1 Samuel 20:13 Cross References - CLV

¹³ thus does Yahweh do to Jonathan, and thus does He add; when the evil concerning you is good to my father, then I have uncovered your ear, and sent you away, and you have gone in peace, and Yahweh is with you, as he was with my father;"

⁵ `No man does station himself before you all days of your life; as I have been with Moses, I am with you, I do not fail you, nor forsake you;"

¹⁷ Where you die, I shall die; and there I shall be entombed. Thus may Yahweh do to me and thus add to it if anything but death parts me from you.

¹⁷ And he said, `What [is] the word which He has spoken unto you? I pray you, hide it not from me; so does Elohim do to you, and so does He add, if you hide from me a word of all the words that He has spoken unto you..

⁷ and it has been, when these signs come to you--do for yourself as your hand finds, for Elohim [is] with you.

⁶ And the Spirit of Elohim does prosper over Saul, in his hearing these words, and his anger burns greatly, ⁷ and he takes a couple of oxen, and cuts them in pieces, and sends through all the border of Israel, by the hand of the messengers, saying, `He who is not coming out after Saul and after Samuel--thus it is done to his oxen;' and the fear of Yahweh falls on the people, and they come out as one man. <sup>8</sup> And he inspects them in Bezek, and the sons of Israel are three hundred thousand, and the men of Judah thirty thousand. <sup>9</sup> And they say to the messengers who are coming, `Thus do you say to the men of Jabesh-Gilead:To-morrow you have safety--by the heat of the sun;' and the messengers come and declare to the men of Jabesh, and they rejoice;" ¹⁰ and the men of Jabesh say [to the Ammonites], `To-morrow we come out unto you, and you have done to us according to all that [is] good in your eyes.. <sup>11</sup> And it comes to pass, on the morrow, that Saul puts the people in three detachments, and they come into the midst of the camp in the morning-watch, and smite Ammon till the heat of the day; and it comes to pass that those left are scattered, and there have not been left of them two together. <sup>12</sup> And the people say unto Samuel, `Who is he that said, Saul does reign over us! give you up the men, and we put them to death.. ¹³ And Saul said, `There is no man put to death on this day, for to-day has Yahweh wrought salvation in Israel..

⁴⁷ and Saul captured the kingdom over Israel, and he fights round about against all his enemies, against Moab, and against the Bene-Ammon, and against Edom, and against the kings of Zobah, and against the Philistines, and whithersoever he turns he does vex [them].

³⁷ And David said, `Yahweh, who delivered me out of the paw of the lion, and out of the paw of the bear, He does deliver me from the hand of this Philistine.' And Saul said unto David, `Go, and Yahweh is with you..

¹² And Saul is afraid of the presence of David, for Yahweh has been with him, and from Saul He has turned aside;"

²² thus does Elohim do to the enemies of David, and thus He does add, if I leave of all that he has till the light of the morning--of those sitting on the wall..

³⁵ And all the people come to cause David to eat bread while yet day, and David swears, saying, `Thus does Elohim to me, and thus He does add, for--before the going in of the sun, I taste no bread or any other thing..

¹⁵ and My kindness does not turn aside from him, as I turned it aside from Saul, whom I turned aside from before you,

¹³ And to Amasa say you, Are not you my bone and my flesh? Thus does Elohim do to me, and thus He does add, if you are not head of the host before me all the days instead of Joab..

² and Jezebel sends a messenger unto Elijah, saying, `Thus does the elohims, and thus do they add, surely about this time to-morrow, I make your life as the life of one of them..

¹⁰ And Ben-Hadad sends unto him, and said, `Thus do the elohims to me, and thus do they add, if the dust of Samaria suffice for handfuls for all the people who [are] at my feet..

¹¹ `Now, my son, Yahweh is with you, and you have prospered, and have built the house of Yahweh your Elohim, as He spoke concerning you.

¹⁶ To the gold, to the silver, and to the brass, and to the iron, there is no number; arise and do, and Yahweh is with you..

²⁰ teaching them to be keeping all, whatever I direct you. And lo! I am with you all the days till the conclusion of the eon! Amen!"

⁹ What you learned also, and accepted and hear and perceived in me, these be putting into practice, and the God of peace will be with you."
