Revelation 5:1 Cross References - CAB

¹ And I saw in the right hand of He that sat on the throne a scroll, having been written inside and outside, and having been sealed with seven seals.

¹⁶ Then those who seal themselves, that they may not learn the law, shall be made manifest.

¹¹ And all these things shall be to you as the words of this sealed book, which if they shall give to a learned man, saying, Read this, he shall then say, I cannot read it, for it is sealed.

¹⁶ They passed by in full number, and not one of them perished; they sought not one another; for the Lord commanded them, and His Spirit gathered them.

⁹ And I looked, and behold, a hand stretched out to me, and in it was a volume of a book. ¹⁰ And He unrolled it before me. And in it the front and the back were written upon. And there was written in it lamentations, and mournful songs, and woe.

²⁶ And the vision of the evening and morning that was mentioned is true: seal up the vision; for it is for many days.

⁴ And you, Daniel, close the words, and seal the book to the time of the end; until many are taught, and knowledge is increased. ⁵ And I Daniel, saw, and behold, two others stood, on one side of the bank of the river, and the other on the other side of the bank of the river. ⁶ And one said to the man clothed in linen, who was over the water of the river, When will be the end of the wonders which you have mentioned? ⁷ And I heard the man clothed in linen, who was over the water of the river, and he lifted up his right hand and his left hand to heaven, and swore by Him that lives forever, that it should be for a time, times and half a time. When the dispersion is ended, they shall know all these things. ⁸ And I heard, but I understood not. And I said, O Lord, what will be the end of these things? ⁹ And he said, Go, Daniel; for the words are closed and sealed up to the time of the end.

⁷ Then He came and took out of the right hand of Him that sat on the throne.

¹³ And every creature which is in heaven and on the earth and under the earth and on the sea, and all that are in them, I heard saying: "Blessing and honor and glory and power to Him that sits upon the throne, and to the Lamb, forever and ever. Amen!"

¹ And I saw that the Lamb opened one of the seven seals, and I heard one of the four living beings saying, like a voice of thunder, "Come."

² and having in his hand a scroll having been opened. And he put his right foot on the sea, but his left one on the land,

⁸ Then the voice which I heard from heaven was speaking with me again and saying, "Go, take the little scroll which was open in the hand of the angel standing on the sea and on the land." ⁹ And I went to the angel, saying to him to give to me the little scroll. And he said to me, "Take it and eat it up; and it shall make your stomach bitter, but it shall be as sweet as honey in your mouth." ¹⁰ Then I took the scroll out of the angel's hand and ate it, and it was as sweet as honey in my mouth. And when I ate it, my stomach was made bitter. ¹¹ And they said to me, "You must prophesy again over many peoples, nations, languages, and kings."
