the elohims of Damascus--those smiting him, and said, `Because the elohims of the kings of Aram are helping them, to them I sacrifice, and they help me,' and they have been to him to cause him to stumble, and to all Israel. ²⁴ And Ahaz gathers the vessels of the house of Elohim, and cuts in pieces the vessels of the house of Elohim, and shuts the doors of the house of Yahweh, and makes to himself altars in every corner in Jerusalem. ²⁵ And in every city and city of Judah he has made high places to make perfume to other elohims, and provokes Yahweh, Elohim of his fathers.

³⁹ Thus they defiled themselves by their deeds, And they prostituted themselves by their actions."

² And I am causing to witness for me, faithful witnesses, Uriah the priest, and Zechariah, son of Jeberechiah."

² Thus said Yahweh:Unto the way of the nations accustom not yourselves, And by the signs of the heavens be not affrighted, For the nations are affrighted by them."

¹⁶ And she dotes on them at the sight of her eyes, And sends messengers to them, to Chaldea." ¹⁷ And come in unto her do sons of Babylon, To the bed of loves, And they defile her with their whoredoms, And she is defiled with them, And her soul is alienated from them."

⁸ In their putting their threshold with My threshold, And their door-post near My door-post, And the wall between Me and them, And they have defiled My holy name, By their abominations that they have done, And I consume them in Mine anger."

¹¹ And since they have been ashamed of all that they have done, The form of the house, and its measurement, And its outlets, and its inlets, and all its forms, And all its statutes, even all its forms, And all its laws cause them to know, And write [it] before their eyes, And they observe all its forms, And all its statutes, and have done them."

⁶ by no means shall he be honoring his father.' And you invalidate the word of God because of your tradition.

⁹ Yet in vain are they revering Me, Teaching for teachings the directions of men."

² and not to be configured to this eon, but to be transformed by the renewing of your mind, for you to be testing what is the will of God, good and well pleasing and perfect."

¹⁸ being aware that not with corruptible things, with silver or gold, were you ransomed from your vain behavior, handed down by tradition from the fathers,
