¹ And I watched when the Lamb opened one of the seven seals, and I heard one of the four living creatures saying, as a voice of thunder, “Come!” ² And I looked, and behold, a white horse, and the one sitting on it having a bow; and a crown was given to him, and he went forth overcoming, and that he might conquer. ³ And when He opened the second seal, I heard the second living creature saying, “Come!” ⁴ And another horse went forth, bright red; and to the one sitting on it, to him was granted to take the peace from the earth, and that they will slay one another; and a great sword was given to him. ⁵ And when He opened the third seal, I heard the third living creature saying, “Come!” And I looked, and behold, a black horse, and the one sitting on it having a pair of scales in his hand. ⁶ And I heard something like a voice in the midst of the four living creatures, saying, “A choenix of wheat for a denarius, and three choenixes of barley for a denarius; and you should not injure the oil and the wine.” ⁷ And when He opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth living creature saying, “Come!” ⁸ And I looked, and behold, a pale horse, and the one sitting on it, the name of him was Death, and Hades was following with him; and authority was given to them over the fourth of the earth, to kill with sword, and with famine, and with plague, and by the beasts of the earth. ⁹ And when He opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those having been slain because of the word of God, and because of the testimony which they had upheld. ¹⁰ And they were crying in a loud voice, saying, “Until when, O Lord, holy and true, do You not judge and avenge our blood from those dwelling upon the earth?” ¹¹ And to each of them were given white robes, and it was said to them that they shall rest yet a little time, until their fellow servants would also be complete, and their brothers, those being about to be killed as they also had been. ¹² And I saw when He opened the sixth seal, and there was a great earthquake, and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the whole moon became like blood, ¹³ and the stars of heaven fell to the earth, as a fig tree casts its unripe figs, being shaken by a great wind. ¹⁴ And heaven departed like a scroll being rolled up, and every mountain and island were moved out of their places. ¹⁵ And the kings of the earth, and the great ones, and the commanders, and the rich, and the powerful, and every slave and free, hid themselves in the caves, and among the rocks of the mountains. ¹⁶ And they say to the mountains and to the rocks, “Fall on us and hide us from the face of the One sitting on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb, ¹⁷ because the great day of Their wrath has come, and who is able to stand?”

²⁰ For we are not able to stop speaking about what we have seen and heard.”

⁵ And out of the throne come flashes of lightning, and voices, and thunderings. And there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God. ⁶ And before the throne was something like a sea of glass, like crystal. And in the midst of the throne and around the throne were four living creatures, being full of eyes in front and behind. ⁷ And the first living creature was like a lion, and the second living creature like a calf, and the third living creature having the face as of a man, and the fourth living creature like an eagle flying.

¹ And I saw on the right hand of the One sitting upon the throne a scroll, having been written inside and on the back, having been sealed with seven seals.

⁵ And one of the elders says to me, “Do not weep. Behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the root of David, has overcome to open the scroll and its seven seals.” ⁶ And I saw in the midst of the throne and of the four living creatures, and in the midst of the elders, a Lamb standing as having been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God having been sent out into all the earth. ⁷ And He came and took it out of the right hand of the One sitting on the throne.

³ And when He opened the second seal, I heard the second living creature saying, “Come!”

⁵ And when He opened the third seal, I heard the third living creature saying, “Come!” And I looked, and behold, a black horse, and the one sitting on it having a pair of scales in his hand.

⁷ And when He opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth living creature saying, “Come!”

³ And he cried out in a loud voice as a lion roars. And when he cried out, the seven thunders sounded their voice. ⁴ And when the seven thunders had spoken, I was about to write. But I heard a voice out of heaven, saying, “Seal what the seven thunders have spoken, and do not write them.”

¹⁹ And the temple of God in heaven was opened, and the ark of His covenant was seen in His temple. And there were flashes of lightning, and voices, and thunders, and an earthquake, and great hail.

² And I heard a voice out of heaven like the sound of many waters, and like the sound of loud thunder. And the voice that I heard was like that of harpists harping with their harps.

⁶ And I heard something like the voice of a great multitude, and like the sound of many waters, and like a sound of mighty thunders, saying: “Hallelujah! For the Lord God our Almighty has reigned.

¹⁸ And having come to them, Jesus spoke to them, saying, “All authority in heaven and on the earth has been given to Me.

¹⁸ For I will not dare to speak of anything except what Christ has accomplished through me unto the obedience of the Gentiles by word and deed, ¹⁹ in the power of signs and wonders, in the power of the Spirit of God, so as for me, from Jerusalem and around unto Illyricum, to have fully proclaimed the gospel of Christ,

²⁵ For it behooves Him to reign until He shall have put all the enemies under His feet.

⁵⁵ “Where O death, is your victory? Where O death is your sting?” ⁵⁶ Now the sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the Law. ⁵⁷ But thanks be to God, the One giving us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

³ For walking in flesh, we do not wage war according to flesh. ⁴ For the weapons of our warfare are not fleshly, but divinely powerful toward the demolition of strongholds, ⁵ overthrowing arguments, and every high thing lifting itself up against the knowledge of God, and taking captive every thought into the obedience of Christ,

²¹ The one overcoming, I will give to him to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne.

¹⁵ And the seventh angel sounded his trumpet, and there were great voices in heaven, saying: “The kingdom of the world has become that of our Lord and of His Christ, and He will reign to the ages of the ages.”

¹⁸ And the nations were enraged, and Your wrath came, and the time for the dead to be judged, and to give the reward to Your servants, the prophets, and to the saints, and to those fearing Your name, the small and the great, and to destroy those who are destroying the earth.”

¹⁴ And I looked, and behold, a white cloud, and upon the cloud is sitting One like the Son of Man, having on His head a golden crown, and in His hand a sharp sickle.

² And I saw something like a sea of glass mingled with fire, and those conquering over the beast, and over its image, and over the number of its name, standing upon the sea of glass, having harps of God.

¹⁴ These will make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb will overcome them, because He is Lord of lords and King of kings; and those with Him are called and chosen and faithful.”

¹¹ And I saw heaven having been opened, and behold, a white horse, and the One sitting upon it called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and makes war. ¹² Now His eyes are like a flame of fire, and upon His head many diadems, having a name having been written, which no one except He Himself knows,

¹⁴ And the armies who were in heaven, having been clothed in pure, white, fine linen were following Him upon white horses.

⁷ And the first living creature was like a lion, and the second living creature like a calf, and the third living creature having the face as of a man, and the fourth living creature like an eagle flying.

¹ And I watched when the Lamb opened one of the seven seals, and I heard one of the four living creatures saying, as a voice of thunder, “Come!”

³⁴ Do not think that I came to bring peace to the earth; I came not to bring peace, but a sword.

¹¹ Jesus answered him, “You would have no authority over Me, if it were not given to you from above. Because of this, the one having delivered Me up to you has greater sin.”

³ And another sign was seen in heaven, and behold, a great red dragon having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his heads, seven diadems.

¹⁰ “If anyone is to go into captivity, into captivity he goes; If anyone is to be killed with the sword, by the sword it is necessary for him to be killed.” Here is the endurance and the faith of the saints.

³ And he carried me away in the Spirit into a wilderness, and I saw a woman sitting upon a scarlet beast being full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.

⁶ And I saw the woman being drunk with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the witnesses of Jesus. And having seen her, I marveled with great wonder.

⁵ And one of the elders says to me, “Do not weep. Behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the root of David, has overcome to open the scroll and its seven seals.”

⁹ And they are singing a new song, saying, “Worthy are You to take the scroll and to open its seals, because You were slain, and You purchased to God by Your blood, out of every tribe and tongue and people and nation,

⁶ And before the throne was something like a sea of glass, like crystal. And in the midst of the throne and around the throne were four living creatures, being full of eyes in front and behind.

³ saying, “Do not harm the earth, nor the sea, nor the trees, until we shall have sealed the servants of our God on their foreheads.”

⁴ And it was said to them that they shall not harm the grass of the earth, nor any green thing, nor any tree, but only the men not having the seal of God on the foreheads.

²³ And you, Capernaum, will not be exalted to heaven, but will be brought down to Hades! For if the miracles having taken place in you had taken place in Sodom, it would have remained until this day.

⁵⁵ “Where O death, is your victory? Where O death is your sting?”

¹⁸ and the Living One. And I was dead, and behold I am living to the ages of the ages, and I have the keys of Death and of Hades.

⁷ And the first sounded his trumpet, and there was hail and fire having been mixed with blood, and it was cast upon the earth. And a third of the earth was burned up, and a third of the trees were burned up, and all the green grass was burned up. ⁸ And the second angel sounded his trumpet, and something like a great mountain burning with fire was cast into the sea. And a third of the sea became blood, ⁹ and a third of the creatures having life in the sea died, and a third of the ships were destroyed. ¹⁰ And the third angel sounded his trumpet, and a great star fell out of heaven, burning like a torch. And it fell upon a third of the rivers, and upon the springs of waters. ¹¹ And the name of the star is called Wormwood. And a third of the waters became wormwood, and many of the men died from the waters, because they were made bitter. ¹² And the fourth angel sounded his trumpet, and a third of the sun was struck, and a third of the moon, and a third of the stars, so that a third of them should be darkened, and the day should not appear for a third of it, and the night likewise.

¹⁵ And the four angels having been prepared for the hour and day and month and year were released, so that they might kill a third of mankind.

¹⁸ By these three plagues, a third of mankind was killed, by the fire, and by the smoke, and by the brimstone proceeding out of their mouths.

⁴ And his tail drags a third of the stars of heaven, and he cast them to the earth. And the dragon stands before the woman being about to bring forth, so that when she should bring forth, he might devour her child.

¹³ And the sea gave up the dead who were in it; and death and Hades gave up the dead who were in them; and each of them were judged according to their works. ¹⁴ And death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death, the lake of fire.

² They will put you out of the synagogues; but an hour is coming that everyone having killed you will think it is to offer a service to God.

⁸ Now we are confident and are pleased rather to be absent out of the body, and to be at home with the Lord.

²³ But I am pressed between the two, having the desire to depart and to be with Christ, indeed very much better,

¹⁷ But even if I am being poured out as a drink offering on the sacrifice and service of your faith, I am glad and rejoice with you all.

⁸ Therefore you should not be ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me, His prisoner; but suffer together for the gospel, according to the power of God,

⁶ For already I am being poured out, and the time of my departure is come.

² who testified to the word of God and to the testimony of Jesus Christ, as much as he saw.

⁹ I John, your brother and fellow-partaker in the tribulation and kingdom and perseverance in Jesus, was in the island called Patmos on account of the word of God and the testimony of Jesus.

¹³ I know where you dwell, where the throne of Satan is; and you hold fast to My name, and you have not denied My faith, even in the days of Antipas My witness, My faithful one, who was killed among you, where Satan dwells.

³ And another angel having a golden censer came and stood at the altar, and much incense was given to him, that he will offer it with the prayers of all the saints upon the golden altar before the throne.

¹³ And the sixth angel sounded his trumpet, and I heard one voice from the four horns of the golden altar before God,

³ And I will grant to my two witnesses, and they will prophesy a thousand two hundred sixty days, clothed in sackcloth.” ⁴ These are the two olive trees and the two lampstands standing before the Lord of the earth. ⁵ And if anyone should desire to harm them, fire goes out of their mouth and devours their enemies. And if anyone should desire to harm them, thus it is necessary for him to be killed. ⁶ These have the power to shut the sky, so that no rain shall fall in the days of their prophecy; and they have power over the waters, to turn them into blood, and to strike the earth with every plague, as often as they might desire. ⁷ And when they shall have completed their testimony, the beast coming up out of the abyss will make war with them, and will overcome them, and will kill them.

¹¹ And they have overcome him by reason of the blood of the Lamb, and by reason of the word of their testimony; and they have not loved their life unto death. ¹² Because of this, rejoice O heavens, and those dwelling in them! Woe to the earth and the sea, because the devil has come down to you, having great fury, knowing that he has a short time.” ¹³ And when the dragon saw that he had been thrown down to the earth, he persecuted the woman who had brought forth the male child. ¹⁴ And the two wings of the great eagle were given to the woman, so that she could fly from the face of the serpent into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished there a time, and times, and half a time. ¹⁵ And out of his mouth the serpent cast water as a river after the woman, so that he might cause her to be carried away by a flood. ¹⁶ And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened its mouth and swallowed up the river, which the dragon had cast out of his mouth. ¹⁷ And the dragon was angry with the woman, and he went to make war with the rest of her children keeping the commandments of God and holding the testimony of Jesus. And he stood upon the sand of the sea.

¹⁸ And another angel having authority over the fire came out of the altar, and he called in a loud cry to the one having the sharp sickle, saying, “Put forth your sharp sickle, and gather the clusters from the vine of the earth, because its grapes have fully ripened.”

⁷ And I heard the altar saying: “Yes, Lord God Almighty, true and righteous are Your judgments.”

¹⁰ And I fell before his feet to worship him. And he says to me, “See that you not do this. I am a fellow servant with you and your brothers, holding the testimony of Jesus. Worship God! For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.”

⁴ And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given to them, and the souls of those having been beheaded because of the testimony of Jesus and because of the word of God, and those who did not worship the beast, nor his image, and did not take the mark upon the forehead, and upon their hand. And they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

⁷ And shall not God execute the avenging of His elect, the ones crying out to Him day and night, and be deferring in regard to them? ⁸ I say to you that He will execute their avenging in quickness. Nevertheless, the Son of Man having come, will He find faith on the earth?”

²² For these are the days of avenging, to fulfill all things having been written.

¹⁹ never avenging yourselves, beloved; instead give place to wrath, for it has been written: “Vengeance is Mine, I will repay, says the Lord.”

⁶ For indeed it is righteous with God to repay those oppressing you with affliction, ⁷ and to you being oppressed, repose with us at the revelation of the Lord Jesus from heaven, with His mighty angels, ⁸ in a fire of flame, inflicting vengeance on those not knowing God and on those not obeying the gospel of our Lord Jesus,

²⁴ and to Jesus the mediator of a new covenant, and to the sprinkling of blood, speaking better things than that of Abel.

⁷ And to the messenger of the church in Philadelphia write: These things says the Holy One, the True One, having the key of David, the One opening and no one will shut, and shutting and no one opens.

¹⁰ Because you have kept the word of My patient endurance, I also will keep you out of the hour of the trial being about to come upon the whole inhabited world, to try those dwelling upon the earth.

³ And they are singing the song of Moses, the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, “Great and wonderful are Your works, Lord God the Almighty! Righteous and true are Your ways, O King of the nations! ⁴ Who should not fear You, O Lord, and will glorify Your name? For You alone are holy. For all the nations will come and will worship before You, because Your righteous acts have been revealed.”

⁵ And I heard the angel of the waters saying: “Righteous are You the One being, and having been, O holy One, because You have judged these things, ⁶ because they have poured out the blood of saints and of prophets, and You have given to them blood to drink, they are worthy.” ⁷ And I heard the altar saying: “Yes, Lord God Almighty, true and righteous are Your judgments.”

²⁰ “Rejoice over her, O heaven, and you saints and apostles and prophets, because God has judged for you the judgment against her.”

²⁴ And in her was found the blood of prophets and of saints and of all those having been slain on the earth.

² For His judgments are true and righteous, because He has judged the great prostitute, who had corrupted the earth with her sexual immorality, and He has avenged the blood of His servants, out of her hand.”

²¹ And brother will deliver up brother to death, and father, child; and children will rise up against parents and will put them to death.

³⁴ Because of this, behold, I send to you prophets and wise men and scribes. Some of them you will kill and will crucify, and some of them you will flog in your synagogues, and will persecute from town to town; ³⁵ so that upon you shall come all the righteous blood being poured out upon the earth, from the blood of the righteous Abel to the blood of Zechariah son of Berekiah, whom you murdered between the temple and the altar.

⁴⁰ God having planned something better for us, so that not apart from us, they should be made perfect.

⁴ But you have a few people in Sardis who have not soiled their garments, and they will walk with Me in white, because they are worthy. ⁵ The one overcoming thus will be clothed in white garments. And I will never blot out his name from the book of life, and I will confess his name before My Father and before His angels.

⁹ After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude, which no one was able to number it, out of every nation, and tribes, and peoples, and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, having been clothed with white robes, and palm branches in their hands.

¹⁴ And I said to him, “My lord, you know.” And he said to me, “These are the ones coming out of the great tribulation, and they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.

¹⁵ And there was given to it to give breath to the image of the beast, so that image of the beast also should speak, and should cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast would be killed.

¹³ And I heard a voice out of heaven, saying “Write, ‘Blessed are the dead dying in the Lord from now on.’” “Yes,” says the Spirit, “so that they will rest from their labors; for their works follow with them.”

⁷ For nation will rise up against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and there will be famines and earthquakes in various places.

²⁹ And immediately after the tribulation of those days: ‘The sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light, and the stars will fall from the sky, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken.’

⁴⁵ And from the sixth hour, darkness was over all the land, until the ninth hour.

⁵⁴ And the centurion and those with him keeping guard over Jesus, having seen the earthquake and the things taking place, feared greatly, saying, “Truly this was God’s Son.”

² And behold, there was a great earthquake; for an angel of the Lord, having descended out of heaven and having come, rolled away the stone and was sitting upon it.

²⁴ But in those days, those after the tribulation, ‘The sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; ²⁵ and the stars will be falling out of the heaven, and the powers that are in the heavens will be shaken.’

³³ And the sixth hour having arrived, darkness came over the whole land, until the ninth hour.

⁴⁴ And now it was about the sixth hour, and darkness came over the whole land until the ninth hour. ⁴⁵ The sun was darkened, and the veil of the temple was torn in the middle.

¹⁹ And I will show wonders in the heaven above, and signs on the earth below, blood and fire and vapor of smoke. ²⁰ The sun will be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and glorious day of the Lord coming.

⁵ And the angel took the censer, and filled it from the fire of the altar, and cast it to the earth; and there were thunders, and rumblings, and flashes of lightning, and an earthquake.

¹³ And in that hour there was a great earthquake, and a tenth of the city fell, and seven thousand names of men were killed in the earthquake. And the rest became terrified and gave glory to the God of heaven.

¹⁸ And there were flashes of lightning, and voices, and thunders; and there was a great earthquake, such as there had not been since men were upon the earth—so great was the earthquake, so mighty,

²⁵ And there will be signs in sun and moon and stars; and upon the earth distress of nations with perplexity, sea roaring and surge rolling,

¹ And the fifth angel sounded his trumpet, and I saw a star having fallen out of heaven to the earth, and the key of the pit of the abyss was given to it.

¹¹ They will perish but You remain; and all will grow old like a garment; ¹² and like a robe You will roll them up, and like a garment they will be changed; but You are the same, and Your years will never end.” ¹³ Now to which of the angels did He ever say: “Sit at My right hand, until I may place Your enemies as a footstool for Your feet”?

¹⁰ But the day of the Lord will come like a thief, in which the heavens will pass away with a roar, and elements will be dissolved, burning with heat, and the earth and the works in it will not be found.

²⁰ And every island fled, and mountains were not to be found.

¹¹ And I saw a great white throne and the One sitting on it, from whose face the earth and heaven fled, and no place was found for them.

¹ And I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and the sea is no more.

³⁸ of whom the world was not worthy; wandering in deserts, and mountains, and caves, and holes of the earth.

⁹ And the kings of the earth, the ones having committed sexual immorality and having lived luxuriously with her, will weep and will wail for her when they see the smoke of her burning, ¹⁰ standing from afar because of the fear of her torment, saying: “Woe, woe, the great city, Babylon, the strong city! For in one hour your judgment has come.” ¹¹ And the merchants of the earth weep and mourn for her, because no one buys their cargo any longer—

¹³ and having been clothed with a garment having been dipped in blood. And His name is called The Word of God. ¹⁴ And the armies who were in heaven, having been clothed in pure, white, fine linen were following Him upon white horses. ¹⁵ And out of His mouth goes forth a sharp sword, so that with it He may strike down the nations; and He will shepherd them with a rod of iron. And He treads the press of the wine of the fury of the wrath of God the Almighty. ¹⁶ And He has a name having been written upon the robe and upon His thigh: King of Kings and Lord of Lords. ¹⁷ And I saw one angel standing in the sun, and he cried out in loud a voice, saying to all the birds flying in mid-heaven, “Come, gather yourselves unto the great supper of God, ¹⁸ so that you may eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of commanders, and the flesh of captains, and the flesh of horses and of those sitting on them, and the flesh of all, both free and slaves, and small and great.” ¹⁹ And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, having been gathered together to make war with the One sitting on the horse and with His army. ²⁰ And the beast was captured, and with him the false prophet, the one having done the signs before him, by which he deceived those having received the mark of the beast and those worshiping its image. The two were cast living into the lake of fire burning with brimstone. ²¹ And the rest were killed with the sword of the One sitting on the horse having gone forth out of his mouth. And all the birds were filled with their flesh.

⁶⁴ Jesus says to him, “You have said. But I say to you, from now on you will see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of Power and coming upon the clouds of heaven.”

³⁰ Then ‘they will begin to say to the mountains, “Fall upon us,” and to the hills, “Cover us.”’

⁷ and to you being oppressed, repose with us at the revelation of the Lord Jesus from heaven, with His mighty angels, ⁸ in a fire of flame, inflicting vengeance on those not knowing God and on those not obeying the gospel of our Lord Jesus, ⁹ who will suffer the penalty of eternal destruction away from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of His power,

² Immediately I was in the Spirit, and behold, a throne was set in heaven, and One sitting upon the throne,

⁵ And out of the throne come flashes of lightning, and voices, and thunderings. And there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God.

⁹ And whenever the living creatures will give glory and honor and thanksgiving to the One sitting upon the throne, the One living to the ages of the ages,

¹⁰ And they were crying in a loud voice, saying, “Until when, O Lord, holy and true, do You not judge and avenge our blood from those dwelling upon the earth?”

⁶ and he swore by the One living to the ages of the ages, who created heaven and the things in it, and the earth and the things in it, and the sea and the things in it, “There will be no more delay!

¹⁵ And out of His mouth goes forth a sharp sword, so that with it He may strike down the nations; and He will shepherd them with a rod of iron. And He treads the press of the wine of the fury of the wrath of God the Almighty.

³⁶ Watch also at every season, praying that you may have strength to escape all these things that are about to come to pass and to stand before the Son of Man.”

⁵ But because of your hardness and unrepentant heart, you are treasuring up to yourself wrath in the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgement of God,

⁶ And the angels not having kept their own domain, but having abandoned the own dwelling, He keeps in eternal chains under darkness, unto the judgment of the great day;

¹⁴ for they are spirits of demons, performing signs, which go forth to the kings of the whole inhabited world, to gather them together unto the battle of the great day of God the Almighty.
