¹⁵ My eyes are continually to the Lord; for He shall draw my feet out of the snare.

⁴ You shall bring me out of the snare which they have hidden for me; for You, O Lord, are my defender.

¹ A Song of Degrees. I lifted up my eyes to the mountains — from where my help shall come. ² My help shall come from the Lord, who made the heaven and the earth.

² Behold, as the eyes of servants are directed to the hands of their masters, and as the eyes of a maidservant to the hands of her mistress; so our eyes are directed to the Lord our God, until He has mercy upon us.

⁷ Our soul has been delivered as a sparrow from the snare of the fowlers: the snare is broken, and we are delivered. ⁸ Our help is in the name of the Lord, who made heaven and earth.
