²⁵ At that time, Jesus answering said, “I fully consent to You, Father, Lord of the heaven and the earth, that You did hide these things from the wise and learned, and did reveal them to little children.

¹⁹ for in those days will be tribulation, the like such as never has been from the beginning of creation which God created until now—and never shall be.

¹ In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. ² He was in the beginning with God. ³ All things came into being through Him, and without Him not even one thing came into being that has come into being.

²⁴ And having heard, they lifted up their voice with one accord to God and said, “Sovereign Lord, You made the heaven and the earth and the sea and all that is in them,

¹⁵ and saying, “Men, why do you do these things? We also are men of like nature with you, proclaiming the gospel to you, to turn from these vanities to the living God, who made the heaven and the earth and the sea and all the things in them,

²⁴ The God having made the world and all things that are in it, He being Lord of heaven and earth, does not dwell in hand-made temples,

¹⁹ because the known of God is manifest among them, for God has revealed it to them. ²⁰ For from the creation of the world His invisible qualities, both His eternal power and divinity, are clearly seen, being understood by the things made, for them to be without excuse.

³⁶ For from Him and through Him and unto Him are all things. To Him be the glory to the ages! Amen.

⁶ yet to us there is one God the Father, of whom are all things, and we for Him; and one Lord, Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we through Him.

⁹ and to enlighten all what is the administration of the mystery having been hidden from the ages in God, the One having created all things,

¹⁶ because in Him were created all things in the heavens and upon the earth, the visible and the invisible, whether thrones or lordships or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through Him and unto Him. ¹⁷ And He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together.

² in these last days has spoken to us in His Son, whom He appointed heir of all things, and through whom He made the ages,

¹⁰ And: “You, Lord, laid the foundation of the earth in the beginning, and the heavens are works of Your hands.

⁴ For every house is built by someone, but the One having built everything is God.

³ By faith we understand the universe to have been formed by the word of God, so that the things being seen have not been made from the things being visible.

⁵ For this is concealed from them willingly, that heavens existed long ago and the earth, having been composed out of water and through water, by the word of God,

¹ That which was from the beginning, that which we have heard, that which we have seen with our eyes, that which we have gazed upon, and our hands have handled, concerning the Word of life—

¹⁴ And to the messenger of the church in Laodicea write: These things says the Amen, the faithful and true Witness, the Beginning of God’s creation.

¹¹ “Worthy are You, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power; for You created all things, and because of Your will, they existed and were created.”

⁶ and he swore by the One living to the ages of the ages, who created heaven and the things in it, and the earth and the things in it, and the sea and the things in it, “There will be no more delay!

⁷ saying in a loud voice, “Fear God and give Him glory, because the hour of His judgment has come. And worship the One having made heaven, and the earth, and sea, and springs of waters.”

⁶ And He said to me, “It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end. To the one thirsting I will give of the spring of the water of life freely.

¹³ I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End.”

³ And having stretched out the hand, He touched him saying, “I am willing; be you cleansed!” And immediately his leprosy was cleansed.

⁵ And the Light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.

⁹ The true Light who enlightens every man was coming into the world.

¹⁹ And this is the judgement, that the Light has come into the world, and men loved the darkness rather than the Light; for their deeds were evil.

⁴³ And having said these things, He cried out in a loud voice, “Lazarus, come forth!”

⁶ For it is God, having said, “Light shall shine out of darkness,” who shone in our hearts for the radiance of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

⁸ For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light—

¹⁴ Therefore it says: “Awake you, the one sleeping, and rise up out from the dead, and Christ will shine upon you.”

¹⁶ alone having immortality, dwelling in unapproachable light, whom no one of men has seen nor is able to see, to whom be honor and eternal dominion. Amen.

⁵ And this is the message that we have heard from Him and we preach to you, that God is light, and in Him is no darkness at all.

⁸ Again, I am writing a new commandment to you, which is true in Him and in you, because the darkness is passing away and the true light already shines.

¹³ the work of each will become manifest, for the day will disclose it, because it is revealed in fire, and the fire itself will prove the work of each, what sort it is.

¹³ But everything being exposed by the light is made visible, for everything becoming visible is light.

⁵ For you are all sons of light and sons of day; we are not of night nor of darkness.

²⁷ And the men marveled, saying, “What kind of man is this, that even the winds and the sea obey Him?”

¹⁰ Already now the ax is applied to the root of the trees. Therefore every tree not producing good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire.

³⁰ But if God thus clothes the grass of the field, existing today and tomorrow being thrown into the furnace, will He not much more clothe you, O you of little faith?

¹⁶ By their fruits you will recognize them. Are grapes gathered from thornbushes, or figs from thistles? ¹⁷ So every good tree bears good fruits, but the rotten tree bears bad fruits. ¹⁸ A good tree is not able to bear bad fruits, nor a bad tree to bear good fruits. ¹⁹ Every tree not bearing good fruit is cut down and is thrown into fire. ²⁰ Then surely by their fruits you will recognize them.

²⁸ Of itself, the earth brings forth fruit—first a plant, then an ear, then full grain in the ear.

⁴³ For there is no good tree producing bad fruit, nor again a bad tree producing good fruit. ⁴⁴ For each tree is known by its own fruit. For they do not gather figs from thorns, nor do they gather grapes from a bramble bush.

⁷ For land having drunk in the rain coming often upon it and producing vegetation useful for those for the sake of whom also it is tilled, partakes of blessing from God.

¹² Is a fig tree able, my brothers, to produce olives? Or a vine, figs? Neither is a salt spring able to produce fresh water.

²⁴ He put before them another parable, saying, “The kingdom of the heavens has become like a man having sown good seed in his field. ²⁵ And while the men are sleeping, his enemy came and sowed weeds in the midst of the wheat, and went away. ²⁶ And when the plants sprouted and produced fruit, then the weeds also appeared.

⁴⁴ For each tree is known by its own fruit. For they do not gather figs from thorns, nor do they gather grapes from a bramble bush.

¹⁰ Now the One supplying seed to the one sowing and bread for food will supply and will multiply your seed for sowing and will increase the fruits of your righteousness,

⁷ Do not be misled: God is not mocked. For whatever a man might sow, that also he will reap.

² saying, “Where is the One having been born King of the Jews? For we saw His star in the east and have come to worship Him.”

² And answering He said to them, “Evening having come, you say, ‘Fair weather, for the sky is red,’ ³ and in the morning, ‘Today a storm, for the sky is red, being overcast.’ Indeed you know how to discern the appearance of the sky, but the signs of the times you are not able!

²⁹ And immediately after the tribulation of those days: ‘The sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light, and the stars will fall from the sky, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken.’

²⁴ But in those days, those after the tribulation, ‘The sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light;

²⁵ And there will be signs in sun and moon and stars; and upon the earth distress of nations with perplexity, sea roaring and surge rolling, ²⁶ men fainting from fear and expectation of that which is coming on the earth. For the powers of the heavens will be shaken.

⁴⁵ The sun was darkened, and the veil of the temple was torn in the middle.

¹⁹ And I will show wonders in the heaven above, and signs on the earth below, blood and fire and vapor of smoke. ²⁰ The sun will be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and glorious day of the Lord coming.

¹² And I saw when He opened the sixth seal, and there was a great earthquake, and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the whole moon became like blood,

¹² And the fourth angel sounded his trumpet, and a third of the sun was struck, and a third of the moon, and a third of the stars, so that a third of them should be darkened, and the day should not appear for a third of it, and the night likewise.

² And he opened the pit of the abyss, and smoke went up out of the pit, like the smoke of a great furnace, and the sun and the air were darkened by the smoke of the pit.

⁴⁵ And from the sixth hour, darkness was over all the land, until the ninth hour.

⁴¹ There is one glory of the sun, and another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars; for star differs from star in glory.

⁸ And the fourth poured out his bowl upon the sun, and there was given to it to scorch men with fire. ⁹ And the men were scorched with great heat, and they blasphemed the name of God, the One having authority over these plagues; and they did not repent to give Him glory.

²³ And the city has no need of the sun, nor of the moon, that they should shine in it; for the glory of God enlightened it, and its lamp is the Lamb.

⁴⁷ For thus the Lord has commanded us: ‘I have set you for a light of the Gentiles, you to be for salvation to the uttermost part of the earth.’”

²⁵ nor is He served by hands of men as needing anything, Himself giving to all life and breath and everything.

⁴⁰ For just as Jonah was in the belly of the great fish three days and three nights, so the Son of Man will be in the heart of the earth three days and three nights.

¹⁷ But Jesus answered them, “My Father is working until now, and I am working.”

²³ Jesus answered and said to him, “If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word, and My Father will love him, and we will come to him and will make a home with him.

²⁰ For you are bringing some strange things to our ears. We resolve therefore to know what these things wish to be.”

²⁶ And He made from one man every nation of men, to dwell upon all the face of the earth, having determined the appointed times and the boundaries of their habitation,

²⁸ ‘For in Him we live and move and are.’ As also some of the poets among you have said, ‘For we are also His offspring.’ ²⁹ Therefore, being offspring of God, we ought not to consider the Divine Being to be like to gold or to silver or to stone, a graven thing of man’s craft and imagination.

⁷ For truly a man ought not to cover the head, being the image and glory of God; but the woman is the glory of man.

¹⁸ And we all having been unveiled in face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image, from glory to glory, even as from the Lord, the Spirit.

⁴ in whom the god of this age has blinded the minds of the unbelieving, so as for not to beam forth the illumination of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.

²⁴ and to have put on the new man, having been created according to God in righteousness and holiness of truth.

¹⁵ He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation,

¹⁰ and having put on the new, the one being renewed in knowledge according to the image of the one having created him,

⁶ but someone somewhere has testified, saying, “What is man, that You are mindful of him, or the son of man, that You care for him? ⁷ You made him a little lower than the angels; You crowned him with glory and honor; ⁸ You have put in subjection all things under his feet. For in subjecting all things to him, He left nothing unsubject to him. But at present not yet do we see all things having been subjected to him. ⁹ But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels, because of the suffering of death, having been crowned with glory and with honor, so that by the grace of God He might taste death for everyone.

⁷ For every species both of beasts and of birds, both of creeping things and things of the sea, is subdued and has been subdued by the human race,

⁹ With it we bless our Lord and Father, and with it we curse men, those being made according to the likeness of God.

⁷ For there are three bearing testimony:

⁴ And answering He said, “Have you not read that the One having created from the beginning ‘made them male and female,’

⁶ but from the beginning of creation, ‘He made them male and female.’

⁷ For truly a man ought not to cover the head, being the image and glory of God; but the woman is the glory of man. ⁸ For man is not of woman, but woman of man. ⁹ For truly man was not created on account of the woman, but woman on account of the man.

¹⁰ For we are His workmanship, having been created in Christ Jesus for good works which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.

²⁶ the mystery having been hidden from the ages and from the generations, but now having been manifested to His saints,

³ forbidding to marry, commanding to abstain from foods that God created for reception with thanksgiving by the faithful and those knowing the truth.

¹¹ Our daily bread, grant us today.

²⁵ Because of this I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you should eat or what you should drink; nor your body, what you should put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing? ²⁶ Look at the birds of the air. They do not sow nor do they reap, nor do they gather into barns, and your Heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?

¹⁷ And yet He has not left Himself without witness, doing good, giving to you rains from heaven and fruitful seasons, filling your hearts with food and gladness.”

²⁴ The God having made the world and all things that are in it, He being Lord of heaven and earth, does not dwell in hand-made temples, ²⁵ nor is He served by hands of men as needing anything, Himself giving to all life and breath and everything.

¹⁷ Instruct the rich in the present age not to be high-minded, nor to have hope in the uncertainty of riches, but on God, the One richly providing us all things for enjoyment;

⁴ For every creature of God is good, and nothing is to be rejected, being received with thanksgiving,
