¹ After these things I looked, and behold, a door was standing open in heaven, and the first voice that I heard like a trumpet was speaking with me, saying, “Come up here, and I will show to you what it behooves to take place after these things.” ² Immediately I was in the Spirit, and behold, a throne was set in heaven, and One sitting upon the throne, ³ and the One sitting, in appearance was like jasper and carnelian stone. And a rainbow was around the throne, in appearance like an emerald. ⁴ And around the throne were twenty-four thrones; and sitting on the thrones twenty-four elders, having been clothed in white garments; and on their heads, golden crowns. ⁵ And out of the throne come flashes of lightning, and voices, and thunderings. And there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God. ⁶ And before the throne was something like a sea of glass, like crystal. And in the midst of the throne and around the throne were four living creatures, being full of eyes in front and behind. ⁷ And the first living creature was like a lion, and the second living creature like a calf, and the third living creature having the face as of a man, and the fourth living creature like an eagle flying. ⁸ And the four living creatures, each of them had six wings respectively, full of eyes all around and within; and they did not have rest day and night, saying: “Holy, Holy, Holy, Lord God Almighty, the One having been, and the One being, and the One coming.” ⁹ And whenever the living creatures will give glory and honor and thanksgiving to the One sitting upon the throne, the One living to the ages of the ages, ¹⁰ the twenty-four elders will fall before the One sitting upon the throne, and they will worship the One living to the ages of the ages, and they will cast their crowns before the throne, saying: ¹¹ “Worthy are You, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power; for You created all things, and because of Your will, they existed and were created.”

¹⁶ And immediately, having been baptized, Jesus went up from the water; and behold, the heavens were opened and he saw the Spirit of God descending as a dove, and alighting upon Him.

¹⁰ And immediately going up from the water, he saw the heavens tearing open and the Spirit descending as a dove upon Him.

²¹ Now it came to pass, in all the people having been baptized, Jesus also having been baptized and having prayed, the heaven was opened,

¹³ But when He the, Spirit of truth, shall come, He will guide you into all the truth. For He will not speak from Himself, but whatever He may hear, He will speak. And He will declare to you the things coming.

⁵⁶ and he said, “Behold, I see the heavens having been opened, and the Son of Man standing at the right hand of God.”

¹¹ and he beholds heaven opening, and a certain vessel as a great sheet descending, being let down upon the earth by four corners,

¹ The revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave Him to show to His bond-servants what things it behooves to take place in quickness. And He signified it through having sent His angel to His servant, John, ² who testified to the word of God and to the testimony of Jesus Christ, as much as he saw. ³ Blessed is the one reading, and those hearing the words of the prophecy, and keeping the things having been written in it; for the time is near.

¹⁰ I was in the Spirit on the Lord’s day, and I heard behind me a loud voice, like that of a trumpet,

¹⁹ Therefore write the things that you have seen, and the things that are, and the things that are about to take place after these,

¹² And they heard a great voice out of heaven, saying to them, “Come up here.” And they went up to heaven in the cloud, and their enemies beheld them.

¹⁷ And the seventh poured out his bowl upon the air, and a loud voice came out from the temple, from the throne, saying, “It is done!”

⁶ And he said to me, “These words are faithful and true. And the Lord, the God of the spirits of the prophets, sent His angel to show His servants the things that must come to pass in quickness.”

¹ Now the point of the things being spoken of is that we have such a high priest, who sat down at the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in the heavens,

²¹ The one overcoming, I will give to him to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne.

⁵ And out of the throne come flashes of lightning, and voices, and thunderings. And there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God.

⁹ And whenever the living creatures will give glory and honor and thanksgiving to the One sitting upon the throne, the One living to the ages of the ages,

¹ And I saw on the right hand of the One sitting upon the throne a scroll, having been written inside and on the back, having been sealed with seven seals.

⁶ And I saw in the midst of the throne and of the four living creatures, and in the midst of the elders, a Lamb standing as having been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God having been sent out into all the earth. ⁷ And He came and took it out of the right hand of the One sitting on the throne.

¹³ And I heard every creature which is in heaven, and upon the earth, and under the earth, and on the sea, and everything in them, saying: “To the One sitting on the throne, and to the Lamb, blessing and honor and glory and might to the ages of the ages.”

¹⁶ And they say to the mountains and to the rocks, “Fall on us and hide us from the face of the One sitting on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb,

⁹ After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude, which no one was able to number it, out of every nation, and tribes, and peoples, and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, having been clothed with white robes, and palm branches in their hands. ¹⁰ And they were crying out in a loud voice, saying: “Salvation to our God, the One sitting on the throne, and to the Lamb!” ¹¹ And all the angels stood around the throne, and the elders, and the four living creatures, and they fell upon their faces before the throne and worshiped God, ¹² saying, “Amen! Blessing, and glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honor, and power, and strength, to our God, to the ages of the ages! Amen.” ¹³ And one of the elders answered, saying to me, “These having been clothed with the white robes, who are they, and from where have they come?” ¹⁴ And I said to him, “My lord, you know.” And he said to me, “These are the ones coming out of the great tribulation, and they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. ¹⁵ Because of this, ‘They are before the throne of God, and serve Him day and night in His temple; and the One sitting on the throne will tabernacle over them. ¹⁶ they will not hunger any more, neither will they thirst anymore, nor shall the sun at all fall upon them, nor any scorching heat; ¹⁷ because the Lamb in the center of the throne will shepherd them, and He will lead them to fountains living of waters, and God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.’”

⁵ And she brought forth a male son, who is about to shepherd all the nations with a rod of iron; and her child was caught up to God, and to His throne.

³ And he carried me away in the Spirit into a wilderness, and I saw a woman sitting upon a scarlet beast being full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.

⁴ And the twenty-four elders and the four living creatures fell down and worshiped God, the One sitting on the throne, saying: “Amen, Hallelujah!”

¹¹ And I saw a great white throne and the One sitting on it, from whose face the earth and heaven fled, and no place was found for them.

⁵ And the One sitting on the throne said, “Behold, I make all things new.” And He says, “Write this, because these words are faithful and true.”

¹⁰ And he carried me away in the Spirit to a great and high mountain, and he showed me the holy city Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God,

¹ And he showed me a river of water of life, clear as crystal, flowing out of the throne of God and of the Lamb. ² In the middle of its street and of the river, on this side and on that side, was a tree of life, producing twelve fruits, yielding its fruit according to each month; and the leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations. ³ And there will not be any curse any longer. And the throne of God and of the Lamb will be in it, and His servants will serve Him.

¹ And I saw another mighty angel coming down out of heaven, clothed with a cloud, and a rainbow upon his head, and his face was like the sun, and his feet like pillars of fire,

¹¹ having the glory of God. Its radiance was like a most precious stone, like a jasper stone being clear as crystal,

¹⁹ the foundations of the wall of the city having been adorned with every precious stone: the first foundation jasper, the second sapphire, the third chalcedony, the fourth emerald, ²⁰ the fifth sardonyx, the sixth sardius, the seventh chrysolite, the eighth beryl, the ninth topaz, the tenth chrysoprase, the eleventh jacinth, the twelfth amethyst.

²⁸ And Jesus said to them, “Truly I say to you that in the regeneration, when the Son of Man shall sit down upon His throne of glory, you having followed Me, you also will sit on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

³⁰ so that you may eat and may drink at My table in My kingdom, and may sit on thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

⁸ From now on the crown of righteousness is laid up for me, which the Lord, the righteous judge, will award to me in that day; but not only to me, but also to all those loving His appearing.

¹⁰ Do not fear what you are about to suffer. Behold, the devil is about to cast some of you into prison, so that you might be tested; and you shall have tribulation ten days. Be faithful unto death, and I will give to you the crown of life.

⁴ But you have a few people in Sardis who have not soiled their garments, and they will walk with Me in white, because they are worthy. ⁵ The one overcoming thus will be clothed in white garments. And I will never blot out his name from the book of life, and I will confess his name before My Father and before His angels.

¹⁰ the twenty-four elders will fall before the One sitting upon the throne, and they will worship the One living to the ages of the ages, and they will cast their crowns before the throne, saying:

⁸ And when He had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, each having a harp, and golden bowls being full of incenses, which are the prayers of the saints.

¹⁴ And the four living creatures kept saying, “Amen.” And the elders fell down and worshiped.

¹¹ And to each of them were given white robes, and it was said to them that they shall rest yet a little time, until their fellow servants would also be complete, and their brothers, those being about to be killed as they also had been.

⁹ After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude, which no one was able to number it, out of every nation, and tribes, and peoples, and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, having been clothed with white robes, and palm branches in their hands.

¹¹ And all the angels stood around the throne, and the elders, and the four living creatures, and they fell upon their faces before the throne and worshiped God,

¹³ And one of the elders answered, saying to me, “These having been clothed with the white robes, who are they, and from where have they come?” ¹⁴ And I said to him, “My lord, you know.” And he said to me, “These are the ones coming out of the great tribulation, and they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.

⁷ And the appearance of the locusts was like horses having been prepared for battle, and upon their heads were something like crowns, like gold; and their faces like the faces of men.

¹⁶ And the twenty-four elders sitting on their thrones before God fell upon their faces and worshiped God,

¹⁴ And the armies who were in heaven, having been clothed in pure, white, fine linen were following Him upon white horses.

⁴ And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given to them, and the souls of those having been beheaded because of the testimony of Jesus and because of the word of God, and those who did not worship the beast, nor his image, and did not take the mark upon the forehead, and upon their hand. And they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

¹¹ I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance, but after me is coming He who is mightier than I, of whom I am not worthy to carry the sandals. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and with fire,

³ And there appeared to them dividing tongues as of fire and sat upon each one of them.

⁴ Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit; ⁵ and there are varieties of services, but the same Lord; ⁶ and there are varieties of workings, but the same God is working all things in everyone. ⁷ Now to each is given the manifestation of the Spirit, for the common profiting. ⁸ For truly, to one is given a word of wisdom by the Spirit, and to another a word of knowledge according to the same Spirit, ⁹ and to a different one faith by the same Spirit, and to another gifts of healing by the one Spirit, ¹⁰ and to another working of miracles, and to another prophecy, and to another distinguishing of spirits, and to a different one various kinds of tongues, and to another interpretation of tongues. ¹¹ Now one and the same the Spirit works all these things, apportioning individually to each as He wills.

¹⁸ For you have not come to that being touched and having been kindled with fire, and to darkness, and to gloom, and to storm, ¹⁹ and to the sound of a trumpet, and to a voice of words which those having heard excused themselves, asking the word not to be addressed to them, ²⁰ for they could not bear that being commanded: “If even a beast should touch the mountain, it shall be stoned.” ²¹ And the thing appearing was so fearful that Moses said, “I am greatly afraid and trembling.” ²² But you have come to Mount Zion, and the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to myriads of angels, ²³ and to the assembly, to the church of the firstborn having been enrolled in the heavens, and to God the judge of all, and to the spirits of the righteous having been perfected, ²⁴ and to Jesus the mediator of a new covenant, and to the sprinkling of blood, speaking better things than that of Abel. ²⁵ Take heed lest you refuse the One speaking. For if they did not escape, having refused the One divinely instructing them on earth, much less we, turning away from the One from the heavens, ²⁶ whose voice shook the earth at that time; but now He has promised, saying, “Yet once more I will shake not only the earth, but also heaven.” ²⁷ And this, “Yet once more,” signifies the removing of the things being shaken, as having been created, so that the things not being shaken should remain. ²⁸ Therefore, receiving a kingdom not to be shaken, we may have grace, by which we may serve God well pleasingly, with fear and reverence. ²⁹ For also, our God is a consuming fire.

⁴ John, To the seven churches in Asia: Grace to you and peace from Him being and who was and who is coming, and from the seven Spirits before His throne,

¹ And to the messenger of the church in Sardis write: These things says the One having the seven Spirits of God and the seven stars. I know your deeds, that you have the characterization that you are alive, and yet you are dead.

⁶ And I saw in the midst of the throne and of the four living creatures, and in the midst of the elders, a Lamb standing as having been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God having been sent out into all the earth.

⁵ And the angel took the censer, and filled it from the fire of the altar, and cast it to the earth; and there were thunders, and rumblings, and flashes of lightning, and an earthquake.

¹⁹ And the temple of God in heaven was opened, and the ark of His covenant was seen in His temple. And there were flashes of lightning, and voices, and thunders, and an earthquake, and great hail.

¹⁷ And the seventh poured out his bowl upon the air, and a loud voice came out from the temple, from the throne, saying, “It is done!” ¹⁸ And there were flashes of lightning, and voices, and thunders; and there was a great earthquake, such as there had not been since men were upon the earth—so great was the earthquake, so mighty,

⁸ And the four living creatures, each of them had six wings respectively, full of eyes all around and within; and they did not have rest day and night, saying: “Holy, Holy, Holy, Lord God Almighty, the One having been, and the One being, and the One coming.” ⁹ And whenever the living creatures will give glory and honor and thanksgiving to the One sitting upon the throne, the One living to the ages of the ages,

¹⁴ And the four living creatures kept saying, “Amen.” And the elders fell down and worshiped.

¹⁷ because the Lamb in the center of the throne will shepherd them, and He will lead them to fountains living of waters, and God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.’”

³ And they are singing as a new song before the throne, and before the four living creatures, and the elders. And no one was able to learn the song, except the one hundred forty-four thousand having been redeemed from the earth.

² And I saw something like a sea of glass mingled with fire, and those conquering over the beast, and over its image, and over the number of its name, standing upon the sea of glass, having harps of God.

⁷ And one of the four living creatures gave to the seven angels seven golden bowls full of the wrath of God, the One living to the ages of the ages.

¹⁸ And the structure of its wall was jasper, and the city pure gold, like clear glass,

²¹ And the twelve gates were twelve pearls; each one of the gates respectively was of one pearl, and the street of the city pure gold, transparent as glass.

¹ And he showed me a river of water of life, clear as crystal, flowing out of the throne of God and of the Lamb.

⁹ For in the Law of Moses it has been written: “You shall not muzzle an ox treading out grain.” Is there care for the oxen with God? ¹⁰ Or is He speaking because of us entirely? For it was written for us, because in hope the one plowing ought to plow, and the one threshing, in hope to partake.

²⁰ Brothers, do not be children in the minds. Yet in the evil, be little children; but in the thinking, be full grown.

⁶ And before the throne was something like a sea of glass, like crystal. And in the midst of the throne and around the throne were four living creatures, being full of eyes in front and behind.

³¹ Therefore stay awake, remembering that three years night and day I never ceased admonishing each one with tears.

¹⁸ and “I will be for a father to you, and you will be for sons and daughters to Me, says the Lord Almighty.”

⁹ For you remember, brothers, our labor and hardship: Working night and day in order not to burden any one of you, we proclaimed to you the gospel of God.

⁸ nor did we eat bread from anyone without payment, but in labor and toil, working night and day in order not to be burdensome to any of you, ⁹ not that we do not have the right, but that we may offer ourselves as an example to you for you to imitate us.

¹⁶ Give heed to yourself and to the teaching. Continue in them; for doing this, you will save both yourself and those hearing you.

² Preach the word; be ready in season and out of season; convict, rebuke, and exhort, with complete patience and instruction.

⁸ Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, and today, and to the ages.

⁸ “I am the Alpha and the Omega,” says Lord God, the One being, and who was, and who is coming, the Almighty.

⁷ And to the messenger of the church in Philadelphia write: These things says the Holy One, the True One, having the key of David, the One opening and no one will shut, and shutting and no one opens.

⁴ And around the throne were twenty-four thrones; and sitting on the thrones twenty-four elders, having been clothed in white garments; and on their heads, golden crowns.

¹⁵ Because of this, ‘They are before the throne of God, and serve Him day and night in His temple; and the One sitting on the throne will tabernacle over them.

¹⁷ saying: “We give thanks to You, Lord God Almighty, the One being and who was, that You have taken Your great power and have begun to reign.

¹¹ And the smoke of their torment goes up to ages of ages; and those worshiping the beast and its image have no rest day and night, and if anyone receives the mark of its name.”

³ And they are singing the song of Moses, the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, “Great and wonderful are Your works, Lord God the Almighty! Righteous and true are Your ways, O King of the nations!

⁷ And I heard the altar saying: “Yes, Lord God Almighty, true and righteous are Your judgments.”

¹⁴ for they are spirits of demons, performing signs, which go forth to the kings of the whole inhabited world, to gather them together unto the battle of the great day of God the Almighty.

¹⁵ And out of His mouth goes forth a sharp sword, so that with it He may strike down the nations; and He will shepherd them with a rod of iron. And He treads the press of the wine of the fury of the wrath of God the Almighty.

²² And I saw no temple in it, for the Lord God Almighty is its temple, and the Lamb.

⁸ And indeed here, dying men receive tithes; but in that place, it is testified that he lives on;

²⁵ wherefore also He is able to save to the uttermost those drawing near to God through Him, always living for to intercede for them.

¹⁸ and the Living One. And I was dead, and behold I am living to the ages of the ages, and I have the keys of Death and of Hades.

¹³ And I heard every creature which is in heaven, and upon the earth, and under the earth, and on the sea, and everything in them, saying: “To the One sitting on the throne, and to the Lamb, blessing and honor and glory and might to the ages of the ages.” ¹⁴ And the four living creatures kept saying, “Amen.” And the elders fell down and worshiped.

¹¹ And all the angels stood around the throne, and the elders, and the four living creatures, and they fell upon their faces before the throne and worshiped God, ¹² saying, “Amen! Blessing, and glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honor, and power, and strength, to our God, to the ages of the ages! Amen.”

⁶ and he swore by the One living to the ages of the ages, who created heaven and the things in it, and the earth and the things in it, and the sea and the things in it, “There will be no more delay!

¹¹ And having come into the house, they found the Child with His mother Mary, and having fallen down, they worshiped Him. And having opened their treasures, they offered to Him gifts, gold and frankincense and myrrh.

⁹ And he says to Him, “All these things I will give to You, if falling down, You will worship me.” ¹⁰ Then Jesus says to him, “Get you away, Satan! For it has been written: ‘You shall worship the Lord your God, and Him alone shall you serve.’”

⁵² And they having worshiped Him, returned to Jerusalem with great joy,

¹⁰ But by the grace of God I am what I am, and His grace toward me has not been void. Rather, I toiled more abundantly than all of them, yet not I, but the grace of God that was with me.

⁴ Who should not fear You, O Lord, and will glorify Your name? For You alone are holy. For all the nations will come and will worship before You, because Your righteous acts have been revealed.”

⁸ And I, John, am the one hearing and seeing these things. And when I heard and saw, I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel showing these things me. ⁹ And he says to me, “See that you not do this. I am your fellow servant, and with your brothers the prophets, and with those keeping the words of this book. Worship God!”

¹ In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. ² He was in the beginning with God. ³ All things came into being through Him, and without Him not even one thing came into being that has come into being.

¹⁵ and saying, “Men, why do you do these things? We also are men of like nature with you, proclaiming the gospel to you, to turn from these vanities to the living God, who made the heaven and the earth and the sea and all the things in them,

²⁴ The God having made the world and all things that are in it, He being Lord of heaven and earth, does not dwell in hand-made temples,

³⁶ For from Him and through Him and unto Him are all things. To Him be the glory to the ages! Amen.

⁹ and to enlighten all what is the administration of the mystery having been hidden from the ages in God, the One having created all things,

¹⁶ because in Him were created all things in the heavens and upon the earth, the visible and the invisible, whether thrones or lordships or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through Him and unto Him. ¹⁷ And He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together.

² in these last days has spoken to us in His Son, whom He appointed heir of all things, and through whom He made the ages,

¹⁰ And: “You, Lord, laid the foundation of the earth in the beginning, and the heavens are works of Your hands.

² And I saw a strong angel proclaiming in a loud voice, “Who is worthy to open the scroll, and to break its seals?”

⁹ And they are singing a new song, saying, “Worthy are You to take the scroll and to open its seals, because You were slain, and You purchased to God by Your blood, out of every tribe and tongue and people and nation,

¹² saying in a loud voice: “Worthy is the Lamb having been slain, to receive the power and riches and wisdom and strength and honor and glory and blessing!”

⁷ saying in a loud voice, “Fear God and give Him glory, because the hour of His judgment has come. And worship the One having made heaven, and the earth, and sea, and springs of waters.”
