¹ And they bring in the ark of Elohim, and set it up in the midst of the tent that David has stretched out for it, and they bring near burnt-offerings and peace-offerings before Elohim;" ² and David ceases from offering the burnt-offering and the peace-offerings, and blesses the people in the name of Yahweh, ³ and gives a portion to every man of Israel, both man and woman:to each a cake of bread, and a measure of wine, and a grape-cake. ⁴ And he puts before the ark of Yahweh, of the Levites, ministers, even to make mention of, and to thank, and to give praise to Yahweh, Elohim of Israel, ⁵ Asaph the head, and his second Zechariah; Jeiel, and Shemiramoth, and Jehiel, and Mattithiah, and Eliab, and Benaiah, and Obed-Edom, and Jeiel, with instruments of psalteries, and with harps; and Asaph with cymbals is sounding;" ⁶ and Benaiah and Jahaziel the priests [are] with trumpets continually before the ark of the covenant of Elohim. ⁷ On that day then has David given at the beginning to give thanks to Yahweh by the hand of Asaph and his brethren:-- ⁸ Give thanks to Yahweh, call in His name, Make known among the peoples His doings. ⁹ Sing you to Him, sing psalms to Him, Meditate on all His wonders. ¹⁰ Boast yourselves in His holy name, Rejoice does the heart of those seeking Yahweh. ¹¹ Seek you Yahweh and His strength, Seek His face continually. ¹² Remember His wonders that He did, His signs, and the judgments of His mouth, ¹³ O seed of Israel, His servant, O sons of Jacob, His chosen ones!" ¹⁴ He [is] Yahweh our Elohim, In all the earth [are] His judgments. ¹⁵ Remember you to the eon His covenant, The word He commanded--To a thousand generations, ¹⁶ Which He has made with Abraham, And His oath--to Isaac, ¹⁷ And He establishes it to Jacob for a statute, To Israel--a covenant eonian. ¹⁸ Saying:To you I give the land of Canaan, The portion of your inheritance, ¹⁹ When you are few of number, As a little thing, and sojourners in it. ²⁰ And they go up and down, From nation unto nation, And from a kingdom unto another people. ²¹ He has not suffered any to oppress them, And reproves on their account kings. ²² Come not against Mine anointed ones, And against My prophets do not evil. ²³ Sing to Yahweh, all the earth, Proclaim from day unto day His salvation. ²⁴ Rehearse among nations His glory, Among all the peoples His wonders. ²⁵ For great [is] Yahweh, and praised greatly, And fearful He [is] above all elohims. ²⁶ For all elohims of the peoples [are] nought, And Yahweh the heavens has made. ²⁷ Honor and majesty [are] before Him, Strength and joy [are] in His place. ²⁸ Ascribe to Yahweh, you families of peoples, Ascribe to Yahweh honor and strength. ²⁹ Ascribe to Yahweh the honor of His name, Lift up a present, and come before Him. Bow yourselves to Yahweh, In the beauty of holiness. ³⁰ Be pained before Him, all the earth. ³¹ Also, established is the world, It is not moved! The heavens rejoice, and the earth is glad, And they say among nations:Yahweh has reigned. ³² Roar does the sea, and its fulness, Exult does the field, and all that [is] in it, ³³ Then sing do trees of the forest, From the presence of Yahweh, For He has come to judge the earth!" ³⁴ Give thanks to Yahweh, for good, For to the eon, [is] His kindness, ³⁵ And say, Save us, O Elohim of our salvation, And gather us, and deliver us from the nations, To give thanks to Your holy name, To triumph in Your praise. ³⁶ Blessed [is] Yahweh, Elohim of Israel, From the eon and unto the eon;' And all the people say, `Amen,' and have given praise to Yahweh. ³⁷ And he leaves there before the ark of the covenant of Yahweh, for Asaph and for his brethren, to minister before the ark continually, according to the matter of a day in its day, ³⁸ both Obed-Edom and their brethren, sixty and eight, and Obed-Edom son of Jeduthun, and Hosah for gatekeepers, ³⁹ and Zadok the priest, and his brethren the priests, before the tabernacle of Yahweh, in a high place that [is] in Gibeon, ⁴⁰ to cause to ascend burnt-offerings to Yahweh, on the altar of burnt-offering continually, morning and evening, and for all that is written in the law of Yahweh, that He charged on Israel. ⁴¹ And with them [are] Heman and Jeduthun, and the rest of those chosen, who were defined by name, to give thanks to Yahweh, for to the eon [is] His kindness, ⁴² and with them--Heman and Jeduthun--[are] trumpets and cymbals for those sounding, and instruments of the song of Elohim, and the sons of Jeduthun [are] at the gate. ⁴³ And all the people go, each to his house, and David turns round to bless his house.

⁷ And appearing is Yahweh to Abram and is saying to him, "To your seed am I giving this land.And building is Abram there an altar to Yahweh, Who appeared to him.

¹⁶ By Myself I swear, averring is Yahweh, that, because you have done this thing and have not kept back your son, your only one, from Me, ¹⁷ that, blessing, yea, blessing you am I, and increasing, yea, increasing your seed am I as the stars of the heavens and as the sand which is on the sea shore. And your seed shall tenant the gateway of its enemies, ¹⁸ and blessed, in your seed, shall be all the nations of the earth, inasmuch as you hearken to My voice.

³ Sojourn in this land, and I come to be with you and will bless you. For to you and to your seed will I give all these lands, and carry out will I the oath which I swore to Abraham, your father.

³⁹ And answering is Isaac, his father, and saying to him, "Behold! Away from the oil of the earth is coming to be your dwelling, and from the night mist of the heavens above. ⁴⁰ And by your sword shall you live, and your brother shall you serve. Yet it comes, as you are caused to sway, you also break off his yoke off your neck.

¹³ And behold! Yahweh is stationed on it. And saying is He, "I am Yahweh, the Elohim of Abraham, your forefather, and the Elohim of Isaac. Do not fear. The land on which you are lying, to you will I give it, and to your seed. ¹⁴ And become shall your seed as the soil of the land. And breach forth will you seaward and eastward and northward and toward the south-rim. And blessed, in you, are all the families of the ground, and in your seed.

²⁴ And coming is the Elohim to Laban, the Syrian, in a dream in the night. And saying is He to him, "Beware, you, lest you be speaking with Jacob from good unto evil!"

²⁸ And saying is He to him, "Not Jacob shall your name be called longer, but rather Israel is your name. For upright are you with the Elohim and with mortals, and are prevailing.

³⁰ And saying is Jacob to Simeon and to Levi, "You trouble me to make me stink among all the dwellers of the land, among the Canaanite and among the Perizzite. And I am death-doomed, outnumbered when gathered are they against me and smite me, and exterminated shall I be, I and my household.

No longer is your name to be called Jacob, but rather Israel is coming to be your name.And calling is He his name Israel. ¹¹ And saying to him is the Elohim, "I am the El-Who-Suffices. Be fruitful and increase. A nation and an assembly of nations shall come from you, and kings from your loins shall fare forth.

⁸ Judah, you and your brothers will acclaim. Your hands shall be on the scruff of your enemies. Prostrate to you shall the sons of your father. ⁹ The whelp of a lion is Judah. From the prey, my son, bow will he, recline as a lion. And as a parent lion, who will make him rise? ¹⁰ Not withdraw shall the sceptre from Judah, nor a statue-maker's staff from between his feet, till it be that ease shall come to him. And to it shall the expectation of the people be.

¹⁵ And Elohim said further to Moses: Thus shall you say to the sons of Israel, Yahweh, the Elohim of your fathers, the Elohim of Abraham, the Elohim of Isaac and the Elohim of Jacob, has sent me to you. This is My name for the eon, and this the remembrance of Me for generation after generation.

¹⁷ Hence I am saying that I shall bring you up from the humiliation of Egypt to the land of the Canaanite, the Hittite, the Amorite, the Perizzite, the Girgashite, the Hivite and the Jebusite, to a land gushing with milk and honey.

¹⁵ Go to Pharaoh in the morning. Behold, he shall be going forth to the waters, so you will station yourself to meet him on the shore of the waterway. And the rod which was turned into a serpent shall you take in your hand. ¹⁶ Then you will say to him: Yahweh, the Elohim of the Hebrews, sent me to you, saying, Dismiss My people that they may serve Me in the wilderness. And behold, you have not hearkened meanwhile. ¹⁷ Thus says Yahweh: By this shall you know that I am Yahweh. Behold, I shall be smiting with the rod which is in my hand upon the waters which are in the waterway, and they will be turned to blood, ¹⁸ and the fish which are in the waterway shall die, and the waterway will stink, and the Egyptians will be too repelled to drink the waters from the waterway.

¹³ Then Yahweh said to Moses: Rise early in the morning, station yourself before Pharaoh, and say to him, Thus says Yahweh, Elohim of the Hebrews: Dismiss My people that they may serve Me. ¹⁴ For at this time I am sending all My strokes onto your heart and your servants and your people in order that you shall know that there is no one such as Me in the entire earth. ¹⁵ For by now I could have put forth My hand and smitten you and your people with the plague so that you were suppressed from the land. ¹⁶ Howbeit, for this sake I keep you standing, in order to make you see My vigor, and that My name may be related in the entire earth. ¹⁷ Still you are heaping yourself up against My people so as not to dismiss them. ¹⁸ Behold Me causing it to rain about this time tomorrow an exceedingly heavy hail such as has not come in Egypt from the day of her founding until now.

² Yah is my strength and my melody, and He become mine for salvation. This is my El; I shall adorn Him, Elohim of my father, I shall exalt Him.

¹¹ Who is like You among the elim, Yahweh? Who is like You, ennobled in holiness, fear-inspiring in praiseworthy deeds, working marvels?

²¹ And Miriam responded to them: Sing to Yahweh, for He is august, yea august: The horse and its rider He heaved into the sea.

⁵ Now, if you shall hearken, yea hearken to My voice and observe My covenant then you will become Mine, a special possession, above all the peoples, for Mine is all the earth. ⁶ As for you, you shall become Mine, a kingdom of priests and a holy nation. These are the words which you shall speak to the sons of Israel.

³⁸ This is what you shall offer on the altar: two he-lambs a year old day by day regularly. ³⁹ The one he-lamb shall you offer in the morning, and the second he-lamb shall you offer between the evening hours, ⁴⁰ also a tenth of an ephah of flour mingled with a quarter of a hin of pounded oil, and a libation of a quarter of a hin of wine for the one lamb. ⁴¹ And the second lamb you shall offer between the evening hours; as the morning approach present and as its libation shall you offer it, for a fragrant odor, a fire offering to Yahweh, ⁴² a regular ascent offering throughout your generations, at the portal of the tent of appointment, before Yahweh, where I shall keep appointment with you to speak to you there.

³ If his ascent approach is from the herd, a flawless male is it which he shall bring near. To the opening of the tent of appointment shall he bring it near for acceptance on his behalf before Yahweh.

⁴ Do not turn around to the forbidden idols; and molten elohim you shall not make for yourselves:I, Yahweh, am your Elohim.

¹⁷ So Moses and Aaron took these men who were specified by their names.

²³ Speak to Aaron and to his sons, saying, Thus shall you bless the sons of Israel, saying to them, ²⁴ May Yahweh bless you and keep you; ²⁵ may Yahweh light up His face toward you and be gracious to you; ²⁶ may Yahweh lift His face to you and appoint peace for you. ²⁷ Thus they will place My name over the sons of Israel and I Myself shall bless them.

⁸ The sons of Aaron, the priests, shall blow the bugles. And they will be to you as an eonian statute throughout your generations.

¹ Yahweh said to Aaron:You and your sons and your father's house with you shall bear any depravity committed against the sanctuary, and you and your sons with you shall bear any depravity in connection with your priesthood. ² Moreover, bring near with you your brothers of the stock of Levi, the tribe of your father, that they may be obligated to you and may minister to you when you and your sons with you are before the tent of the testimony. ³ They will keep guard of you and guard of the entire tent; only to the furnishings of the holy place and to the altar they shall not come near so that they may not die, both they and you. ⁴ They will be obligated to you and will keep guard of the tent of appointment for all the service of the tent. Yet no alien may come near to you. ⁵ You will keep guard of the holy place and guard of the altar so that no more wrath shall come on the sons of Israel. ⁶ As for Me, behold, I have taken your brothers, the Levites, from the midst of the sons of Israel as a gift for you, given to Yahweh to serve in the service of the tent of appointment.

⁵³ To these the land shall be apportioned by allotment by the number of names. ⁵⁴ For the numerous one you shall increase his allotment, and for the little one you shall decrease his allotment. Each corresponding to their mustered ones shall be given his allotment. ⁵⁵ Only, by lot shall the land be apportioned. By the names of their fathers' stocks shall they be allotted. ⁵⁶ At the bidding of the lot you shall apportion each his allotment, between the numerous one and the little one.

³ You will say to them:This is the fire offering which you shall bring near to Yahweh, flawless year-old he-lambs, two per day, a regular ascent offering. ⁴ The one he-lamb shall you offer in the morning, and the second he-lamb shall you offer between the evening hours, ⁵ with a tenth of an ephah of flour as an approach present mingled with pounded oil, a fourth of a hin. ⁶ It is the regular ascent offering instituted at Mount Sinai for a fragrant odor, a fire offering, to Yahweh. ⁷ Its libation is a fourth of a hin for one he-lamb. In the holy place, libate an intoxicating libation to Yahweh. ⁸ And the second he-lamb you shall offer between the evening hours; like the approach present of the morning and like its libation shall you make it as a fire offering, a fragrant odor to Yahweh.

⁶ For you are a people holy to Yahweh your Elohim; Yahweh your Elohim has chosen you to become His, a special people from all the peoples who are on the surface of the ground. ⁷ It was not because your multitude was more than all the other peoples that Yahweh was attached to you and chose you, for you were the fewest of all the peoples.

⁹ Then know that Yahweh your Elohim, He is the One Elohim, the El, Who is faithful, keeping the covenant and the kindness to those loving Him and to those observing His instructions for a thousand generations,

¹⁵ Cursed be the man who makes a carving or a molten image, an abhorrence to Yahweh, the work of an artificer's hands, and places it in concealment. Then all the people will respond and say:Amen!" ¹⁶ Cursed be the one dishonoring his father or his mother. Then all the people shall say:Amen! ¹⁷ Cursed be the one moving the boundary marker of his associate. Then all the people will say:Amen! ¹⁸ Cursed be the one causing the blind to err on the road. Then all the people will say:Amen! ¹⁹ Cursed be the one turning aside the judgment of the sojourner, the orphan or the widow. Then all the people will say:Amen!" ²⁰ Cursed be the one lying with the wife of his father, for he exposes his father's hem. Then all the people will say:Amen!" ²¹ Cursed be the one lying with any beast. Then all the people will say:Amen! ²² Cursed be the one lying with his sister, the daughter of his father or the daughter of his mother. Then all the people will say:Amen!" ²³ Cursed be the one lying with his sister-in-law. Then all the people will say:Amen! ²⁴ Cursed be the one smiting his associate in concealment. Then all the people will say:Amen! ²⁵ Cursed be the one taking a bribe to smite a soul of innocent blood. Then all the people will say:Amen! ²⁶ Cursed be the one who is not performing all the words of this law to do them. Then all the people will say:Amen!

⁸ When the Supreme gave the nations allotments, when He parted the sons of Adam, He stationed the boundaries of the peoples according to the number of the sons of El.

¹⁵ and if wrong in your eyes to serve Yahweh--choose for you to-day whom you do serve; --whether the elohims whom your fathers served, which [are] beyond the River, or the elohims of the Amorite in whose land you are dwelling; and I and my house--we serve Yahweh..

⁵ And king Solomon and all the company of Israel who are met unto him [are] with him before the ark, sacrificing sheep and oxen, that are not counted nor numbered for multitude. ⁶ And the priests bring in the ark of the covenant of Yahweh unto its place, unto the oracle of the house, unto the holy of holies, unto the place of the wings of the cherubs;"

⁴¹ `And also, unto the stranger who is not of Your people Israel, and has come from a land afar off for Your name's sake-. ⁴² (for they hear of Your great name, and of Your strong hand, and of Your stretched-out arm) --and he has come in and prayed towards this house, ⁴³ You do hear in the heavens, the settled place of Your dwelling, and have done according to all that the stranger calls unto You for, in order that all the peoples of the earth may know Your name, to fear You like Your people Israel, and to know that Your name has been called on this house which I have builded.

²⁸ and Zadok, a young man, mighty of valor, and of the house of his father [are] twenty and two heads.

³¹ And of the half of the tribe of Manasseh [are] eighteen thousand, who have been defined by name, to come in to cause David to reign.

¹⁴ And the ark of Elohim dwells with the household of Obed-Edom, in his house, three months, and Yahweh blesses the house of Obed-Edom, and all that he has.

¹⁰ And David blesses Yahweh before the eyes of all the assembly, and David said, `Blessed [are] You, Yahweh, Elohim of Israel our father, from eon even unto eon. <sup>11</sup> To You, O Yahweh, [is] the greatness, and the might, and the beauty, and the victory, and the honor, because of all in the heavens and in the earth; to You, O Yahweh, [is] the kingdom, and he who is lifting up himself over all for head;" <sup>12</sup> and the riches, and the honor [are] from before You, and You are ruling over all, and in Your hand [is] power and might, and in Your hand, to make great, and to give strength to all. <sup>13</sup> `And now, our Elohim, we are giving thanks to You, and giving praise to Your beauteous name;" ¹⁴ yea, because, who [am] I, and who [are] my people, that we retain power to offer thus willingly? but of You [is] the whole, and out of Your hand we have given to You;"

³ and they go--Solomon, and all the assembly with him--to the high place that [is] in Gibeon, for there has been Elohim's tent of meeting, that Moses, servant of Yahweh, made in the wilderness, ⁴ but the ark of Elohim had David brought up from Kirjath-Jearim, when David prepared for it, for he stretched out for it a tent in Jerusalem;"

⁶ and king Solomon and all the company of Israel who are convened unto him before the ark are sacrificing sheep and oxen, that are not counted nor numbered from multitude. ⁷ And the priests bring in the ark of the covenant of Yahweh unto its place, unto the oracle of the house, unto the holy of holies, unto the place of the wings of the cherubs;"

⁴¹ and now, rise, O Yahweh Elohim, to Your rest, You, and the ark of Your strength; Your priests, O Yahweh Elohim, are clothed with salvation, and Your saints rejoice in the goodness,

³ And all the sons of Israel are looking on the descending of the fire, and the honor of Yahweh on the house, and they bow--faces to the earth--on the pavement, and do obeisance, and give thanks to Yahweh, for good, for to the eon [is] His kindness.

¹⁸ for a multitude of the people, many from Ephraim and Manasseh, Issachar, and Zebulun, have not been cleansed, but have eaten the passover otherwise than it is written; but Hezekiah prayed for them, saying, `Yahweh, who [is] good, does receive atonement for every on. ¹⁹ who has prepared his heart to seek Elohim--Yahweh, Elohim of his fathers--yet not according to the cleansing of the sanctuary;. ²⁰ and Yahweh hearkens unto Hezekiah, and heals the people.

²⁴ for Hezekiah king of Judah has presented to the assembly a thousand bullocks, and seven thousand sheep; and the heads have presented to the assembly bullocks a thousand, and sheep ten thousand; and priests sanctify themselves in abundance.

²⁷ and the priests, the Levites, rise and bless the people, and their voice is heard, and their prayer comes in to His holy habitation, to the heavens.

³ And a portion of the king, from his substance, [is] for burnt-offerings, for burnt-offerings of the morning, and of the evening, and the burnt-offerings of sabbaths, and of new moons, and of appointed seasons, as it is written in the law of Yahweh.

⁷ And Josiah lifts up to the sons of the people a flock of lambs and young goats, the whole for passover-offerings, for every one who is found, to the number of thirty thousand, and oxen three thousand:these [are] from the substance of the king. ⁸ And his heads, for a willing-offering to the people, to the priests, and to the Levites, have lifted up; Hilkiah, and Zechariah, and Jehiel, leaders in the house of Elohim, to the priests have given for passover-offerings two thousand and six hundred, and oxen three hundred;"

³ They established the altar on its bases, for dread was on them because of the peoples of the areas; and they brought up on it ascent offerings to Yahweh, the ascent offerings for the morning and for the evening. ⁴ Then they held the celebration of booths as it is written, with the ascent offering day by day, in number according to the custom, the requirement of a day in its day.

¹¹ They responded by praising and acclaiming Yahweh:For He is good, indeed His benignity toward Israel is for the eon. As for all the people, they shouted a loud shout in praising Yahweh because the foundation of the House of Yahweh had been laid.

¹⁶ The sons of Israel, the priests, the Levites and the rest of the sons of the deportation held the dedication of this House of Eloah with exhilaration. ¹⁷ And they offered for the dedication of this House of Eloah a hundred bulls, two hundred rams, four hundred lambs, and as a sin offering for all Israel, twelve he-goats of the goats, according to the number of the tribes of Israel. ¹⁸ They set up the priests in their distributions and the Levites in their apportionments for the service of Eloah in Jerusalem, as prescribed in the scroll of Moses.

¹² Who measures the waters in the hollow of His hand, and regulates the heavens with a span? And Who contains, in a peck measure, the soil of all the earth, and weighs, with a balance, the mountains, and the hills with scales? ¹³ Who regulates the spirit of Yahweh, and which man is informing Him of His counsel? ¹⁴ Whom does He consult? And who is explaining things to Him, and is teaching Him, in judgment's path? And who is teaching Him knowledge, and the way of understanding is informing Him? Or, who has given to Him first and will be repaid by Him? ¹⁵ Behold! All nations are as a drop from a bucket, and as sky dust of the scales are accounted. Behold! The coastlands, as the thinnest gauze, is He transporting; and as spittle are they reckoned." ¹⁶ And Lebanon is not sufficient to consume, and all its life is not sufficient for an ascent approach." ¹⁷ And all the nations are as nothing in front of Him. Limited and a chaos are they accounted by Him.

²⁶ Lift your eyes to the height and see; Who created all these? Who is bringing forth their host by number? He is calling to all of them by name, because of vast virility and resolute vigor, and not one of them is deranged."

⁵ Thus says the El, Yahweh Elohim, Creator of the heavens, Who stretched them out, Who stamped the earth and its offspring, Who gives breath to the people upon it, and spirit to those going in it:"

²¹ This people I have formed for Myself, and they shall relate My praise."

⁹ Formers of carvings, all of them are a chaos. And makers of their coveted idols shall fail to benefit. And their witnesses they will fail to see and fail to know, that they may be ashamed, ¹⁰ Who form an el, and cast a carving which fails to benefit." ¹¹ Behold! All his partners are ashamed. And the artificers, they are blushing. They are convening. All of them are standing together. They shall be afraid. They are ashamed together." ¹² Sharpening is the smith the adz, and he contrives to do it in the coals. And with picks is he forming it. And contriving it with the vigor of his arm. Moreover, he is famishing and there is no vigor, and he drinks no water, and is faint." ¹³ The carpenter choosing wood, stretches out a tape. He is drawing the carving with red ochre. He is making it with gouges, and with a circle former is drawing it. And he is making it as a model of a man, as the beauty of a human, to dwell in a house." ¹⁴ He cuts down for himself cedars, and is taking juniper and oak, and the tough is his among the wildwood trees, planted by the Lord, and the downpour is making it grow." ¹⁵ And it comes to be for a human to consume. And he is taking of them for warmth. Indeed, he is igniting it and bakes bread. Indeed, he is contriving an el, and is worshiping it. He makes it a carving and is falling on his knees and face to it." ¹⁶ Half of it he burned up in the fire. And on this half of it he is eating flesh. He is roasting a roast and is satisfied. And by its embers he sits. Indeed, he is warming himself, and is saying, `Aha! I am warm! I see light!'" <sup>17</sup> And the remnant of it he makes into an el. To a decaying tree, to it is he falling on his knees and face. And he is worshiping, and praying to it, and saying, `Rescue me, for my el are you!'" ¹⁸ They do not know, nor are they understanding, for He plasters their eyes, from seeing, and their hearts, from intelligence." ¹⁹ And he is not recalling to his heart, and no knowledge is there, nor understanding to say, "Half of it I burned up in the fire, and, indeed, I baked on its embers bread, roasting flesh and eating. And the rest of it I am making into an abhorrence. To a decaying tree am I falling on my knees and face!" ²⁰ Grazing on ashes, a trifling heart turns him aside. And he is not rescuing his soul, nor is he saying, "Is not a falsehood in my right hand?

²³ Be jubilant, you heavens, for Yahweh does it! Shout, you nether parts of the earth! Crash, you mountains, into jubilation, you wildwood, and every tree within it! For Yahweh has redeemed Jacob, and in Israel He is beautifying Himself." ²⁴ Thus says Yahweh, your Redeemer, and your Former from the belly:"I, Yahweh, am Maker of all, Who stretched out the heavens alone. When stamping out the earth, who was with Me?

¹⁹ Not in concealment do I speak, in a place of the earth that is dark. I did not say to the seed of Jacob, `Seek Me in a chaos!' I, I, Yahweh, am speaking righteousness, telling that which is upright."

²⁵ In Yahweh shall they be just, and in Elohim all the seed of Israel shall boast."

⁸ Thus says Yahweh, "In a season acceptable I answer you. And in a day of salvation I help you. And I will preserve you, and give you for a covenant of the people, to set up the land, to allot the desolated allotments,

¹³ Jubilate, O heavens! And exult, O earth! Crash, O mountains, into jubilation! And the hills into righteousness! For Yahweh is comforting His people, and on His humble is He having compassion."

⁶ Lift your eyes to the heavens, and look to the earth beneath. For the heavens, as with smoke, are full, and the earth, as a garment, is decaying, and its dwellers likewise, as a louse, are dying. Yet My salvation for the eon shall come. And My righteousness shall not be dismayed." ⁷ Hearken to Me, knowers of righteousness, My people with My law in their heart. You must not fear the reproach of a mortal, and by their taunts you must not be dismayed." ⁸ For, as if a garment, eating them is the moth, and, as if wool, eating them is the roach. Yet My righteousness for the eon shall come, and My salvation for the generation of generations."

³ Stretch out your ear and go to Me; hear Me, and your soul shall live in good. And I will contract with you a covenant eonian, the kindnesses of David that are faithful."

⁶ Inquire for Yahweh while He is to be found; call Him while He comes to be near. ⁷ Forsake shall the wicked one his way, and the lawless man his devices, and he shall return to Yahweh, and He will have compassion on him, and to our Elohim, for he will increasingly pardon your sins."

⁶ An accumulation of camels shall cover you, dromedaries of Midian and Ephah, all those from Sheba shall come. Gold and frankincense and precious stones shall they carry, and of the praises of Yahweh shall they bear tidings." ⁷ All the flocks of Kedar shall be convened to you, and the rams of Nebaioth shall minister to you. They shall ascend with acceptance on My altar, and My house of prayer will I beautify."

⁶ Over your walls, Jerusalem, I give the supervision to keepers. All the day and all the night, continually, they shall not hush reminding Yahweh. There must be no stillness for you!" ⁷ And you must not give Him stillness till He shall make ready, and till He shall establish, and till He shall constitute Jerusalem a praise in the earth."

⁶ Because there is none like You, O Yahweh, Great [are] You, and great Your name in might." ⁷ Who does not fear You, king of the nations? For to You it is becoming, For among all the wise of the nations, And in all their kingdom there is none like You." ⁸ And in one they are brutish and foolish, An instruction of vanities [is] the tree itself." ⁹ Spread-out silver from Tarshish is brought, And gold from Uphaz, Work of an artisan, and of the hands of a refiner, Blue and purple [is] their clothing, Work of the skilful--all of them." ¹⁰ And Yahweh [is] an Elohim of truth, He [is] a living Elohim, and a king eonian, From His wrath shake does the earth, And nations endure not His indignation."

And there is no breath in them."

² `Hear you the words of this covenant, and you have spoken unto the men of Judah, and unto the inhabitants of Jerusalem,

⁶ Yea, Jeremiah the prophet said, `Amen! so may Yahweh do; Yahweh establish your words that you have prophesied, to bring back the vessels of the house of Yahweh and all the removal from Babylon, unto this place."

¹³ And you have sought Me, and have found, for you seek Me with all your heart;"

¹¹ Is a voice of joy and a voice of gladness, Voice of bridegroom, and voice of bride, The voice of those saying, Thank Yahweh of Hosts, for Yahweh [is] good, For His kindness [is] to the eon, Who are bringing in thanksgiving to the house of Yahweh, For I turn back the captivity of the land, As at the first, said Yahweh."

²⁰ As to the beauty of his ornament, For excellency He set it, And the images of their abominations, Their detestable things--they made in it, Therefore I have given it to them for impurity,

²² Thus said the Lord Yahweh:I have taken of the foliage of the high cedar, And I have set [it], From the top of its tender shoots a tender one I crop, And I--I have planted [it] on a mountain high and lofty." ²³ In a mountain--the high place of Israel, I plant it, And it has borne boughs, and yielded fruit, And become a goodly cedar, And dwelt under it have all birds of every wing, In the shade of its thin shoots they dwell." ²⁴ And known have all trees of the field That I, Yahweh, have made low the high tree, I have set on high the low tree, I have dried up the moist tree, And I have caused the dry tree to flourish, I, Yahweh, have spoken, and have done [it]!'"

²⁵ And you, son of man, Is it not in the day of My taking from them their strength, The joy of their beauty, the desire of their eyes, And the song of their soul, Their sons and their daughters?

¹⁷ And on the prince are the burnt-offerings, and the present, and the libation, in feasts, and in new moons, and in sabbaths, in all appointed times of the house of Israel:he does make the sin-offering, and the present, and the burnt-offering, and the peace-offerings, to make atonement for the house of Israel."

¹³ `And a lamb, son of a year, a perfect one, you do make a burnt-offering daily to Yahweh; morning by morning you do make it." ¹⁴ And a present you do make for it morning by morning, a sixth part of the ephah, and of oil a third part of the hin, to temper with the fine flour, a present to Yahweh, by a statute eonian--continually;" ¹⁵ and prepare you the lamb, and the present, and the oil, morning by morning, a continual burnt-offering."

¹ Nebuchadnezzar the king, to all peoples, leagues and language-groups that are abiding in the entire earth:Your welfare be growing great!" ² The signs and the amazing deeds that the Supreme Eloah does with me, it is seemly before me to disclose to you:" ³ His signs how immense, and His amazing deeds how mighty! His kingdom is an eonian kingdom, and His jurisdiction is with generation after generation."

²¹ even while I am speaking in my prayer, behold, the man Gabriel, whom I saw in the vision at the start, flying swiftly, is touching me at the time of the evening approach present."

⁴ Come to Bethel and transgress! At Gilgal increase the transgression! And bring your sacrifices for the morning, and your tithes for three days!"

⁶ Inquire of Yahweh and live, lest He should prosper as fire in the house of Joseph, and it devours, and no one is quenching it for the house of Israel."

⁵ Wherefore there is not coming to be for you one flinging the line by lot, in the assembly of Yahweh."

² Ere the generating of the statute, the day shall pass as trash; ere the hot anger of Yahweh be coming on you, ere the day of the anger of Yahweh be coming on you, ³ Seek Yahweh, all the humble of the land, who have contrived His judgment; seek righteousness, seek humility. Perhaps you will be concealed in the day of Yahweh's anger."

¹⁶ Then those that fear Yahweh speak, each to his associate. And Yahweh is attending, and He is hearing. And a memorial scroll is written before Him, of the fearers of Yahweh, and of those reckoning His name."

⁴ Remember the law of Moses, My servant, which I instruct him in Horeb for all Israel, the statutes and judgments."

¹³ And mayest Thou not be bringing us into trial, but rescue us from the wicked one.'"

⁷ Request and it shall be given you. Seek and you shall find. Knock and it shall be opened to you." ⁸ For everyone who is requesting is obtaining, and who is seeking is finding, and to him who is knocking it shall be opened."

³⁰ And, singing a hymn, they came out to the mount of Olives."

⁵⁰ And His mercy is for generations and generations To those fearing Him.

⁷² To do mercy with our fathers, And to be reminded of His holy covenant, ⁷³ The oath which He swears to Abraham our father,

¹⁰ Thus, I am saying to you, there is coming to be joy in the sight of the messengers of God over one sinner repenting."

⁵⁰ Now He led them out as far as to Bethany, and, lifting up His hands, He blesses them." ⁵¹ And it occurred as He is blessing them, He put an interval between Himself and them, and He was carried up into heaven."

⁵ And He does not give him any allotment to enjoy in it, nor even a platform for a foot. "And He promises to give it to him for a tenure and to his seed after him, there being no child of his."

¹⁴ And here he has authority from the chief priests to bind all who are invoking Thy name."

²⁶ and you are beholding and hearing that, not only of Ephesus, but of almost the entire province of Asia, this Paul by his persuading causes a considerable throng to stand aloof, saying that they are not gods which are coming into being by means of hands."

³³ O, the depth of the riches and the wisdom and the knowledge of God! How inscrutable are His judgments, and untraceable His ways!"

¹⁶ Else, if you should be blessing in the spirit, how shall he who is filling up the place of a plain person be declaring "Amen!at your giving of thanks, since, in fact, he is not aware what you are saying?

¹⁰ Yet, in the grace of God I am what I am, and His grace, which is in me, did not come to be for naught, but more exceedingly than all of them toil I - yet not I, but the grace of God which is with me."

⁹ And He has protested to me, "Sufficient for you is My grace, for My power in infirmity is being perfected.With the greatest relish, then, will I rather be glorying in my infirmities, that the power of Christ should be tabernacling over me. " ¹⁰ Wherefore I delight in infirmities, in outrages, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ's sake, for, whenever I may be weak, then I am powerful. "

¹⁵ Brethren (I am saying this as a man), a human covenant likewise having been ratified, no one is repudiating or modifying it." ¹⁶ Now to Abraham the promises were declared, and to his Seed. He is not saying "And to seeds,as of many, but as of One: And to "your Seed,which is Christ." ¹⁷ Now this am I saying: a covenant, having been ratified before by God, the law, having come four hundred and thirty years afterward, does not invalidate,

³ Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, Who blesses us with every spiritual blessing among the celestials, in Christ,

⁶ for the laud of the glory of His grace, which graces us in the Beloved:"

¹² that we should be for the laud of His glory, who are pre-expectant in the Christ."

¹⁷ that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may be giving you a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the realization of Him, ¹⁸ the eyes of your heart having been enlightened, for you to perceive what is the expectation of His calling, and what the riches of the glory of the enjoyment of His allotment among the saints, ¹⁹ and what the transcendent greatness of His power for us who are believing, in accord with the operation of the might of His strength,

¹⁹ speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and playing music in your hearts to the Lord,

¹³ For all am I strong in Him Who is invigorating me - Christ!

¹⁷ and He is before all, and all has its cohesion in Him."

¹⁶ Let the word of Christ be making its home in you richly, in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing yourselves; in psalms, in hymns, in spiritual songs, singing, with grace in your hearts to God."

⁸ in flaming fire, dealing out vengeance to those who are not acquainted with God and those who are not obeying the evangel of our Lord Jesus Christ"

¹⁰ whenever He may be coming to be glorified in His saints and to be marveled at in all who believe (seeing that our testimony to you was believed) in that day.

³ Who, being the Effulgence of His glory and Emblem of His assumption, besides carrying on all by His powerful declaration, making a cleansing of sins, is seated at the right hand of the Majesty in the heights;"

¹³ For God, promising Abraham, since He had no one greater to swear by, swears by Himself, ¹⁴ saying, "If, in sooth, it is blessing, I shall be blessing you, and multiplying, I shall be multiplyingyou!" ¹⁵ And thus, being patient, he happened on the promise." ¹⁶ For men are swearing by a greater, and to them an oath for confirmation is an end of all contradiction, ¹⁷ in which God, intending more superabundantly to exhibit to the enjoyers of the allotment of the promise the immutability of His counsel, interposes with an oath, ¹⁸ that by two immutable matters, in which it is impossible for God to lie, we may have a strong consolation, who are fleeing for refuge to lay hold of the expectation lying before us,

⁷ Now, beyond all contradiction, the inferior is blessed by the better."

¹³ In faith died all these, not being requited with the promises, but perceiving them ahead and saluting them, and avowing that they are strangers and expatriates on the earth. "

²⁰ Now may the God of peace, Who is leading up our Lord Jesus, the great Shepherd of the sheep, from among the dead by the blood of the eonian covenant,

¹³ Is anyone suffering evil among you? Let him pray. Is anyone cheerful? Let him play music.

³ Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, Who, according to His vast mercy, regenerates us into a living expectation, through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from among the dead,

⁵ you, also, as living stones, are being built up a spiritual house, into a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, most acceptable to God through Jesus Christ. "

⁹ Yet you are a chosen race, a "royal priesthood,a "holy nation,a procured people, so that you should be recounting the virtues of Him Who calls you out of darkness into His marvelous light,

⁹ Be hospitable to one another without murmuring.

¹⁴ Wherefore, beloved, hoping for these things, endeavor to be found by Him in peace, unspotted and flawless."

²⁷ And the anointing which you obtained from Him is remaining in you, and you have no need that anyone may be teaching you, but as His anointing is teaching you concerning all, and is true, and is no lie, according as it teaches you also, remain in Him."

⁹ And whenever the animals should be giving glory and honor and thanks to Him Who is sitting on the throne, Who is living for the eons of the eons (Amen!), ¹⁰ the twenty-four elders, also, will be falling before Him Who is sitting on the throne and will be worshiping Him Who is living for the eons of the eons (Amen!). And they are casting their wreaths before the throne, saying, ¹¹ Worthy art Thou, O Lord, our Lord and God, To get glory and honor and power; For Thou dost create all, And because of Thy will they were, and are created."

¹² saying with a loud voice, "Worthy is the Lambkin slain To get power and riches and wisdom and strength And honor and glory and blessing!" ¹³ And every creature which is in heaven and on the earth and underneath the earth and on the sea, and all in them, I hear also saying, "To Him Who is sitting on the throne-To the Lambkin-Be blessing and honor and glory and might For the eons of the eons!" ¹⁴ And the four animals said, "Amen!And the elders fall and worship."

¹² saying, "Amen! Blessing and glory and wisdom and thanks and honor and power and strength be our God's for the eons of the eons. Amen!"

¹⁵ And the seventh messenger trumpets. And loud voices occurred in heaven, saying, "The kingdom of this world became our Lord's and His Christ's, and He shall be reigning for the eons of the eons! Amen!"

¹⁷ saying, "We are thanking Thee, Lord God Almighty, Who art and Who wast, for Thou hast taken Thy great power and dost reign." ¹⁸ And the nations are angered, and Thy indignation came, and the era for the dead to be judged, and to give their wages to Thy slaves, the prophets, and to the saints and to those fearing Thy name, the small and the great, and to blight those who are blighting the earth."

⁷ saying with a loud voice, "Be ye afraid of God and give glory to Him, for the hour of His judging came; and worship the Maker of heaven and the land and the sea and the springs of water."

³ And they are singing the song of Moses, the slave of God, and the song of the Lambkin, saying, "Great and marvelous are Thy acts, Lord God Almighty! Just and true are Thy ways, King of the eons!" ⁴ Who may by no means be afraid of Thee, Lord, And glorify Thy name? For Thou only art benign. For all the nations shall arrive And worship before Thee, For Thy just awards were made manifest."

⁷ And I hear the altar saying, "Yea, Lord God Almighty, true and just are Thy judgings!"

² for true and just is His judging, for He judges the great prostitute who corrupts the earth with her prostitution, and avenges the blood of His slaves at her hand."

⁶ And I hear as it were the voice of a vast throng, and as it were the sound of many waters, and as it were the sound of strong thunders, saying, "Hallelujah! for the Lord our God, the Almighty reigns!"
