¹⁴ said to them, “You brought to me this man as one misleading the people; and behold, having examined Him before you, I found nothing in this man guilty of that accusation you are bringing against Him.

⁴ saying, “I sinned, having betrayed innocent blood.” And they said, “What is that to us? You will see.”

¹⁹ And as he was sitting on the judgment seat, his wife sent to him, saying, “Nothing to you and that righteous man; for I suffered many things in a dream today because of Him.”

²⁴ And Pilate having seen that it availed nothing, but rather a riot is arising, having taken water, washed the hands before the crowd, saying, “I am guiltless of the blood of this man. For yourselves you will see.”
